我想了想，明白了存在这种现象的原因：

1、夏天时，空调中的二氧化碳排放出后，破坏了臭氧层，紫外线在破坏的地方射出来，使天气更热，人们也会更加使用空调。

2、家家户户都开始开空调，费电，经常都呆在屋里，便不想再出去了，依恋屋里。

3、政府不管用电量，以至于发电站着火了。

针对以上原因，我想提出一下建议：

1、每家每户都应该适量的使用空调，每天晚上，睡觉前，屋里凉快后，将空调关闭，就不会浪费电了。

2、政府应该适当管理，每星期都要去查看，查看是否有违令者，还是经常开空调，则给他停电。

3、对于浪费电量，应该宣传一下，让人们意识到浪费电所造成的危害性。

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. 我还看过一本新编的《十万个为什么》，里面说：“自古以来，古人们都会节约用木头，即使他们去砍树来烧饭做菜也会利用树木，他们只是砍掉一棵树的顶端部，使树木不会断绝生机，让它们还会继续生长，这样就不会毁坏大自然。可是到20世纪90年代初，全球本来100﹪的树木却一瞬间用去了25﹪的树木，那个时候还剩75﹪的树木。从那起，人们就开始疯狂砍伐树木，弄得树木越来越少。美国和英国每天砍伐树木约80亩，这样一来没过多久，全球的树木要全被砍光了!”

听了我那么多的介绍，同学们!这些种种事情，难道还不能给我们教训与启示吗?哦，还有全世界的叔叔阿姨、爷爷奶奶、哥哥姐姐、弟弟妹妹、伯伯你们都知道应当怎么保护大自然了吗?大自然中还有更多需要我们去保护的地方，不仅是大自然需要我们的保护，环境也需要我们来保护!让我们一起来保护大自然吧!

Electricity plays a very important role in our life today, we can not live without it. In our country, we have using it for about 50 years. But,we have to know,in the same time,a large part of it was wasted,its polluted environment around us. as a student,we should like using the air-conditioner less often, turning off the light upon leaving, reminding family members of the importance of saving electricity and so on.

As a saying puts, " Actions speak louder than words", please join in the action to save electricity, from yourself, from now on. Action!
