2.加强运动，提高身体素质;

3.学会做简单的家常菜。

二、具体措施：

1.组织好学习小组，以三个人一组为好，进行合作性学习。(学习水平相当的同学组成小组比较合适)

2.按教材知识前后的顺序，整理上半学期的英语、数学(物理)练习卷和考试卷。(或者可以根据老师的推荐去买一、两本合适提高学科能力的辅导材料)

3.把练习卷上做正确的题目进行整理，确认自己已经掌握了哪些知识，具备了哪些运用能力，树立自己对本学科的信心。
