明明见妹妹这么大方，连手套都不带，为了小区的文明，付出了这么多，于是，他也有些动心了。他想，妹妹都这么勤劳，那我呢?我是不是也应该帮一帮这些人，警告一下这些乱扔垃圾的人，不要让他们这样呢?啊，明明灵机一动，想出来一个好办法。他对妹妹说：“妹妹，把你的笔和纸借我一下，好吗?”妹妹很惊讶，满腹狐疑地把笔和纸给了明明。妹妹边丢垃圾边想，哥哥又要搞什么名堂?只见明明拿着笔，在纸上面大大地写上了几个大字。

明明写完啦，妹妹这边的垃圾也理好了，妹妹回过头来，看见哥哥拿着双面胶，将一大张纸贴在垃圾桶上，妹妹走过去定睛一看，啊，哥哥真是聪明，在上面写了：文明，只差一步。

是啊，文明只差一步，每一次丢垃圾的时候，有没有想过，那些环卫工人们，清理着地上的垃圾是多么辛苦?倒垃圾房，丢垃圾袋的时候，有没有按照上面的条约：“不比谁更高，只比谁更准呢”?有时不经意做出的事，有可能会让人忙上整天，所以，为了让自己心安理得，为了让那些勤劳的环卫工人们有片刻的休息，请记住：文明只差一步。
