在今天冲果汁的时候就没热水了，没有热水冲的果汁怎么会好喝呢?我没办法只好接了一些冷的饮用水。水没有那种使手感到热的温度，所以果汁自然没有完全溶解。我端起杯子，轻轻的呷了一口，又酸又涩，完全没有用热水冲泡出来的那种口感。我看着杯子里的果汁，突然注意到杯底厚厚的一层还没有被冲开的果汁，于是我便小心翼翼的摇晃着杯子，想让着酸涩的味道尽快消失，可是杯子里的水太满了，怎么也摇不到杯底，无奈，我只好继续品尝那酸涩的味道。

NO.1----不要偷懒，盲目从众现在人们的环保意识已经增强，在大街上随处可见垃圾箱，只要多走几步就能看见它因此不要偷懒噢!做到了这一点，还要注意扔垃圾的时候动一下脑子，看手上拿的垃圾是可回收还是不可回收，然后再扔。不要看见有人随手扔在地上，自己也扔，不要学别人，应及时劝阻他(她)。

NO.2----节约用水，保护水资源众所周知，"水是生命之源.地球上的水资源很丰富，但能直接供人饮用的淡水占还不到1%,其余的99%为海水，所以我们要节约用水。在这一基础上，还要减少排放工业，生活污水。

NO.3----节能减排，低碳生活

我们要注意节电,节气，节油，从点滴做起，尽可能减少电，油，气的使用，减少使用一次性用品，出门尽量少开私家车，多坐公交车，减少家庭用水和垃圾的产生量。我们要学会节能减排，低碳生活。

NO.4----植树造林

“地球之肺”--森林是大自然的温度调节器。森林通过光合作用吸收大量的二氧化碳并释放出大量的氧气，维持了大自然的碳—氧平衡，从而净化空气环境，使我们呼吸新鲜空气，因此我们要多植树造林，使地球绿意盎然。

低碳环保是每个公民自己的事，离开了每个人的参与和支持，低碳环保就是一句空话。让我们抹去碳足迹将低碳环保进行到底，让我们携手走进低碳时代。

How time flies！ It has been three years since I came to the school。 My school is beautiful and there are many beautiful flowers and trees。 The teachers are so kind though there is always too much homework。 My classmates are all very friendly to each other。 We always help each other。 I have learned a lot from them and made a lot of friends。 I enjoy my school life。 However， I dont do well in math。 I’ll try my best to study math during the summer holidays。 Now Im going to say goodbye to my teachers and classmates。 Ill miss my school life。

In high school, Chinese students study very hard to fight for the future

college, while in western countries, students are spending time in taking all

kinds of activities. Though students from different countries have different

ways to spend high school time, they make the decision and take charge of their

life. This is the best age to learn knowledge, their brain can remember words

and numbers quickly. For making friends, they will probably meet their lifetime

friends. During three years, besides gaining knowledge and making friends, they

grow so fast, not only in body, but also in mind. Being independent is the main

feature. They can make a lot of decisions without asking parents for help. When

they are equipped themselves with basic skill, then they can better get used to

the new environment, which is important for future life.

Seeing mywhole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite teacher is onlyone. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head teacher. He is aboutfifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a little bent.

He alwayswears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in study.

He always thinks us before everything. His class isvery interesting and full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is verystrict to us in study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us withouthesitation.

Sometimes he plays the role of a strict teacher, sometimes he takesthe place of a kind father.

纵观我整个受教育史，我有过很多老师。但我最喜欢的老师只有一个。他是陆老师。

他是我的初中语文老师兼班主任。他大约五十岁。也许是因为工作辛苦，所以他的背有点弯了。

他总是戴一副黑色的眼镜。他看上去很和蔼可亲，对学习却是很严格的。他总是把我们放在第一位。

他的课是非常有趣的，也经常讲各种不同励志故事。他对我们学习很严格。但无论谁有困难，他都会毫不犹豫地帮助我们。有时他是一个严格的老师，有时候他是一个慈祥的父亲。
