no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Li Ming is my classmate, he is always the best student in my class. The

August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

到达的当天晚上，我们便放起了烟火和鞭炮。我首先拿起摔炮，三四个一把往地上一扔，“噼里啪啦!”吓得妈妈往家里跑。我又乘胜追击，一边叫道：“哪里跑!”一边点燃了霹雳炮扔去，妈妈更是

吓得魂飞魄散，妈妈决定复仇，拿起钻地枪(仙女棒)向我冲来，我也不甘示弱，我们就在月光下一来一往……“啾轰”的一声，爸爸放了一个大炮仗，意示让我们休战，我们只好“放下屠刀，立地成

第二天，奶奶让我们一起做包子。我们先准备了面粉、干酵母、泡打粉、豆油、温水……我们把面粉和干酵母、泡打粉，拌和均匀，扒坑，在坑内加入温水，放入豆油，抄拌揉合成面团稍醒，大约1小时

左右……在这段时间里，我们调好了馅。

正式开始包包子了，我们先将馅包进面里，包起来，还捏出漂亮的褶子，一个漂亮的包子就完成了。就这样，一个个包子陆续完成了。

celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth

month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For

example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they

often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of

mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day,

which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but

they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my

information age, people are becoming

in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be

denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people,

寒假里，我去我家阳台上观察即美丽而又漂亮的水仙花。

那天秋高气爽，天高云淡。早晨我很早就起床，因为我要观察美丽的水仙花呢。我要看一看水仙花有什么变化，来到阳台，我发现水仙花换了一个人似的，昂首挺胸地朝南立着。我赶紧从书包里拿出一把尺子，量一量。哇，今天的小芽儿比前天平均长了3毫米，我喜出望外，开心极了。连午饭都多吃一倍呢!

第二天，因为不用上学，我起得晚了一点儿，但却看见水仙花早就“醒”来了，它正在“晒”太阳呢!我懒洋洋地从房间里走向阳台，翻了翻水仙花的嫩芽，也没有什么变化。突然，我发现了那棵水仙花靠近跟的枝上又长出了大约两毫米的小新芽。由于太高兴了吧，只听见一声，“啪”的一声，我一看，轻轻地拍一下胸堂，说：“还好没折断。”我边说，边给水仙花做了一个鬼脸，说，“不然就死定定了!”肯定要被姐姐骂了，因为姐姐最喜欢仙水花了。

第三天早上，因为要跟爸爸出去玩，当然早晨第一件事情，总是忘不了：一起床就拿出尺子跑向水仙花。真不幸运这，今天的水仙花怎么啦?懒洋洋的，一点精神都没有。我一看坛底，哦，原来这几天，太阳公公出来闲逛，都把水仙花的养料都要“偷”走了，怪不得水仙花会无精打采，有气无力的。我无奈地把坛子装满水看了看，心里念念半想着：但愿，水仙花能再次挺身而出起胸膛!

第三天下午，我从楼下哼着小曲回家看一看水仙花。呀，天哪!水仙花怎么“四脚朝天”掉在地上了?原来，妈妈在晒衣服时把它弄掉了。我一边拾起水仙花，一边埋怨。然后把水佩花的根部调理好，又放到小坛子里。我看了妈妈一眼，心理想：还是姐姐说得对，养花比养植物好多了。

今天是除夕.除夕是个特殊的日子.它还有着一个古老的传说.

相传古代,新年的前一天,天突然变成了深蓝色,天上出现了一只怪物.这怪物身高腿粗,相貌特别可怕.它一出现就抓走了一个小孩.以后每年它都来抓小孩,村民们再也过不上安宁的日子.

一天,村民们再山上找到了一个无所不能的道士,并且把怪物的事情告诉了道士.道士说:"你们说的怪物是不是叫做‘夕’?"有个村民说：“好像是的。”道士让他们每家每户的大门上都贴上红纸，这样，夕就不敢来了。果然，这一年村里没有丢小孩。

后来，人们又在红纸上写上吉祥的话语，这就变成了春联。

以前，在每个大年十五晚上的时候人们都是放烟花、爆竹。

然而，今年的大年十五晚上在漫天烟花的夜空又多了一道亮丽的风景线。那就是——孔明灯，孔明灯又叫天灯，相传是由三国时的诸葛孔明所发明。当年，诸葛孔明被司马懿围困于阳平，无法派兵出城求救。孔明算准风向，制成会飘浮的纸灯笼，系上求救的讯息，其后果然脱险，于是后世就称这种灯笼为孔明灯。孔明灯是由支架、灯罩、燃料三个部分组成的，制作很精美。

只见有四五个人一人手里拿一个孔明灯来到了我家西边的空场上，我和其他的小朋友们一起跟去了。只见他们把孔明灯放到地上掏出打火机点着了孔明灯里的燃料，然后孔明灯就一点一点的膨胀起来，最后就慢慢的飞起来了。“孔明灯飞起来了。哦，孔明灯飞起来了。”旁边的小朋友们叫着。

望着徐徐升起的孔明灯，我心中无限遐想……
