Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for

more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could

live the life he wanted. I listened to him and was so attractive by the scenery

今天,我的母亲,我打扫了房间。我擦窗户难的,因为它太脏了。然后我cleaded一遍。之后,我打扫地板和清扫。我认为这是肮脏窗口。然后我打扫桌子和大量的椅子。我们所有的衣服和棉被。4点钟之前,我们整理所有的房间。我的房间是最亮的。我非常高兴并且很满意。然后我母亲说:“你是成功的。”

The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

端午节，又称为端午节，定在第五个月的第五天据中国日历。这个节日是为了纪念屈原的死，一个忠厚老实的诗人和政治家据说在河流溺水自杀。

这个节日最重要的活动是龙舟竞赛。它象征着人们的努力救屈原。在当前时期，这些比赛也证明合作和团队合作的优点。

此外，节日还被吃的粽子(糯米)。粽子是糯米做的塞满了不同的馅料包在竹叶或芦苇叶。人哀悼屈原的死亡把粽子扔进河里喂他的鬼魂。

随着时代的变化，纪念转向防止邪恶和疾病是一个时间的。人们会把健康的草药挂在前门清理房子的坏运气。虽然这个节日的意义可能与过去不同，它仍然使观察者看到的机会丰富的中国文化遗产的一部分。

寒假里，我和妈妈一起去了文游路附近的净土寺广场游玩。

刚入广场，映入眼帘的是一块巨石，上面映着五个醒目的大字：净土寺广场。在广场中央有一座高耸入云的古塔。古塔共七层呈正八边形，塔边四周是一条护城河，河环绕着古塔。护城河的外面是各式各样的古代建筑物，它们层次分明、令人彷佛走进了古代一样。塔的南边是一片宽阔的场地，这片场地被护城河一分为二，由两座小桥将东、西两地连接在一起。广场的东南面是一片又一片高大、粗壮的树木，树下有着一簇一簇的不知名的小野花，红的;黄的……颜色由浅到深，美极了!有了鲜花绿树的点缀，净土寺广场变得像一位如花似玉的姑娘，娇滴滴的，害羞的向人们展示着自己的丰彩。

夜晚的净土寺广场是最美的，她再不像白天一样害羞，变得像草原上的儿女那样，热情，豪放!夜晚来临，华灯齐放，打光的倒影在水波中显映，宛如一条条游动的银蛇;如果是在夏天，更是会有人弹钢琴，发动音乐喷泉，广场上也来了许多的人。一些奶奶、爷爷、叔叔、阿姨，随着广场舞音乐摆动着，孩子们在人群中穿梭着，好不热闹!

The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

environment.

Look at the pollution around us, which exists everywhere. The cars release

the gas which pollutes the air and the rubbish can be found in every corner of

the street. All of these daily incidents hurts the world we live. Especially the

factories, they release the heavy smoke and make the sky becomes dark. What’s

more, the wasted water flows to the clean river.

Though the government has made some action to punish the businessmen for

releasing the polluted sources, they still dare to take the risk of earning the

biggest profit. If we hurt the environment, it will hurt ourselves, because we

live together. The polluted environment threatens our health. If we want to live

the comfortable life, then the only way is to be nice to the environment.

“上有天堂，下有苏杭”，我和家人们一起去游览了人间天堂——杭州西湖，在那里，我们一起感受了其中的秀丽风光。

西湖最美的风景在夜晚。一到晚上，四处的灯光都亮了起来，突然，湖中喷出了一道泉水，迅速地向我射来，那水打到了木板上，一下子溅开，把我的裤子也打湿了，这让我们都哭笑不得啊!

西湖林间的美景也美得让人心醉。夜晚走在林中，常常有阵阵幽香飘来，在这夜深人静的晚上，我们躺在草地上，不时有萤火虫从眼前飞过，西湖边也是绿树环抱着，大树的影子都倒映在了湖中，湖中还有一只假的黄牛，这给西湖的景色添加了一抹光彩。我渐渐抬起头，望着天上美丽的星星，突然一只调皮的小松鼠跳入了我的眼前，正在咖啡店上面活蹦乱跳呢，也许它也被这美丽的景色所吸引吧!

哈哈……我们在这欢笑中结束了这次愉快的游玩，杭州西湖的美景可真是令人神往，无怪乎世界各地前去游览的人都络绎不绝!
