于是小猴走出了家门，当它路过松鼠的家门口时，松鼠的房门破了，想请猴子帮帮忙，给它弄一下门。可小猴说：“我忙啊，我正在想一个很重要的问题呢!”

过了一会儿，小猴又走到了大白兔的家门口，大白兔也想请小猴给小白兔上上课，可小猴还是说忙，把补课的事情推脱了。在森林里呆了一天，小猴还是没有想出来自己能做什么。

到了第三天，小猴更加着急了，“怎么办啊?”小猴决定去请教智慧老人。当小猴把自己的问题提出以后，智慧老人说：“我现在想吃水果，如果你把树上的香蕉摘下来给我，我就告诉你你能做什么。”小猴非常高兴，三下五除二地把香蕉给摘了下来。

智慧老人笑着对小猴说：“现在你知道你能做什么了吧，你能摘香蕉!”小猴看着捧在手里的香蕉，智慧老人继续说道：“你还可以做很多事情，比如给松鼠修门，给小白兔上课，可是你放弃了尝试。如果你不知道你能做什么，那你就多尝试一下，而不是一直只想不做!”

这就是小事，很多小事，一个人能做，另外的人也能做。要想比别人优秀，只有在每一件小事上比功夫。认真做事只是把事情做对，用心做事才能把事情做好。看不到细节，或者不把细节当回事的人，对学习缺乏认真的态度，对事情只能是敷衍了事。这种人无法把学习当作一种乐趣，也无法体会到学习中的成就感。而考虑到细节、注重细节的人，不仅认真对待学习，将小事做细，而且注重在做事的细节中找到机会，从而使自己走上成功之路。

老子说：天下难事，必做于易;天下大事，必做于细。鲁迅先生在《一件小事》中也描写到一个车夫所做的一件小事，构成一个伟岸的形象，一种崇高的精神。在这里小事也就反应出大事。

周恩来位居总理之职，官不可谓不大，而他强调的却是“关照小事，成就大事。”他一贯要求身边的工作人员尽可能地考虑到事情的每个细节，最反感“大概”、“可能”、“也许”的做法和言语。一次在北京饭店举办涉外宴会，他问：“今晚的点心是什么馅?”一位工作人员答道：“大概是三鲜馅吧。”周恩来马上追问：“什么叫大概?究竟是，还是不是?客人中如果有人对海鲜过敏，出了问题谁负责?”周恩来总理正是以他这种一丝不苟的精神，不仅赢得了中国人民的爱戴，同样受到了国际友人的尊敬。

“海不择细流，故能成其大;山不拒细壤，方能就其高。”周恩来总理重视细节的作风，让我领悟到，任何大事都是从注意小事入手。古人言“一屋不扫，何以扫天下”，又说“于细微处见精神”，现代人说“态度决定一切”，一个小事都不愿做、做不好的人，他能成就多大的事业呢?更何况，许多“大事”不都是由那些琐碎的小事组成吗?

人生无小事，每做一件事情实际上就是对自身素养、品行、学识进行一次锻炼，千万不要因为小或者低微就鄙视它，放弃将使你失去了一次锻炼的机会，也减少了一次提高的可能。很多人渴望发现自己的价值、渴望成功，但却总是在苦思冥想，而不是从简单的小事做起，这样就失去了很多展示自己价值的机会和走向成功的契机。

本期的特约嘉宾是董老师和郝思聪同学。先来看一下思聪带来的佳作。

佳作展示 亲情是根穿针线 山东济南长清实验中学郝思聪亲情是什么?是什么呢……我轻轻敲打着稿纸，总也想不出来。照理说，全家属我最小，又只有我一个女孩，爷爷、奶奶、外公、外婆、爸爸、妈妈。一家人凡事儿都宠着我，我是被亲情包围着，可我为什么总感觉不到呢? 明朗的阳光轻轻泻在玻璃上，金色的光辉让人睁不开眼，我有些生气地俯在桌子上。

外婆不知什么时候进来了。她站到窗前，慢慢戴上老花镜，粗糙的双手费力地捏起一根小小的针，胳膊上搭着我那件因为淘气不小心撕了个大口子的上衣。外婆将线头捻紧，眯起双眼，一只手将针孔对准太阳，另一只手向针孔穿去。可线头穿偏了。一次，两次……“唉，年纪大了!

眼睛不好用了……”外婆轻轻叹息着。我不由得想起了妈妈对我说过的话：“你外婆年轻时，是村里数一数二的绣花能手呢!

”可昔日的绣花女，如今却连针也穿不上了!

不知不觉，思绪全集中到了外婆身上。外婆一手把两个表哥和我拉扯大，不知道有多辛苦。特别是我，妈妈说，我脑袋重，小时候抱着我一会儿就会把胳膊压得又痛又麻;晚上睡觉又任性，哭哭闹闹地，外婆总是把我抱在怀里，哼着，拍着，直到深夜……可她从未说过一个“累”字。我又看到了穿针的外婆，心里一惊：亲情不正是一根穿针的线吗?而我的心就是针孔呀!

汩汩流淌在心底的亲情也在一次一次地寻找通道啊!

我怎么没有感觉到呢?是作业多?还是麻木了?我放下笔，搂住外婆说：“外婆，我来穿吧。” 我轻轻接过针线。一瞬间，线，穿针而过。

外婆——笑了。

小夏：哎呀，这么好的文章思聪你是怎么写出来的?有什么秘诀说出来与大家共享吧!

思聪：前几天，老师要我们写一篇关于“亲情”的文章。一见到这个题目我可苦恼了。因为这样的题目从小学就写过很多遍了，想写出点新意来太难了。后来，我想起几天前外婆为我缝补衣服的情景。一双粗糙的手费力地捏着一根小小的针，就是穿不进线去，想起慈爱的外婆如今变得这样苍老，我的心就痛。外婆亲手把我拉扯大。我长大了，与外婆的交流却少了。可我的心里仍在念着外婆呀，亲情是不是就像那根穿针的线呢?想到这里，心中顿时豁然开朗了，文章一气呵成。但写完之后我发现“我又看到了穿针的外婆，心里一惊……”这一句过渡得不太自然，可又想不好该怎么办，小夏姐姐，你能帮我出个点子吗? 小夏：好的，让我们带着问题听一听董老师对本文的评价吧。

董丽丽：思聪对生活的观察很仔细，刻画人物运用了细节描写，尤其是对外婆的动作描写，突出了外婆的慈爱与辛劳，给我留下了很深刻的印象。我们看一下第三段思聪是怎样写外婆动作的，“戴”“捏”“搭”“捻”“眯”“穿”，写出了外婆的动作迟缓艰难，“捏”用得最好，突出了针的细小，既为下文穿针之难做下铺垫，又表现出外婆的苍老，传递出浓浓的亲情。生动传神的动作描写首先要有对人物的细心观察，再就是选用精练的词语，传递出人物内在的思想感情。

刚才你说到过渡的问题，我们一起来看看。“我又看到了穿针的外婆”，“我”到底看到了什么，是什么又一次冲击了你的心灵，让你“心里一惊”?思聪你有没有想过? 思聪：……是外婆那双穿针的手。那双灵巧的手变得那么苍老……哦，董老师，我明白了。您看我这样改行不行—— 我的目光不觉又落到外婆那只拿针的手上，那是一双怎样苍老的手啊!

润泽的皮肤不知何时变得枯干而又褶皱，一条条青筋裸露着，高高凸起，一个个褐色的斑点印满手背。手里捏着的依旧是那根细细的小针和捻得尖尖的线。我心里一惊…… 董丽丽：真精彩，寥寥几句便勾画出外婆的这双饱经沧桑的手来，不但使上下文衔接更紧密，而且增强了文章的感染力。对人物的外貌抓住一点精雕细琢，写出神韵，要远远胜过面面俱到。

Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two netputer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!
