细节，可以决定成败。小事虽然小，但是在关键时刻，它却起着决定成败的作用。人生旅途大事小情不断，俗话说得好：细节决定成败，这句听得耳朵起茧的话，确实揭示了真理。2008年奥运会，一项载入史册的盛会，而“斌峰”组合却因一个小失误，惜败对手。羽毛球男双组合蔡斌、傅海峰面对对手的强势进攻，虽应对从容，却体力渐衰。在比分胶着时，对方一个后场球吊到底线，而二人为了节省体力，均为对此回防，不以为意。看似一个球的小事儿，在赛场的关键时刻可能就会酿成大事。对手吊球成功，顺势展开猛攻，节节逼近，气势上组合处于劣势，二人终不敌对手人高马大的扣杀，惜败对手，只是拿到银牌，屈居第二，二人皆苦笑无奈。两年后的汤杯，二人每球必争，力克旧敌，问鼎球坛。这次，正是二人在小事上抓得丝毫不差，一雪前耻。可见，小事不小，关键是对待小事的态度。

成功是什么?

有人说成功是滴落的汗水，是失败的结晶;也有人说成功是一缕温暖的阳光，是暴风雨后的彩虹。在我幼小的心灵里，我觉得成功承载着我的努力，蕴含着我的开心和快乐，令我回味无穷，我非常享受成功的感觉。

我的脑海里一直有一件让我印象深刻的事情，记得那是两年前的“五一”节，我和我的队友们来到萍乡，参加了江西省第二届轮滑公开赛。赛前，吴教练为了让我们具备最好的状态参赛，对我们进行了密集的魔鬼训练，50圈100圈的跑是常态，队服干了湿，湿了又干;脸上的汗水，眼角的泪水，已经分不清了，但是所有的队友都坚持了下来，没有一个说放弃的。

终于等来了期待已久的比赛。女子少儿组5000米组别的比赛马上要开始了，扩音器里报了我的名字，同时出现的还有我的老对手--邓欣晨。只见她一边做着赛前热身，一边用凶狠的眼神扫视着我和队友，好像在说：“等着瞧吧，我一定要把你们南昌超音速杀个片甲不留!”邓欣晨是位很有实力的选手，我以前跟她交过几次手，我的体力耐力是不如她的。虽然我心里有些害怕，但是我表面上装出镇定自若的样子，心里安慰自己：我也有我自己的优点，妈妈说我是比赛型的选手，比赛状态好，发挥稳定，不容易摔跤。这样想着，我心里的害怕就消除了许多。

随着一声枪响，比赛开始了。大家像离弦的箭，争先恐后;又似猛虎出山，虎视眈眈地都想占据内道最好的位置。几圈下来，邓欣晨已经遥遥领先了。就在邓欣晨弯道又想超我的队友玥玥的时候，脚底下被玥玥绊一下，两个人同时失去重心，狠狠地摔在了地上。我赶紧抓住这个千载难逢的机会，绕过她们，从她们旁边滑了过去，并且一直保持在领先的位置。最后，我赢得了这场比赛。

通过这场比赛，我懂得了一个道理：如果你暂时落后了，也不要轻易放弃，要奋起直追，坚持到最后一刻，机会永远都留给那些有准备的人!

俗话说：“台上三分钟，台下十年功”。一份付出一份收获，我还要继续刻苦训练，争取在下一场比赛中，用自己真正的实力去赢得比赛，成为真正的赢家!

细节，就是一个整体中极为细小的组成部分，或一个系统中平时极易被人们忽略的环节。从某种意义上说，生活是由一个个细节组成的，我们常常为没有重视某些细节而付出惨重的代价，比如写错一个字，算错一个数。我们也常常为一些细节而感动，比如一句暖人心的话，一个细微的举动。细节的背后是人生，是情感，是事业。“泰山不拒细壤，故能成其高;江海不择细流，故能就其深。”说的就是细节的重要性。

话题作文的成败，思想是最重要的一关。有些考生认为话题作文，只要不离题就可以了，其实话题作文像其他作文一样要求立意深刻。要想立意深刻就要理解话题的内涵，就要把话题放到阅读的大背景下，放到人生的大背景下，放到社会的大背景下，作一番认真的思考，然后找到比较理想的角度写作。

汪中求先生的《细节决定成败》一书中，有一个引人思考的事例。上海地铁一号线是由德国人设计的，二号线是我们自己设计的。上海地处华东，地势平均高出海平面就那么有限的一点点，一到夏天，雨水经常会使一些建筑物受困。德国的设计师就注意到了这一细节，所以地铁一号线的每一个室外出口都设计了三级台阶，要进入地铁口，必须踏上三级台阶，然后再往下进入地铁站。这简单的三级台阶，在下雨天可以阻挡雨水倒灌，从而减轻地铁的防洪压力。事实上，一号线内的那些防汛设施几乎从来没有动用过;而地铁二号就因为缺了这几级台阶，曾在大雨天被淹，造成巨大的经济损失。我们常常觉得德国人办事严谨得有些呆板，但正是在严谨认真、一丝不苟的工作态度和工作习惯下，细节才会被重视。

我们的传统思想一贯认为细节并不重要，“成大事者不拘小节”，曾是我们引以为豪的一句话。有人说，在中国，想做大事的人很多，但愿意把小事做细的人很少;我们不缺少雄韬伟略的战略家，缺少的是精益求精的执行者;决不缺少各类管理规章制度，缺少的是规章条款不折不扣的执行。这些话值得我们深思。我们必须改变心浮气躁、浅尝辄止、不求甚解的毛病，提倡注重细节、把小事做细……

内容上，我们既可以写凡人小事，平凡却让人持久感动的一些细节，也可以写伟人重视细节的故事，也可以写市场经济下，忽视细节而带来的恶果，或者重视细节后带来的成功。天南海北，古今中外，有关细节的东西都可以调动到笔端。但切记，所写的这些细节必须有意义，有意思，与社会人生紧密关联，万万不可为写细节而写细节。

写法上，既可以写成散文，也可以写成记叙文、议论文，还可以构思写成小说。但组材时要突出细节，要么选取几个生活片段突出某个或某几个细节，要么以某个细节为线索，构思;如果写议论文，那一定观点鲜明，抓住细节的某一方面立论，并合理论证。

The 15-Day Celebration of Chinese New Year.

The first day of the Lunar New Year is "the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and earth."Many people abstain from meat on the first day of the new year because it is believed that this will ensure long and happy lives for them.

今年，我亲身参与了两项任务，在参与的过程中我深刻地体会到细节意识在实际工作中的重要作用。在年初，维护班有两项重要的任务要完成：一是坝下旅游景点开发，二是汛前设备消缺。这两项任务很有特点：首先，这两项任务在时间上是冲突的，二者必须同时进行，景点开发必须在五一节前完成，设备消缺必须在汛前结束。二是任务量大，景点开发要完成栏杆焊接、廊道内电气安装等任务。三是工作环境恶劣，特别是景点开发，风大气温低。虽然有这些特点，但是他们还是高质量地完成了任务。这是为什么呢?我认为有这么几个原因：第一、从思想上重视，认真对待每一个细小问题。在领导交待下来任务后，他们开了一个动员会，认真讨论了在工作中可能出现的每个问题，如消缺时的注意事项、焊接时的技术要求、防腐处理等。第二、管理上科学，任务分配得当，而且分工很细。首先分为电气组和机械组，机械组又分成两个小组。另外还有测量、下料、焊接、布线、接线、安装等都分工很细。第三、合理、详尽的进度表。每天都要干什么，要干多少都是一目了然，每个人都知道自己的任务。我想正是由于这些原因，由于他们认真对待每一个细节的态度，才确保了高效高质的完成了任务，确保了景点在五一节时投入使用，确保了防汛设备在调水调沙中正常运用，为企业带来了效益。当然，我们可以设想一下，如果是某个细节问题没有注意的话会出现什么样的后果。假如随便找一个进度表应付一下的话，势必会影响施工进度，不能确保按期完工;假如350t综合仪出现故障而没有准备校验仪的话，势必会影响提落闸门，给防汛带来很大的影响……

所以我们需要树立细节意识，把身边的每一件小事做细。如果谁真正的身边的每一件小事做细了，那么他也就是一个不简单的员工，不平凡的员工。我们需要这样的员工。
