重要的第一印象

演讲虽然是说话的艺术，但是往往在演讲还未开始前，演讲者的举止、衣着便已经给人们留下了第一印象。这第一印象也是非常重要的。

如何给观众留下良好的第一印象呢？首先，上台时步伐速度要适中，走上讲台后，不用着急开口。先挺胸抬头，停顿两三秒后，向台下的观众鞠躬致意，接着再开始你的演讲。整个过程需要做到从容不迫。

其次，演讲者的衣着和仪表也是很重要的。衣着干净、整洁是首要条件。如果你能根据演讲的内容和思想感情，选择合适的衣服，可是会给演讲加分的哟！心理学家就有研究表明，深色的衣服会给人庄重深沉的感觉，而浅色的衣服则让人清爽舒展。

如果演讲者能给观众留下亲切、真诚的第一印象，那么对于接下来的演讲是非常有利的。

准确悦耳的语音

作为演讲者，字词的正确发音不仅可以表现演讲者的基本功力，还直接影响着演讲的水平和质量。除了注意平舌音和卷舌音的区别外，汉语中还存在大量的多音字，因此尤其要注意读音的准确性。如果在演讲中发现自己读错了字音，不妨参考我们上期的内容：《释放你的幽默感》，巧妙地化解尴尬。

在确保字词读音准确的前提下，我們还得关注说话的声音。声音太小肯定不行，面对众多观众，只有清脆响亮的声音，才能使每一位观众都听得真切。当然，清脆响亮不等于用力地喊叫。喊叫听起来就像噪声一样，观众听了感到不悦耳，那么你演讲的内容再精彩，也很难得到大家的认同和肯定。

适当的手势

为了表达演讲者的思想情感，有时光靠口语是不够的，还需要用到一些手势。美国心理学家詹姆斯认为，在身体的各部分中，手的表达能力仅次于脸。在演讲中手势有着不可或缺的作用。

让我们来总结一下演讲中常见手势的含义：手向上、向前，往往表达的是赞许、希望、肯定等积极方面的意思；手向下、向后，则常常有批判、否定等消极的意思。握紧拳头表示果断、自信、有力，竖大拇指表示称赞，而耸肩、双手摊开则可能表示无奈……在演讲中适当地运用手势，可以补充语言的不足，增强演讲的说服力和感染力。演讲中，切忌把手插到口袋里，这是对观众的一种不尊重。

当然，手势并不需要刻意地去模仿。当你演讲时进入投入的状态，自然会随着讲话的内容与情绪做出相应的手势来。

纵观上述案件，这让我们看到：市场经济不断挑战着道德的进步，日益进步的物质文明并不一定能换来道德的同步提升。这一切告诉我们：物质永远不能替代精神，金钱永远不能滋润心灵。重拾中华美德，已经刻不容缓!

The moment I go to high school, I have made up my mind to study hard. It is
