雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。
