As we know, most people have heroes in their hearts. For me， Liu Xiang is

the hero in my heart. He is a famous Chinese sportsman.

Liu Xiang is good at running. In 2004， he won his first Olympic gold medal

in the men，s 110m hurdles event in Athens. Then, he set a world record in the

same event in Lausanne.Besides training and taking part in competitions, Liu

Xiang also likes singing and he sings well.

With his hard work, he is winning competitions one after another. This

encourages me to study harder from now on.

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

总之，我刚来一中没几天就体会到一中严谨的治学、育人态度，令人吃惊的是一中学习之外的环保教育也抓的如此严格，我也希望今后的一中人当步入社会也能将母校带给我们极强的环保意识不仅宣扬更重要的是以实干服人。

春天来临了，祖国大地又活起来了，特别是路两边的小草。

我走在路边，不经意间发现路两旁的土地上出现了很多很多的小绿头，我知道了，这是小草儿们正在努力地向上钻，看到小草们这么努力地钻，我身体里流着的血也沸腾起来了。

我的心里有点乐。

一星期后，我又来到了这儿，这儿的小草已经“冲”破了地面开始茁壮成长，眼前的绿色变多了，一阵暖风轻轻地吹来，小草在风中左右摇晃着，和煦的阳光照在草地上，向母亲宽大的胸怀抱着它。正当我欣赏着这美丽的景象时，一群人无情的从草地上走过，无情地践踏着可爱的小草，还无情地在小草的身上吐了一口痰。这一群人走了以后，只见草地上一片狼籍，小草儿们有的都被踩扁了，有的被全是细菌的痰黏着，有的离开了大地的滋润，在马路边静静地躺着。实在看不下去的我，带着叹息走了。

不久，我再次来到这里，只见在土上立了一个牌子：“请爱护小草和小花。”我把视线转到了草地上，小草儿们越长越绿，越长越密，周围还开出了小花，我很疑惑，为什么小草在人们的践踏之下还能成长呢?这时耳边传来了水声，我回头一看，原来是一个伯伯在为小草和小花浇水，这时我茅塞顿开，原来是这一位伯伯的劳动才让小草重新焕发出了生机。

Nowadays it is common to encounter a scene when people want to see things

happen but can‘t make things happen for various reasons. The most important

reason is that they just refuse to create and innovate. With the accelerated

pace of our society,more and more people recognize the importance of creation

that is bound to make a difference in social productivity.

As far as I am concerned,we should all have the notion of being the

participants of supporting creation. First of all,creation is the most vital

现在，我长大了，能为环保做更多的事，可以用牛奶盒做存钱罐，用废矿泉水瓶做花盆、沙拉瓶等等，我那些写完的本子和废纸，也会交给爷爷，请他帮我卖掉。

一棵快要死掉的树，仍然在顽强地生长。虽然在去年，它被严寒折磨，但它仍然坚持了下来，到今年春天，它不放弃，继续生长。它都能坚持下来，那我到底有什么理由去放弃呢?我现在还年轻，我还有时间去奋斗，去努力，那么我就不该放弃。不能连一棵老的树也不如吧!

我收拾好我的心情，回到屋里，拿出试卷，作业，开始认真的写。心里想着：努力努力，再努力，就能成功了。

春天，使树有生机，春天，使人坚强努力。遇见春天，让生命绽放。在从古至今的诗词中，我们都知道描写春天的诗句，如“春眠不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟。”“碧玉妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦。”春天真的是一年中的季节，怪不得诗人们赞美它。不仅赞美她的美，也赞美它使万物复苏的力量，使人坚强向上的力量。

我热爱地球，热爱我们赖以生存的家园。爱他的青山绿水，爱她的碧草蓝天……

记得有一次，我与妹妹去超市，舅舅说要开车带我们去，而妹妹却说：“咱们别坐车了，骑自行车去好不好嘛？”“很累的哎，妹妹”我装作很累的样子对妹妹说。“姐姐，咱们不开车去，就不会排放尾气，全国就少了一个排放尾气的车辆，保护环境从我做起哦，姐姐说对吗？”我被妹妹给“打败”于是，无奈的骑着自行车去了。

回来的路上，我一边开心的吃着零食，扔下了包装袋。我一看，咦？妹妹呢，扭头一看，妹妹跳下车来正在把我仍的垃圾袋一一捡起放入垃圾箱，我说：“妹妹，快别捡了，不干净的”“姐姐，保护环境从我做起，从小事做起哦”顿时，我的脸热辣辣的，我突然觉得我不配做一名少先队员，是啊，保护环境，实行环保，是每一个少先队员应该做的，而我却没有做！从此我下定决心，再也不乱扔垃圾了！

据资料显示，在北美洲、欧洲及大洋洲上空，臭氧层正在变薄，南极上空的臭氧层已经出现了“空洞”。而导致这一切发生的，都是我们人类，在平时生活中，人们汽车排放出的尾气，工厂冒出的浓烟，农民燃烧秸秆的浓烟，农药，含氟的用品，都是造成温室效应的罪魁祸首，破坏臭氧层。

同学们，“地球病了”！人来在创造巨大的财富的同时，对环境的破坏也在加剧，严重的环境污染，生态失衡……使我们人类赖以生存的家园正处在危急之中。地球母亲在“呻吟”，大自然呼吁“我们只有一个地球！”保护地球母亲是地球上每一位居民的责任。

从现在开始，保护环境从我做起。
