书是我们渴望知识的一种思想，也就是这种思想催促着我们读书。书能使我们开阔视野，增长才干，草野心灵性情，提高我们的文化素质，丰富我们的文化生活。使自己的词库得到一定的积累。提高自己的写作能力。总而言之，从而言之，我们要多读书，读好书，好读书。相信我是没错的。

读书真的是有很大的益处。

首先，读书可以增长知识。培根说：“知识就是力量”。人类要发展，必然离不开知识。21世纪是知识经济的时代，同学们如果从小不会读书，没有知识，文化底蕴不足，长大以后就很难立足于这个时代。正如高尔基所说：“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”。莎士比亚说：“书籍是全人类的营养品，生活里没有书籍，就好像没有阳光;智慧里没有书籍，就好像鸟儿没有翅膀。”前苏联巴甫连柯说：“书籍使人们成为宇宙的主人”。马克思说：“越是多读书，就越是感到不足，越感到自己知识贫乏。”

其次，读书可以塑造人生。读书对改变一个人的精神气质具有重要意义，书籍也可以改变一个人的人生。过去毛泽东、彭德怀等老一辈无产阶级革命家正因为有了进步书籍的引导才走上革命道路。《钢铁是怎样炼成的》《青年近卫军》等世界名著曾激励了多少有志青年投身于革命与建设事业之中。正如歌德所说：“读一切好的书，就是和许多高尚的人说话。”凯勒说：“一本好书像一艘船，带领我们从狭隘的地方，驶向无限广阔的生活海洋。”托尔斯泰说：“理想的书籍是智慧的钥匙。”明代董其昌说：“读万卷书，行万里路。”法国罗曼罗兰说：“和书籍在一起，永远不会叹气。”汉代刘向说：“书犹药也，善读之可医愚。”总之，多读一本好书，多活一个人生。

再次，读书可以陶冶情操。读书其实是一种享受。古人读书讲究环境的清静，在闲情逸致中以求养心益德，有超凡脱俗之感。现代社会丰富多采，充满了烦躁与诱惑，能静下心来读点自己喜欢的书，养养心，益益德，不是很好的精神享受吗?读书也是一种休息，一种解脱，是人类精神上的营养剂。高尔基说：“我扑在书籍上，像饥饿的人扑在面包上一样。”他还说：“读书越多，精神就愈健壮而勇敢。”

最后，读书可以提高写作水平。唐代诗人杜甫说：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”古人也一再强调：“劳于读书，逸于作文。”“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟。”孔子也说：“不学诗，无以言。”杨雄曾说：“能读千赋，自能为之。”语文新课程标准也十分强调多读课外书。读书是吸收，写作是表达，没有“吸收”哪来“表达”呢?苏轼就说过：“厚积而薄发”，这“厚积”就是要大家多读书。所以一个人的语文水平主要是靠平时“多读多练”。正所谓：“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”。

总之，读书应成为同学们生活的一部分，书是知识的海洋，信息的仓库，是经验的总汇，我们应该学习古人“孙康映雪”“江泌照月”的精神，挤时间读书，多读一本书，多活一个人生，多一份智慧，多一份力量。在读中学，在读中乐，与书为友，天长地久。让我们每一个人都热爱读书吧!“书是一扇沉重的门，它垂青于每一个敲门者。它敞开的门扉里，是一口淘不完的井，是一座掘不尽的矿。走进书里去，从书里走出来，让知识的浪花滋润你的肺腑，让动人的箴言树起你人生的路标。”

In our life, some people love sport while others hate it. However, most of the time, sports are good for us. Different sports have different benefit. Players get healthy bodies when doing sports.

Such as basketball, players get to run a lot and exercise their flexibility. One thing all the sports have in common is they all promote team spirit. Players become sole mates with each other as they work as teams. Sport is also a way of releasing. Releasing energy and all the bad stuff in your body and mind can make you feel better.

Sport doesnt mean restless exercise. Its just another way to build up your body and have a healthy life.

But soon changed my opinion.

可是不久就改变了我的看法。

有一次学校组织课外知识竞赛。有一道题是这样的：树袋熊为什么浑身是香的?三个选择：A与生俱来的，B生活在清香中，C它吃了一种香的树叶，时间长了就香了。这道题我在哪见过，哦，想起来了，就是前天阅读的一篇科学论文。里面提到的，说是树袋熊爱吃桉树叶，这种树叶里有一种成分，吃多了时间长了就香了。我选了C。过了几天，试卷发下了一看，果然是C。还有好多题，我都见过，才把它们做对的。

还有一次，上作文课。老师要我们写关于劝学的文章。我就引用了一些名言、古诗。好多人都没有想到，可是我想到了。作文点评时，老师把这篇文章读给大家听，让大家学习，还表扬我爱读书呢。这些都是我平时多阅读多积累的效果。

我终于明白了，阅读能让我们多补充课外知识，写出好的文章。当然最重要的是阅读让生活变得更精彩。所以说阅读好处多多。

In recent year, as people’s living quality increase, most families are tending to send their children to study abroad. This phenomenon has caused most people’s attention. Some argue that we should send children to foreign country to study because they think that other countries’ education is better than our traditional Chinese education. Some don’t think so because they believe that students should learn our traditional culture instead of going abroad. In my opinion, I think students should be sent to foreign country to receive sophisticated education. Reasons are listed as the following.

Firstly, Students can learn more through foreign country’s education. As we all know, most students study just for entering into a better university in our country. All they learn is how to pass exams and get high scores in school. On the contrary, the Western education pays attention to students’ practical ability which would be a more efficient way to learn rather than getting knowledge from books. To get more experience, students should be sent to abroad to study.

Secondly, students would be more independent after study abroad. When students are sent to abroad, they must take care of themselves in all aspects, gradually, they would learn how to deal with things they confronted rather than turning to their parents as they may do in their own country.

All in all, students should be sent to abroad to study so that they can attain more knowledge and also become more independently.

现在我们还可以说是学习的初级阶段，学到的书籍也只有课本而已，我们不应该局限于此。虽说是初学，也还是有一定的阅读课外书籍的能力。学习之余，我们还可以买一些适合我们读的书本，了解一些课本上没有的东西，拓展我们的知识面增强语感，增加深度，从而也可以提高我们学习成绩，让我们都变成别人心目中的“百科全书”，这对于我们自己岂不是两全其美的事嘛。

其实读书也是一种美的享受，独到我们喜欢的内容可以让我们感到高兴、快乐，感觉到世界是那么的美好。也会被其中的内容，深深吸引住，让我们有一种总想用阅读来填充自己的大脑的冲动，阅读到抒情的文章会让我们也有之感动，知道人间所从在的真情......

说了这么多，总之一句话：读健康的书籍对我们来说是非常有益的，它的益处举不胜举。
