Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me  introduce myself. My name is ,24. I come from Nanchang,the capital  of Jiangxi Province. Failure exists in every stage for everybody. As students, I think the most common failure would be failing in the exam. Yes, I have failed in the exam for many times. When they fail in the exam, they need a long time to recover, even have directly negative effect on their inner heart. This is not the right way to deal with this problem.
