在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1)在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2)使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3)改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4)学会使用过渡词。

在我读中学的时候，我遇到了一个非常好的英语老师。她的名字是克拉拉。虽然我离开她已经很长时间了，但我仍然记得她。是她给了我学习英语的热情，也是她在我跌倒时扶我一把。

瑟瑟的冷风迎面袭来贯穿全身，不禁打了个寒颤，裹紧衣服，继续若无其事的行走在空旷的小路上，单调的背影，太过于落寞。

我本是一个毫无梦想以及漫无目标的小青年，在逐梦的人潮中，我早就迷失了自己，就像夜晚航行在大海上的邮船，却没有了灯塔的指引，太过于迷茫。

一路的风，一路的眼泪，我知道我不够完美，但妈妈的那一巴掌让我彻底对未来失去了希望，我不够有出息，太过于娇气。

我也曾深夜不眠，咬紧牙关，任凭眼泪横冲直撞流进嘴里；我也想让爸爸妈妈对我刮目相看，逢人就夸我有出息；我也会一个人想想，我该怎样更好的活？怎样让爸爸妈妈更好的活？可我，毕竟只是个没有梦想的小青年，只是个空想。

踱在小路上，前路迷茫，我就像被世界遗弃的孤儿，我就这样不停的走，不停的哭。眼泪如果能卖钱，那么我就能成为新闻中的焦点人物。不知过了多久，身心疲惫，眼神的余光却锁定在两个白色不明物体上。

走近，一看，原来在风中摇曳的两个小东西竟是蚕茧，雪白雪白，被裹得严严实，此时，泛滥的好奇心驱使着我伸手轻轻一摸，感觉挺柔软，两个小东西的躯壳，看上去很微弱，实际上却又如此紧密。

或许因为那两个小东西很可爱，或许觉得破茧成蝶的过程很有趣，又或许因为我觉得它们不可能挣脱那层厚厚的白茧。我驻足观察，很久很久。

突然，什么微微的动了动，我的心瞬间紧绷，死死地盯住那个小东西，生怕错过什么，接着，有事一动，比上一次更急强烈了，我亦愈加紧张，又是几分钟过去了，整个蛹开始剧烈的颤动，我很想帮它，可不能，我只想默默的祈祷它赶快平安出来。大概颤动了十几秒，突然停住，是它放弃了挣扎么？我的瞳孔瞬间放大了两倍，我的心沉到谷底，很是难过。就在此时，惊人的一幕发生了，小东西的白色躯壳破了一个小洞，我隐约看到了一个小生命拼命的从洞中窜出，敬佩之情油然而生。它，出来了，没有让我失望；它，展开美丽的翅膀，在蓝天的映衬下，闪射着耀人的光芒，透露着令人折服的力量。

我很惊讶，小小的虫子居然有那么强大的力量，能够挣破茧的束缚，获得新生。

另外一只小东西也开始有了动静，我又凝神注视。动了，十分剧烈，持续了五秒，停了，我又等了很久，却无任何反应。我懂了，它放弃了，它没能挣破茧的束缚，它选择了顺其自然。

见证了两个小东西的命运转转，我的内心为之一怔。第一只为了挣脱束缚，奋力拼搏，终于获得了自由，在蓝天下尽情的飞翔着。第二只却终究没能摆脱命运的安排。在前者身上，我看到了生命的力量、拼搏的力量。但是现在的我却犹如第二只放弃了努力的虫子，即将走向深渊，可我心如此吗？不，我不能，我应该如同那只破茧而出的蝴蝶，赢得属于我的那一片天空！

擦干脸上的泪痕，整理好衣襟，深呼吸，我要大步的向前，不畏风雨的阻挠；我要努力，奋力冲破阻碍，破茧成蝶，飞向我的蔚蓝天空。

那一刻，我成长了，我的梦想破茧成蝶，我飞向天空。

中国将作为一座独具魅力的希望之城展现在世人面前，气势磅礴的长城，温婉明丽的江南，阵势宏伟的兵马俑，甚至美丽神秘的边陲小城都将承载着中国的历史和未来，向全世界的人展示中国独特的魅力，讲述中国人所经历的种种以及背负着的责任和梦想。

奥运前进的步伐暂且在中国停驻，这是中国及其子民期盼了数年的盛事，这亦是中国人庞大的梦想，代表着世界给予中国的肯定，代表着中国将再创辉煌，零八年，中国肩负着全世界的梦想，属于运动场上的拼搏奋进精神，将融入世界的每一个角落，世界人民共同携手，为梦想而战，为明天而战，而和平的精神，就在这流动着的荣誉中得以永恒，圣火遍及世界，中国正完成着爱与和平的传递，凝聚着闪光的美好精神，向世界证明正义的存在。

中国人不会低头，不会轻言放弃。
