不知不觉我们就来到了半山腰，发现石阶越来越陡。我回头看看，大家已经满头大汗，气喘虚虚，而我的小阿姨却被我们落在了后面，一个人艰难地走着。我和弟弟一起为她加油、鼓劲！然后在石头上稍作休息片刻，我们又继续爬山了。这时风儿给我们擦擦汗，好像在说：“加油，小朋友们，胜利的大门向你们敞开着！”

我们终于废了九牛二虎之力爬上了了山顶，我们顿时欣喜若狂，我们几个小孩又开始相互追逐玩耍起来。因为我们翻山越岭后看到的是一大片一大片茶林，就像绿色的大海。我们欢呼着，嬉戏着，开心极了！

“谢依辰，去爬褒忠山吗？”周日的清早给妈妈叫醒，我揉揉眼睛，懒洋洋地说：“去啊！”说完，我火速地洗脸刷牙，穿上运动鞋就出发了。

到了山脚，妈妈说：“这座山有八百多米高。”我听了心里就开始担心起来，天啊，这么高，我可能爬不上啊！可既然来了就不能打退堂鼓了，“加油！加油！我一定能行。”我在为自己打气加油。1小时过去了，大人们说还只爬了不到三分之一，我开始头晕了，妈妈说是缺氧缺水，叫我大口大口地呼吸，然后咕咚喝了一大半瓶水，我还想：完了完了，可能爬不上去了。过了一会儿，我感觉好了，又努力地爬呀爬，爬到约三分之二的时候，大人们累了，他们也累得坐在地上的石头上休息，不到一分钟，有一个人站起来说：“我们不能做什么事都半途而废，那么到最后我们将一事无成。”大家听了都站起来，重新振作起来继续向上爬。2个多小时后，我们终于爬上了山顶，看到了以前的湘乡电视台发射塔，站在塔边上往下看，山下的风景像一幅画，美不胜收。

大家都说“上山容易，下山难。”果真如此，我们下山的时候走了一条“新路”，那“新路”是山下的人自己砍柴的路。泥巴上面带苔藓，溜滑溜滑的。我们下山时都捡了一些木棍当登山杖，妈妈还摔了几个四脚朝天。

那天，我不仅领略到了褒忠山山顶的无限风光还得到了一个启发：一个人做一件事要坚持到底，量力而行，不能半途而废，不能做徒劳的事。

寒假的一天，趁着空闲，我和爸爸一起去面爬山。

我和爸爸爬的山叫做东谷湖。一进入景点，映入眼帘的是一个巨大的湖泊。水被阳光照射着，显得波光粼粼。水又被秋风吹动着，泛起一圈圈波纹，波纹碰到岸边的石壁，又弹了回来。

不一会儿，我们爬到了山顶。这时，树木好像是位魔术师，向我们变了个“魔术”，刚才还郁郁葱葱的树林一下子变黄了!一枚枚绿加黄的叶子像一只只彩色的、美丽的蝴蝶，从“蝴蝶树”上落下来，“飞”啊“飞”啊，落在了地上，静静地“看”老人们打太极，“听”中年人谈论各式各样的事，“看”小朋友们尽情的嬉戏玩耍……树上不但叶子黄了，还结出了五颜六色的、不知名的果实呢!有红色的，有黄色的，有白色的，还有绿色的……它们像一张张可爱的脸蛋，对着人们笑啊笑啊……

在山顶上游览了一遍，我们便下山了。下山时，一阵阵秋风迎面扑来，吹在身上，使人心旷神怡，十分惬意。下山十分轻松，不一会儿我们便有回到湖边，开开心心地回家了。

寒假的这次爬山让我体验到了一览众山小的感觉。

果姐和“谢仙女”还有万叔叔是先锋，他们冲在最前面开辟道路，“嗖”的一下就不见了影子。而我呢，则是紧紧地拉住我爸，一步一步往上爬。

由于我们落后了，我就干脆坐在石头凳子上休息，这儿坐着其实也不错，绿树成荫，草丛里散发着阵阵花香，空气清新，鸟儿在树上唱着欢乐的歌。坐着坐着，我突然想起我要爬上山顶的这个愿望。于是，我带着我的两个“守卫”－－我爸和林昀，我们一起向山顶进发。

在下山的时候，我又看见了美丽的景色，顿时，我心中的失望渐渐地消失了，反而快乐起来了。

不知过了多久，我终于爬到了山顶。站在山顶上抬头往下望，那些人啊树啊房屋啊都变得非常渺小。阳光普照着大地，山林里的鸟儿也叫得欢喜……我开心极了！心里不禁庆幸自己听妈妈的话，没有半途而废。

这次爬山虽然很累，但它让我学会了坚持，更让我拥有了一颗勇敢的心！从此，在我课余生活中，我喜欢上了爬山，它不仅锻炼了我身体，更带给我快乐与感悟。
