生活中有很多事，看起来简单做起来难，比如包饺子、塔城堡等等。我喜欢在假日里爬山，爬山也是一件不容易的事。

这次，我是和妈妈、爸爸一起去的，到了目的地，我一看，只见这山挺矮的，几座连在一起，我以为很好上去。一开始，我一马当先，跑在前面，到了中间，山腰这个部位，我才开始有些累，准备下山不爬了，可妈妈对我说：“世上无难事，只怕有心人，这可是你自己说过的。”我又爬了起来，我__越慢，渐渐得被爸爸妈妈追上了，爸爸妈妈虽然速度慢，但是坚持不懈，我却骄傲自大，以为自己了不起，跑上去当然累得很。后面这半路，都我停停歇歇慢慢地爬上去的。这座山上有很多山药，妈妈摘了一大袋子。这一条山路的周围都是花花草草，有的还是绿的，有的.枯萎了。终于上了山顶，山顶上还有几个屋子，门口写着几个字：领头堂。

里面都是烧香拜佛的，一到里面就马上闻到了那些香味。我这时已经累得气喘呼呼了，于是找了个位置坐了下来，我发现这山上的松树有好多，遍地都是松果，山上连锻炼身体的也有，站在山上看，什么都变小了，美景都看见，远处，我还看见了大海呢!回头想想，爬山看起来简单，做起来难，爬山需要做到坚持不懈，不能半途而废，不能以为自己年轻，就一定会比别人快。

做别的事也是一样，不能中途就停止，要做到最后。

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

时间过得可真是太快了，我们大家一起开心快乐的玩着玩着，一眨眼，太阳公公就回家了，我们大家也该回家了。但是，下山时，我也玩得很开心。我捡了一根有点粗的棒子。来当我的拐杖，因为下山时跑得太快会控制不住，就会摔倒，但是我虽然很害怕，最后还是一步一步地向前走了，很快就到山脚了，我扔掉棒子，快速向前跑，跑着跑着，我“扑咚”一下摔倒了，表姐他们都哈哈大笑起来，我虽然摔得很痛，但是我忍着疼痛，也跟着笑了起来。

我们爬的不是那种陡峭的山，也不是像黄旗山那样的旅游胜地，而是一个小公园，但一路上发生了许多有趣的事。

这个小公园里我们家很近，走路也就只用十五六分钟。临走前，我们往背包里装了三个苹果，一包小面包，一袋小馒头和四瓶酸奶。也许你会问，那么近，为什么要带那么多东西?有两个原因——1、我妹妹是吃货。2、和我们同行的还有一位阿姨。

在路上，我们都很开心，我还摘了几根狗尾巴草给妹妹，说：“妹妹，看，狗……”我还没说完，妹妹就开始东张西望，原来，她还以为有狗呢!

来到公园，我们又开始纠结走哪边，最终，我们决定上山走斜坡，下山走阶梯。一路上的景色好美，还有一棵树。树上面的花是紫粉色的，地上还有一层“花瓣地毯”呢。

看着一层层阶梯，我咬紧牙关，深吸一口气，开始“咚咚”地往上爬。刚没爬多久，就听见老爸已经开始“吭哧吭哧”了。起初，我还笑话他这么没用，这才多久就已经累的跟什么似的。可没过多久，我自己也累的半死不活，此刻的我感觉到我的腿脚特别的沉重，好像都抬不起来了似的。好几次都想有想要放弃爬上去的念头。爸爸一再的鼓励我，告诉我坚持下去才能成功。于是我咬咬牙，再次往上爬。

半路上，我感觉到腿特别的酸，也特别的热。于是我随手脱下了身上的马甲甩给了爸爸，又把袖子给高高卷了起来。顿时感到清风佛面，凉快极了！走着走着，终于吃不消了。爸爸看我确实也累了，于是提议找个地方休息一会。稍作休息，感觉没那么累了，腿也没那么酸了，于是又向终点出发了。又走了好一会，感觉力气都耗尽了，额头上都是汗水，腿脚也不听使唤了。这时的我再一次想要放弃，甚至都想要掉眼泪了。当我不经意回头一看，居然看到一个比我小好多的小男孩也在爬山，他爸妈想要抱他一会，他都不肯，坚持自己爬上去。我瞬间被这位小弟弟感动到了。心想，他这么小一个小朋友都可以自己爬上去，我怎么就不行呢？难道我还要输给他不成。于是我再一次卯足了劲，努力向山顶爬去。

我们终于爬到了一个不知名的楼阁，通过貌似不靠谱的旋转楼梯爬到了三层的顶楼。往下鸟瞰一眼，几乎整个半山都尽收眼底。我见到了很多以前从没见过的建筑，满怀好奇的对着爸爸问这问那，都搞得爸爸无言以对了。

最后我们又向半山公园的最高点——望辰阁，发起了挑战。站在山脚下就觉得这山有点高不可攀，可现在站在最高点时顿时感到爽歪歪了，就连平时的高楼大厦此时看起来比乐高小人还要矮一些，高速公路就跟条细长的丝带似的，上面的汽车也压根看不清楚是什么了，之前的酸痛早已经感觉不到了，唯一能感觉到的就是站在山顶的自豪感。

这次的爬山给我留下了永久的回忆和启示。就像古人说的那样“站的高，才能看的远”当我们有了自己的目标，必须要向前进步，朝着前进的方向，付出努力，就一定能取得成功，获得胜利！

今天上午思品课上，董老师为了培养我们班的合作精神，特地带我们去爬奈古山。

我们来到山下，啊我望着陡峭的山路，心里“怦怦”地直跳！可嘴里小声地说：“怕什么！男子汉大丈夫。”说到做到，不放空炮。说到这儿，我向山顶冲去……

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last! ) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions.

There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

Xi an, the city we live in now. Old and elegant. Is the home that has been

on my mind when I was a vagabond. In the next year, I will continue to live in

走在凉爽的绿荫间，倾听着小鸟们愉快的歌声，树叶不时地发出“沙沙”的声响，好似在窃窃私语呢。这是一件值得令人怀念的事情。

记得当时，我们来到山脚下时，已经是人山人海，四周被堵得水泄不通。只见一座座山峰蜿蜒起伏，连绵不断。开始爬山了，我和弟弟迫不及待地跑到人群的最前面。爸爸妈妈在后面急切地喊道：“小心啊，慢一点。”我在心里得意地想着：爬山也不过如此嘛！哪有爸爸说得那么累，需要什么顽强的意志力。“扑通”一声，弟弟一不小心就摔倒在了地上，双手都被擦破了。爸爸幸灾乐祸地对弟弟说：“我叫你慢一点，你不听，现在受苦了吧。真是不听老人劝，吃亏在眼前。”弟弟噘着嘴巴，被爸爸说得哑口无言。我再不也敢疏忽大意了，走路时，总是看好脚下，生怕成为第二个“弟弟”。才刚刚爬到了半山腰，我就被累得气喘吁吁，两条腿像棉花糖一样有气无力。望着拔地而起的天平山，我感到了前所未有的迷茫。可是，我又是一个死要面子，活受罪的人，怎么好意思说爬不动呢！唉，我只好哑巴吃黄莲——有苦说不出，顶着头皮坚持往上爬。爬了一个台阶，又是一个台阶……好像是没完没了。还有啊，就是越往上面爬，能踩的平地就越少，都是一些凹凸不平的小石块。我们还经历了一次让人胆战心惊的独木桥，走在上面时，心里不禁提心吊胆的。望着下面的万丈深渊，手心里不停地冒着冷汗，双手紧紧地握着把手，生怕掉了下去。我们花了九牛二虎之力才爬上了山顶。从山顶上望下去的景象真是千奇百怪，婀娜多姿。瞬时间，什么疲劳也感觉不到了。

这次爬山真是一举两得啊，既让我看到了美丽的风景，也让我明白了一个道理：只有努力，才会有收获。

Every time when I run in the playground, I always set a target for myself,

such as I need to finish 3000 meters. It is such a long distance, but if I set

the target of 500 meters and repeat the target, then I can finish my original

there are some other voices claiming that the spirit of lei feng still has an enormous echo in millions of chinese people。 the great soldier’s story has such a strong influence on people’s ideas， values and ways of life that in every field of society there arise countless “living lei fengs”， who follow the example of lei feng and serve the people heart and soul。

in my opinion， the spirit of lei feng will never be out of date。 instead， it has been brought forward。 today more and more “lei fengs” are coming forth from various circles among whom “xu hu” has already set a good example to the whole nation。 the spirit of lei feng---an unselfish spirit will always encourage us to go forward。
