有一次，爸爸带着我们一家子去白云山爬山，一路上，我兴奋极了!下了车，我蹦蹦跳跳地来到山脚，跑得比全家人都快，抬头看着天空仿佛比之前更蓝了，湛蓝的天空中飞翔着自由自在的鸟儿，粗壮的大树像一个个昂首挺胸的士兵，笔直地挺立在两旁，绿油油的草坪踩上去松松软软，舒服极了!连山间的泉水也叮咚唱起了动听的歌曲。

我按捺不住心中的喜悦，来到了池子边玩水，小金鱼在水里游来游去，我想伸手去摸一摸，不料差点掉了下去，幸亏妈妈在旁边，连忙拉了我一把，唉!幸好有妈妈的保护，不然就落水了。我被赶过来的爷爷教训了一顿，心里委屈极了太阳此时变得格外刺眼，树叶彷佛也耷拉下了脑袋。

突然，爸爸拍了拍我的肩膀：丫丫，我们来比一比誰爬山爬得快，好不好?爸爸话音刚落，我就转头飞快地朝山上跑去，风吹了过来，好让我凉快些，树叶又抬起了头，当我的啦啦队，鸟儿也为我唱起了胜利歌。

人人都说邵武最高的山是福山。星期天，我约了几个要好的伙伴来登福山。登完了福山，我发现福山不但很高，而且上面的风景也很美。

来到了福山脚下，抬头向山望，我们不由自主的说：“福山可真高啊，像是一位巨人。”那绿绿的树叶还真像它的绿衣裳，浓浓的雾像它的大白帽。真像一位七彩的使者。

终于开始登山了。路旁的大树的枝干可粗了，树枝可细了，相比起来，真是大不相同啊！树叶一簇靠着一簇，不留一点儿缝隙，阳光射进来，照在了大地上的阳光；像金子一样的一点一点闪闪发光，似乎是一个小精灵在大地上跳跃着，闪烁着迷离的光点。

金秋时节，我和妈妈去森林公园爬山。今天一大早，我们把车停在山下，从山下进入，步行走在进山上的大路上。尽管太阳公公丝毫不见逊色，但幸好有一丝丝秋凉的风。

我们向右拐进山里的小路，两旁的树木郁郁葱葱、覆盖成阴，花朵五颜六色、香气扑鼻。我们沿途前行，路边长着各种各样的大树，树上爬满了绿得发亮的爬山虎，我费了好大的力气才拔下一小撮，让我想起叶圣陶爷爷的《爬山虎的脚》一文，仔细观察，发现爬山虎果然是有脚的，只是细小得不引人注意。

我们沿石级走下山，山脚下的小路弯弯曲曲，但平坦干净。周围藤蔓丛生，绿得那么秀逸，那么新鲜。继续走了一会儿，来到一公里长的梅花桩，我一步一步地轻轻地跳跃着，一截高一截低的梅花桩对我来说是十分简单的，我一会儿平行走，一会儿交叉走，小心翼翼的。

梅花桩终于结束了，我抬头仰望，深深地吸了口气，因为我们要爬上另一座山了，山上的石级蜿蜒地向山顶延伸，像一条长长的蛇，怎么都看不到尽头。一小段的石级已经让我爬得筋疲力尽，没有力气再爬上去了。我气喘吁吁地说：“妈妈，我爬不动了。”妈妈笑着说：“那好吧，休息会。”我们坐在石级上，边喝水边欣赏眼前高山绿树的无边风景，这一片山野环绕在我们周围，顿时感到心旷神怡、其乐融融。

过了很久，我们终于爬上了山顶，来到森林公园最高的观光凉亭，休息片刻，我问妈妈：“还有多久才到达目的地？”妈妈说：“还有十公里吧。”我吃惊地说：“还有那么远啊！”妈妈又说：“我们可以原路折返，减少一半路程。”然后，我们就向回头路走去。

走下好像没有尽头的石级后，我们又来到梅花桩，走过梅花桩，我们走在山下的小路上。突然，我看到了一群红蚂蚁在搬家，我把零食丢给红蚂蚁。刚开始它们没有动静，过了一会儿，红蚂蚁蜂拥而至，把零食搬走了，它们像一群团结的大力士。我又放了两块，一群黑蚂蚁以迅雷不及掩耳之势把这两块也抢走了。看了一会儿，太阳公公露出红红的大笑脸，把我们烤得像蒸笼上的蚂蚁，不得不快速离开。

今天虽然烈日炎炎，但是我们玩得十分开心，下次一定会再来爬山的。

第一阶段完毕，进入第二阶段——磨豆浆，体验以前的生活，我从小桶里随意抓了几颗黄豆丢进磨盘的进口处，又倒了一些水，接着使劲地推起来，不一会儿，清澈的水变成了乳白色，水面上渐渐浮起了一层白色的泡沫。煮熟后，我喝了一口，“啊，好甜啊!”我美滋滋地喝着我们自己做的豆浆，心里别提有多高兴了!

时间一分一秒过去了，终于等到我们“园中寻宝”时间了。家长们把奖品都藏起来，不一会儿，寻宝活动开始了，大家手忙脚乱东找找，西找找，连不起眼的地方也不放过。最后大家的收获都很丰富。之后，我们还玩了一项“二人三足”游戏来结束我们这次的活动。

这是一个另我难忘的活动，在活动中，记录了我与爸爸妈妈的点点滴滴，每个画面都深深地烙在了我的心中，还有这声音随着公园播放出悠扬乐声，在山野间回荡着，构成了一副如诗如画的美景，白云山美景使我陶醉，使人流连忘返。

我是个聪明的、会读书的小孩，成绩一直在班上前十名，书是我最好的朋友。记得有一次，我订的《第二课堂》没有认真仔细看，妈妈问我内容，一问三不知。就为了那一次，妈妈让我保证：以后凡是买了书，就一定要认真看完，不然从此以后都不买书，直到看完为止。于是，我每次都认真的看，还把内容讲给妈妈听。现在，我看完的书已经是一座小山了，妈妈准备扔时，我却想起一件事：“这书还这么好，我们可以捐给贫困山区呀!”果然不出我所料，这一年里，我们开展了捐书活动，我毫不犹豫地捐了5本!

一大早，我和姐姐两家人决定去永嘉爬山。走出家们天阴阴得，看不出有多热。

我们开自己的车到了瓯北，再乘永嘉城乡巴士到桥下，再从桥下到瓯渠。一路上我们一边吃着花生，一边想着去爬山的情景。

11点左右我们到了瓯渠，早上的阴凉早以不在，我们沿着公路走走停停，汗水不知不觉的流了满身。12点多，我们到了农龙农家乐。我们点了很多农家菜，可能是肚子饿了，我觉得什么都那么好吃。爸爸让我多吃些土豆，因为我流了很多汗，而土豆里含有丰富的钾。

吃完中饭，我们继续启程，大概在下午2点左右我们到了娄岙村的一个农户。这家的阿婆可热情了，又给我们倒水，又给我们吃黄瓜，那黄瓜可黄了。她还请我们到她家后院乘凉。在她家的后院有一条小溪渠，我们在小溪渠里欢呼雀跃。

3点左右，我们告别了阿婆，继续我们的行程。虽然已经是下午3点，但太阳还是很猛烈。一路上我们艰辛的走这上山的小路。我们相互鼓励，转眼间我们到了山顶。我们在山顶上唱歌，吃野山楂。那里飞舞这很多蜻蜓，有红蜻蜓、蓝蜻蜓，都是我们没平时没看到的。

快5点了，我们到了茗岙村。那是一个古朴的村落。在那里我们从上村走到中村，再到下村，才找到下上的车，沿着时而“S”形，时而“C”形的公路回家了。

多么奇妙的爬山之旅呀!

今天，我和妈妈去爬老君山。

经过一路颠簸，爬到山顶，“哇”。眼前的景象让我心旷神怡。好多寺庙，最前面的寺庙上写着“大雄宝殿”。而且还有好多鸟叫声唧唧唧唧像开着一场音乐会，真好听！进了寺庙我们把钱放进“功德箱”然后磕了头。我在心里暗暗许下了一个愿望。看天色不早了，我和妈妈准备下山，下了山以后我说：“妈妈我好饿呀！”妈妈说：“我请你吃酸辣粉和狼牙土豆！”我说：“好哇！嘻嘻！”到了餐厅我馋得口水都流出来了！“粉来了！”老板高声喊着，接着就是一碗香喷喷的酸辣粉放在我的面前。“这个小女娃娃，小心点哦！非烫（注：非常烫）”老板不忘提醒我。我摸了摸碗，果然烫得像个火球。我说：“妈妈你要小心碗烫哦！”我和妈妈边聊边吃，一会儿就把点的东西吃完了。

妈妈告诉我快说：“彤彤啊，我带你去个神秘的地方”。走过一段路，我们来到一座破旧的房子前，妈妈告诉我这是幺爸上中学的地方。这中学在山上所以叫“爬山中学”更让我累的是想要爬上这个中学要爬很长的阶梯，这下可把我累死了！妈妈说：“因为这个中学已经是几十年前的了所以现在变成了废墟，工人再把它推成了平地，不就这里将要修成公园。”妈妈告诉我，这就是翻天覆地的变化。啥叫翻天覆地？我年龄小，挠挠小脑袋似懂非懂，跟在妈妈后面。然后我把每一个角落都游览了一遍。天渐渐暗下来，妈妈发着抖说：“这里参天大树还有点阴森恐怖我们还是回去吧！”我说：“好吧！”但我还有点依依不舍呢。

爸爸看我每天都努力的学习，所以决定在考试结束后带我去爬山，我非常的高兴，因为我早就想去户外呼吸一下新鲜的空气，放松放松一下了！

考试结束后的一天，我和爸爸清早就去爬山了。从山脚下往上望，真是感觉树木苍翠连绵不断，参天耸立啊！望着这么高的山，我胸膛里似乎有用不完的勇气。我们一边爬山，一边观看这美丽的景色：花香，草嫩，树木高；鸟飞，虫爬，山绵延。每一个场景都可以是一道美丽的风景。由于开始我们爬的是台阶，不太陡，加上沿途绿色的风景，我们心旷神怡，所以很快就爬到了半山腰。但这时我已经汗流浃背了。我不服输，跟着爸爸继续爬。走了一会，我就感觉精疲力竭了。开始的力气和勇气荡然无存。我有些想放弃了，眼神无助的望向爸爸。爸爸看见我的样子，语重心长的对我说：“孩子爬山，需要毅力，需要一个脚步，一个脚步的努力，滴水穿石终能成功。”听了爸爸的话，我深有启发，准备喝口水，坐一下再奋力前进。和爸爸坐在长椅上，我透过树木看见了一条小溪。溪水潺潺，溪水的上方盘旋着几只鸟儿，鸟儿的歌唱抑扬顿挫，婉转动听。小溪都会朝着自己的方向流去，永不停息，直到达到它的目的地——汇入大海。我为什么不行呢？

经过一段时间的跋涉，终于到了山顶的塔上。爬山时的精疲力竭早已抛之脑后了，取而代之的是成功的喜悦与自豪。从塔上往下望真有“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的气魄呢！

住在热闹的小城多年，却对宁静僻远的山情有独钟，总渴望一个人爬一次山，一个人慢慢爬，一步一回首，一步一想念，一步一忘怀。

今年的冬天似乎比往年暖和得多，现在已经是三九了，却感觉不到寒意。人们盼望已久的大雪也迟迟不见踪影。太阳光柔柔软软的洒满大地，它没有夏季阳光的火辣，也没有秋天阳光的清爽，让人觉得懒懒得，昏昏欲睡。

午饭过后，闲着没事，决定趁着暖阳去黄山转转。早听说黄山风景极好，有“少女秋容”之观。古时黄山上有八会寺，曾经是冀中的佛教圣地。山顶有汉张良的房基遗址，苏东坡题写的“燕南奇胜”等许多古迹。

踏着青石板的台阶，抬头可见雄伟壮观的牌楼上写有“晨钟暮鼓惊醒世间名利客，经声佛号唤回苦海迷路人。”进入牌楼，就是观世音大殿，现在离焚香求拜的时间还早，殿内异常安静，我没敢停留，直接拾阶而上，两侧有大大小小的庙宇和古塔，每到一处，我都禁不住伸手轻轻触摸庙宇的墙砖，仿佛神灵就在我脚下，就在我身边，我的心事她懂得。

一阵风吹来，耳边传来清脆的铃声，我抬头找寻，只见庙宇的翘檐上挂着几个铃铛，虽然锈迹斑斑，却依然声音响亮，我驻足仰望，总感觉这大自然的韵律更容易触动人的心怀。半山腰几间房舍里传来佛乐焚唱的声音，净化着世俗的心。

登上山顶，风拂耳际，不由得张开双臂，闭上眼睛，心里好像轻松了许多。就在那一瞬间，仿佛完全忘了自己，忘了过去，忘了一切烦心的事，这是一种心灵的释放。

时间不早了，我还是要赶回家接孩子。

走下山已经是下午四点钟了，这时的观世音大殿前的香炉旁烟雾缭绕，殿内佛号焚唱，暮鼓声声，木鱼阵阵。我徘徊在大殿门口，心里装满了前尘往事，我不敢进去，也舍不得离开。以前我从未拜过神佛，可在此时，我也不由得在心里跟着默念佛号，或许是希望一颗世俗的心也能在这晨钟暮鼓，佛号焚唱中得到净化。

回家路上，一身轻松，根本没有想象中的那样累。车渐行渐远，看着慢慢变得模糊的山影，我在想，其实爬山的意义并不在于爬得有多高，走得有多远，只要能走出去转转，收获的是满眼的风景和成长的宽容，用一种平和的心态去对待：山在就那里，山不来，我去!

今天，我和外公、外婆约好一起去爬山，没想到还没出门天就下起了蒙蒙细雨。外婆说：“下雨了，山路太滑，我们还是改天再去吧。”我连忙说：“不行，这两天天天下雨，我已经想爬山想了好多天了，我们可以去山上看看雨天的景色呀。”外婆说不过我，只好答应我了。

我们刚走了几级台阶，便感受到了雨中爬山的特别。路边时不时地传来丁冬丁冬的泉水声、沙沙沙的雨声……我呼吸着清新的空气，倾听着大自然的声音，不知不觉已经到了峰顶。从山上向下望去，只见山下云雾缭绕，这景色极为少见，我连忙问外公借来手机，拍下这美丽的风景。

拍完照我们就开始下山了。山间充满了雾气，树上挂满了晶莹剔透的水珠，美丽极了。我只顾着欣赏路边的风景，突然，脚下一滑，整个人失去了重心，还好外公眼疾手快，一把把我抱住，要不然我的屁股肯定要“开花”了。外婆说：“这就是上山容易下山难啊！我们要小心一点。”

走着走着，我们就到山下了。这次爬山给我留下了深刻的印象。
