heres my daily routine.i get up at 6:30 every morning.i take my time

either eat at home or eat on the way to school.but i always eat ina hurry.after

school,i go to a cram school like all my friends.i study and finish my homework

for the day.finally,i go home and i take a break.i have dinner with my

family,watch a little tv and just relax.i am usually in bed by 9:30.

this is my routine from monday to friday. however,the weekends are

different.i can wake up late and have a ball.then.i can do whatever i like.i

believe my routine is typical.it is probably a lot like yours.

I have heard a beautiful poetry, written by a novelist, Amy Cheung. With a

little adjustment, it can vividly depict the alienation among people in reality

- "The further distance in the world is not between life and death. But when I

stand in front of you, your eyes turn to your smartphone; don’t know that I love

you."

The smartphone has been gaining a great popularity, becoming a toxic

compulsion. It has invaded our lives and occupied all our interstitial time. It

is so commonly seen that the smartphone addicts attend to their phone, ignoring

everything. Even meeting with friends, they often pull out the phone in order to

take a photo, check a message or even play with a game. Seeming connected with

the whole world, they have actually fiddled the conversation and done harm to

the relationship.

It is high time that we threw away the phone and raised our heads up. Do

cherish the ones around us and appreciate the splendid scenery ahead of us.

我以为这个星期六我可以好好在家里睡大觉，可听到“同学们，我们去北门爬山。”我心里就像冒了一团火一样。心想：“嗯，我想去，可是我起不来的话，怎么办呢？”又听到老师说：“早上九点钟在龙城公园集合”这时候我心中的一块像天一样的大石头终于落地了”。

早上一起来，我一看表：“哇！怎么七点四十五分了！”马上下了床，像子弹一样跑到了爸爸的车上，一而再再而三地叮嘱爸爸：“快开车，开快点儿，开快点儿。”到了公交站台，我看见了我的同学们和家长们人山人海得堆在一个点上。

我们上了车，我旁边坐的是王峥荣，我和他在车上听音乐，玩了一点游戏。一路上说说笑笑，终于到了北门见了等我们的谢老师。

我走到一个滑滑梯面前玩得不亦乐乎，大汗淋淋。要开始爬山了，我想：“呃啊，终于开始了！”一定非常刺激。老师一说：“爬！”我和伙伴们像坐在赛车上一样爬上了山，刚开始认为还挺容易的，没想到比登天还难。一脚一脚的踏上了山顶的“清风亭”。休息了一会又得下山，这时我又开始想：“下山应该比上山容易些吧！”老师又说：“还要再上一座小山。”那个时候我的腿和手忍不住要开始颤抖，似乎已经开始不听我的使唤了。

上了这座小山我看见了大运亭，老师让我们表演一些节目，就开始野餐，我心想：“呼，终于可以开始野餐了。”我们11小组接受的挑战是单脚站立两分钟。“NO！为什么我们的任务这么难？”我说。可是我们还是支持到了最后。站完了两分钟，台下响出了雷鸣般的掌声。我们吃完东西，爸爸最后给大家拍了一张合影留恋。

这一次的爬山是我最难忘的一次。

春节到，鞭炮响，喜气洋洋过新年。而这个春节，真是过得与众不同。在这个春节里，我们没有放鞭炮、更没有出去东窜西窜，而是出去爬爬山了、到农家书屋看看书了！我们乡村的山虽不出众，但也是绿树成荫、风景无限好的地方。至于为什么会在春节出去游山和游印象深刻的风景，且等我慢慢道来。

初一，中午。毕竟是初春，天气自然是算不上炎热的，倒也不冷了。我们一行人"兴致勃勃"的便出发爬山去了！其实这只不过是大人们一厢情愿的想法罢了，哎，大春节的，还要出去爬山，想想都累啊！不过，威于大人的淫威，我还是乖乖的跟去了。显然，我们到底是小孩，一到山上便活蹦乱跳起来，哪有在家那副闷闷不乐被大人拉去爬山的样子？看，一路上绿树成荫，我们一家竟也走走停停，在要上山顶之际。我皱了皱眉，只见那儿大约有五六个人，有大人有小孩，都在那里摘花呢！若是摘花，那还没有什么，可是她们的举动，跟砍树有什么区别？！此刻，一个游人从我身边轻叹一声走过：“山花烂漫哎”是啊，山花烂漫，怎能被如此糟蹋呢？女孩子谁不爱花，我一见到别人在摘花，就会情不自禁的萌动摘花的念头。但是当我看到别人在那里夭折花时，那点小心思便在那一刻烟消雾散了。最终我还是没能说出什么，只是无奈的走过。因为我根本不能撼动那里的人一丝一毫！虽然有些不乐，但是来爬山，朋友又是在讲笑话给你听，你也不好意思拉着脸吧？下山时，看到有一块众多小石头堆积而成的小山峰，站在上面，所有的不快立刻便被风吹散了。我们一路跑着下了山，心情都是愉悦的。就这样我们一家兴高采烈的回家了。

这一次的爬山，让我印象最深的还是那些折樱桃花的人。你摘花可以，但是为什么、又凭什么去挨折樱桃花呢？若是抛开这个不说，这绝对是一次有趣的爬山记，绝对能给那五彩缤纷的童年“锦上添花”！

生活，不是课本上一成不变的定义，而是多姿多彩的体验；生活，不是只有一种滋味，而是多种混合的佳肴；生活，不是平稳宽敞的马路，而是蜿蜒盘旋的山脉。而对于我，生活就像爬山一样，令人回味无穷。

小时候，爸爸为了提高我的体质，每个周末都带我去爬山。一开始我很喜欢爬山，可后来对它却渐渐失去了兴趣。因为，我实在不能忍受爬山的劳累。之后，有很长时间我都没有去爬山。爸爸鼓励我：“不要怕被劳累打倒，无限风光在顶峰，山上的美景正向你招手呢！”我是个不服输的孩子，听爸爸这么一说，我的探索欲就来了，满口答应了下来。

刚开始，我犹如一只小猎豹般快速向前冲，不一会儿，就把爸爸妈妈远远地甩在身后，心里很是得意。可没过多久，我就累得走不动了，气喘吁吁地坐在石头上。等爸爸妈妈走来后，我大声喊到：“我受不了，我不想继续爬上去了！”妈妈看着我，语重心长地说：“千里之行，始于足下，爬山要一步一个脚印，不可急于求成，只有不急不躁，持之以恒，最后才能成功到达。”

妈妈的话让我恍然大悟。我拄着登山杖，跟随爸爸妈妈的脚步一起前行。“哒哒”的声音伴随着我们仨有节奏的步伐，犹如一只登山之曲，美妙极了。

不知不觉，我们来到了山顶。站在山顶，我尽情地饱览眼前的美景，云雾弥漫，层峦叠嶂，美不胜收，心中充满了无限的成就感。这时，爸爸欣喜地看着我，说：“其实，我们让你爬山，不光要锻炼你的体质，还要让你明白，爬山就像生活，要有吃苦耐劳的精神才能领略到山上的美景，感受生活的美好。”

Last week,we were go to the Laohutan marine park fall camp.We saws dolphins、seals、whale sharks and hippocampus…Then we were go to the happy-theater.The host was very humor,the animals star was very lovely and very clever.Then we were go to a small garden,we were played very happy.Back home after I very excited.

“啊!山可真高呀!”我站在山脚下向上望去，山好高，山上长着很多树木，石阶很高、很陡，两旁的扶手都是粗粗的麻绳，还在不停地摇晃，我深吸了一口气，开始爬山了。

我一刻不停地走着石阶，不一会儿就来到了半山腰，身上已经出汗了，该歇一歇了，我停下来抬头看看四周的风景。山腰两旁的树木长得很高，起码有我身高的三、四倍的高度，这些树都有着浓密的深色树叶。一些黄色的小野花盛开着，有些长在大树下，有些却长在石阶缝里，不论长在哪里，但都长得很美丽。我扭头朝山下望去，看见一个个像小球一般大的人在慢慢地向上移动着，突然一阵冷风吹在我脸上，好像在催促我快爬似的，于是我不得不戴上手套和帽子继续向上爬，越爬山路越陡，越爬越紧张，终于一股作气爬到了山顶。我向天空望去，好像离我很近，白云看得很清楚，我有种想飞上天的冲动;我向前望去，一排排高楼大厦显得特别矮小;向下望去，像小球一样的人变得更小了，像一只只小蚂蚁似的在慢慢爬动。我的脚时不时地发抖，因为栏杆是粗粗的麻绳，还在不停地晃动，仿佛很容易就会掉下去，我的心变得紧张，都能听到自已“扑通、扑通”飞快的心跳声，我紧紧抓着麻绳，一心直想快点下山去。

There are many rules in our school.

From Monday to Friday，we have to get to school before 7：00 in the morning.

We must wear school uniforms，and I think it is good for us because uniforms can

make us look smart. We must listen to our teachers carefully in class and finish

our homework after school. We are not allowed to use mobile phones in class. I

think the rules are very strict but useful，and we should follow them. However，we

have so much homework that we have little free time to do what we love to

do.

In my opinion，we should have more free time to take part in all kinds of

activities and improve our abilities.

How to learn English well

English is important and useful to us. How can we learn it well? Here are

my suggestions.

First, we should often listen to the tapes, English songs and programs.

Watching English movies is also helpful to us. Second, we should speak English

in class as much as possible. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. The more you

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines.

It’s good for us. At last, we should recite some good passages and keep

diaries.

In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing,

we will learn English well.

山很高，路很长，脚下有走不完的路，心中有爬不完的高山。

第一次爬山是在刚刚放暑假的时候，山的名字叫做老虎山，听上去比较有气势。正好是在周末的时间，我们一家四口开始向老虎山发起进攻，首先乘坐公交车到城外的五岭山附近，这一片最为出名便是老虎山了，如今征服此山就在今天。

台阶一个接着一个，好像永远也走不完，突然台阶变得陡峭，小心翼翼的，手扶着上面的台阶，不敢直视眼下，旁边的小山被植被覆盖着，显得郁郁葱葱。越往上走越高，心中开始变得忐忑，一开始那份勇敢已经消失不见了，爸爸看到了我的状态，说别放弃，坚持下去，我们不能回头。听了爸爸的话，虽然不能解除内心的忐忑，但还是决定坚持下去。

山梯十八弯，绕着山一圈一圈的爬绕，终于还是到达了山顶，这让我想起了余秋雨先生的一句话：脚下突然平实，眼前突然空阔，怯怯地抬头四顾，山顶还是被我爬到了。

The Culture of China is home to one of the worlds oldest and most complex civilizations. China boasts a history rich in over 5,000 years of artistic, philosophical, political, and scientific advancement. Though regional differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups. Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family. Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy, the central government has increased investment in minority areas and accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

这几天我在老家——奶奶家过年，还没“品”出年的“味道”，四表姐就来到了我家。她一再催促让我回来，再加上我也有点想念四表姐，于是，我和爸爸快马加鞭赶到了秦安县——我的家。还没等我们喘过气来，四表姐就邀请我们去爬凤山。

前三层倒还简单，台阶不太陡，可第四层却使我犯了难。我望着这“通天”的台阶，心里打着小鼓：是上还是不上呢?姐姐似乎看出了我的心思，讽刺道：“杨大侠，不敢上了吧?”我狠狠的瞪了姐姐一眼，深深的吸了一口气，憋足了劲，“呀!”我一下子冲了十几台，但马上就像泻了气的皮球一样，一屁股坐在台阶上，再也不想爬了。爸爸鼓励我说：“看，前面有个跛脚的小孩，你能赛过他吗?”我一看，果然有个跛脚小孩在前面走走停停，还悠哉悠哉地唱着：“南无阿弥陀佛”……在好胜心的驱使下，我心一横，一跺脚，喘着粗气，抬起灌了铅似的双腿向山顶爬去……终于爬到了山顶，望着山下的风景，我的心里有一种说不出的快感。

山顶上有一个堡子坪遗址，那里有一座古庙。虽说是古庙，但看得出是近几年修缮的。爸爸就带我们进了佛庙。刚一进门，我一眼就瞧上了一个铁铸的大钟，想过一把“钟瘾”。开始我用拳头砸，可那钟太大太重了，在我这个大力士拳头的猛击之下，竟纹丝不动，只发出“嗡、嗡……”的微弱响声。后来，来了两个小男孩，他们搬来了一根大木头，挂在绳子上，我们一齐用力撞，“咚……”雄宏的钟声回荡在山谷间。我们尽情地撞着……

我们来到大殿，大殿正中的佛像足有两米多高，大部分是由玉石所凿，金光闪闪的，不知是否是镀金的。姐姐和四表姐先拜了一下，我本不信佛，可望着这雄伟庄严的佛像，也不由得拜了拜。

我这一拜，送走了20xx年，迎来了20xx年。在20xx年，我会爬更多的山，不管是“凤山”，还是“书山”，只要不停留，就会一台更比一台高。

今天天高气爽，我决定和我弟弟一起去爬山。

来到山下抬头望，弟弟就说爬上这山顶很容易，二话没说就开始爬山了。我们也开是爬了，经过几个小时我们来到了半山腰。弟弟第一个说自己爬不动了。表哥说你开始爬的时候不是很了不起吗，现在怎么了。说起累了。起来继续爬，你要不爬下山去呀，我告诉你没到山底天就黑了，你连睡觉的地方都没有。弟弟听了又开始爬了起来。

天快黑了的时候我们到了山顶。达起了帐篷准被休息了。明天一早准备下山。

下山时，我们还欣赏了很多美丽的景色，有密密麻麻的树林。散发浓浓香味的花草。还看见几只小松鼠在树枝间跳动来到山脚我和弟弟都依依不舍

在世界上有很多“不容易”。比如，学围棋、练跳舞、打羽毛球都不容易。而我觉得——爬山不容易。

一次，我和几个同学爬大坪山，我已经很久没爬山了，一见到山就激动得不得了。和同学们像一只只猴子似的一个箭步冲上石阶，一下窜出了大人们的视线。

过了不到半刻钟，困难就一步一步向我们走来。我们遇到的第一个困难是，我和同学们由于之前跑得太快，体能消耗太大，现在一个个都像泄气的气球一样有气无力地瘫在休息的长椅上，一个比一个没力气。好在家长在这时赶来了，他们给了我们面包，而我们也是毫不客气，三下五除二补充能量，就把体力又拉升上来了。

又走了一小会儿，困难又重新找上我们。也许是太久没来大坪山了，我们迷路了。虽然我们能看到郑成功像，可出口在哪儿我们实在是不知道。这时，走来了一位老大爷，我们连忙走上去问，“老爷爷，这怎么能走到郑成功雕像那儿？”

“往前走，右拐，那儿有台阶，走上去就是了。”老爷爷回答。

在谢过老爷爷后，我们成功爬上了山顶。再一看身边的同学们，他们个个都汗流浃背，看起来很疲惫，但他们脸上都挂着甜甜的笑容。

经过这一次爬山，我懂得了什么叫不容易。

201X年5月1日天气晴朗，爸妈约上了我童年玩伴一家驱车去北仑的九峰山游玩。

“五一”节日的气氛异常的浓厚，一路上都是车，大概30分钟的车程，我们到达了景区的附近，借着九峰山4A景区的名声，一路上商业气氛浓厚，夹道两边吆喝声此起彼伏，有卖大饼的、有卖长沙豆腐的、有卖凉皮的，有卖小孩玩具的，有……大概走了200米就到了景区入口处，只见景区的卖票口人挤人，景区入口处队伍排的长长的，这情景不亚于暑期的南京游，人不是一般的多。

入了景区，路口右边放着一张长方桌，桌上放着由红红绿绿盆子装着的肉肉植物，我和高晟都被吸引了过去，这时站在桌边的景点工作人员边说边给了我和高晟一个塑料袋：“小朋友，捡一袋垃圾可以送一盆肉肉植物”。哇！有这么好的事！我倆兴奋的拿过垃圾袋，开始了一次不一样的爬山之旅。

一路上我们的爬山已不再是看风景和体会登山的乐趣了，在我们的眼里只有垃圾。高晟第一个搜索到了垃圾，他狂叫着说：“我找到垃圾了”。一盒带着汤汁还未吃完的长沙臭豆腐。我也不甘示弱，目光开始扫描四周，在不远处的草丛中微微露出了一个小红点，生活经验告诉我那一定不是花，是垃圾，于是我飞奔过去剥开草丛直接捡起。“我也捡到了，看火腿肠的包装袋”。妈妈在一旁着急的说：“小心点，俊彦，垃圾很脏别用手直接拿。”对呀！我的手！真的黏糊糊的。于是我想起来了平日里那些打扫垃圾的叔叔阿姨们都用夹子夹的，对了，我可以用树枝代替夹子。我和高晟一边爬山一边捡垃圾，在我们的眼里垃圾比美景更吸引人，一路上我们捡了许多，有矿泉水瓶、有食品包装袋、有……发现在山腰亭子的休息处垃圾最多，虽然亭内放置有垃圾桶，但是有些人很懒，风一吹垃圾落地了就懒得捡，这时我和高晟就会默默地夹起垃圾。

下山途中，正值中午吃饭时间，是我们战果最丰硕的时间。在离景区不远处，我们发现了最大的垃圾群，远远望去以为是一场丰盛的午餐在等待这我们，走近一看，有未吃完的蛋糕、有火龙果的皮、有苹果核、有垫屁股的餐巾纸……真是应有尽有。我们的2个垃圾袋都已装得鼓鼓的，于是我们把垃圾放入了自己带来塑料袋里。“为什么不扔垃圾呢？一群人都没有这种意识吗？”妈妈在一旁唠叨。是呀，每个人都喜欢美丽的环境，美丽的环境是大家共同创造的，如果人人都打扫好自己的垃圾，该是多美的一个世界呀！

到了景区的出口处，我和高晟把垃圾袋小心翼翼地放在了垃圾指定地，各自用心挑了一盆肉肉植物，手捧着肉肉的我心里有说不出的滋味，这里盛有我的汗水；这里载有我的思索；这里载有我的期盼。保护环境人人有责！保护地球从我做起！

但“台独”对您和台湾有什么好处呢？

在您胜任之前，台湾人民与大陆交往甚好，不少大陆人飞往台湾欣赏美景，也有不少台湾人在大陆落地生根安居乐业，您为何要打破这种平静美好呢？

当然，您会觉得您不是大陆人，而是台湾人，但是你不能连累整个台湾岛。

您难道没有发现美国、日本虽然和你有来往，但他们却没有和您走的太近吗？在他们眼中，您和台湾就一棋子，台湾根本不是大陆的对手。

没错，台湾是后来才回归大陆的，你们虽然一直不认为自己是中国人，要独立，但大陆却一直把你们当做自己人呐。

你再想想，台湾如果真的独立了，中国身为“世界第二大经济体”，你们的日子会好过吗？

但如果您和台湾回归大陆，大陆必定以礼相待。虽然在短时间内台湾民众会产生怨念，说你“骗了他们”，但日子长了，他们就会感受到这样做带来的好处。

两岸的关系更进一步，是台湾和大陆都希望看到的。

大陆和台湾就像兄弟一样，之间不应该有缝隙。

大陆的一名小学生：葛蕗萌

周六的早上，爸爸和妈妈带着我到洛阳龙潭峡那去爬山。我们一起床就到爸爸单位去等车，过了好一会一辆白色的大客车向我们开来了，我和好多小朋友一起都坐上了大客车。

上车后，导游姐姐告诉我们要坐四——五小时的车才能到达地方，龙潭峡大峡谷全长12公里，是世界上罕见的U峡谷。介绍完之后导游姐姐还给我们表演了节目，有些小朋友也表演了节目。一路上大家有说有笑，很热闹，不知不觉就到达目的地。

下车后，我们好多小朋友每人带着一把水枪冲在前边，导游姐姐为我们带路，还介绍着：“前边是惟妙惟肖的象形石，象一层层千层饼，象一块块五花肉，还有变幻莫测的波纹石······等等非常的漂亮!”一路观赏一路玩耍，途中有小溪的地方我们小朋友就打水仗，在清澈的小溪中走来走去，我们还在峭壁处接流下来的溪水喝。我和同学一起走在用铁链和木板吊成的小桥上来回走了两遍，很过瘾，妈妈还夸我很勇敢。一边玩着一边向山顶跑着，到了山顶很多人都累了，有的坐在石阶上休息，有的躺在石板上，还有的在照相。休息过后，怕累的人坐着旅游车下山，不怕累的人走路下山，我们几个小朋友当然要坐着旅游车下山了。

今天我们都累得精疲力尽，但我们玩得很开心，很快乐!
