爬山有瘾在我身上早就证明过了。爬山人面对好的风景而经不起诱惑，在我身上也是体现的淋漓尽致。本来在三周前去东梁时看到道路异常的难走，当下就“理智“的告诉同伴，在东梁有新的相对安全的路找到之前，东梁我是不会再来了。可是，在上周四当同伴金灵发来南梁穿越东梁的线路后，立刻将还萦绕在耳畔的话全当耳旁风了，特别是她说现在发这样穿越的线路很少了。同感。俩人就立即报了名。

可是，我因这一周一直在看耳朵，直到周五下午才确诊还是鼻子引起的耳朵不适。而这种不适让我很不适应。因此，担心到海拔高的山上，对耳膜不利。还有就是想到夜里出山，走那段乱石路太危险。思前想后，告诉同伴还是放弃吧。放弃后，我俩和另一个我喜欢的小伙伴青抒仨人一起去了土地梁，玩得那个嗨啊。再次印证了一起玩时，同伴的重要。三个爱玩和会玩的人在一起，注定是怎么开心怎么玩。当然，我们的这般快乐，在不会玩的人眼中就有些不理解了，我们今天的男‘摄影师‘就是这样的，哈哈。

上一周在土地梁没有看到雪，我们也玩得那样快活。那么，这一周就定是有不一样的开心了。不一样来自西安在周五下了一场大雪。而且，当时就知道城南的雪更大了。后来从媒体上得知是辅助人工降雪，城北零落的飘了些雪花。同住西安城，城北的他们就只能在朋友圈分享西安的大雪了。对比之下，看我们运气有多好！

当看到雪时心里就兴奋的如小鹿直撞了，期待明天的山中行啊。整个周五一天都是激动的，第一次生怕天空上出太阳将山上的雪化了。

早上八点和学生准时出发。车过了郭杜镇时看到东面车道路面上已大面积结冰。继续往前，整条路面已完全是厚厚的冰。开车很危险了，决定到新校区门口换乘公交车。这个决定是十分的英明的，因为车开到校门口都是异常的艰难的。换乘汽车继续前行后，看到公路上几乎没有小车了，冰冻的路面上到处是冰坨子，车碾过时发出大声的咔嚓声和颠簸摇晃。

在大转盘下车后，发现前后下来的两辆车上几乎全是爬山人，约二十多人。我们都是真真的驴友！大家都是因为无法开车而选择坐公交车上山的。就在我等车的时候又来了两辆车，下来的全是爬山人。哈哈，如此大的爬沣峪山阵容，在这个位置是不多见的。由此可见我们是多么的爱爬山。

我和学生下车后，看到冰天雪地的大转盘和白雪皑皑的大秦岭就兴奋的欢天喜地了。顾不得天寒地冻，赶紧在朋友圈有图有真像的秀出我的行动。这动作如同一些朋友爱在圈中秀‘美食’一样。哈哈，不管别看了啥感觉，我喜欢就可以啦。

从车上下来的大部队人马都是步行向沣峪走去。我等不了一步一步走到山跟前了，而且路上那么厚的冰，摔倒了岂不是‘自作自受’。于是，雇了当地人的车和学生就上去了。

在沣峪口下车后，看到如推测的一样，进山的公路禁止车辆通行，封山了。这对我来说没有任何约束，我本来就是要从沣德寺上山。在沣德寺的山门里又看到好多人，他们是在等后面的同伴。这群人共有二十多人。

今天这么多人一起从这里上山，自从沣德寺收门票后，就很少有人从这里爬山了。这群爬山人和我一样，都是为了多爬山而放弃从净业寺免费上山的。不过，我看到这么多人后，心里首先想到的是，今天坚决不买票，我要混水摸鱼的和学生逃票。不是为节约十块钱，就是为气气那买不买票由他说了算的守庙人。

果然，他因担心顾此失彼，将我俩追到院内后而放弃了。呵！学生看着我笑着说，你还真的和他生气啊？哈哈．．．．．．

门口到沣德寺正门的水泥路上扫出了一条无雪的路。从两旁的积雪看，山中的雪出乎意料的大。到了拐向沣德寺正院的路上，看到没有扫过的水泥路上整齐的雪，如一条二十厘米厚洁白崭新的棉被覆盖着，上面没有一个脚印，这表明我们是今天的第一个爬山者。

这里的雪都这么厚，那即将上去的坡面是背阴的，可想而知有多厚了。我想着后面是大队的人马，就和学生上到台阶上等等，希望他们队伍中的男士来开路。没有想到他们也是这样想的，都拐向了石阶上。在我们的一再‘指明’方向后，他们才开始上坡爬山。

前面开道的人，上去就滑倒了。我踩着前面的人踩出的脚窝上，那窝深有二十多厘米。一杖下去，探出雪有一尺多深。山上的雪厚，是我上沣峪七年来最厚的一次。这个地方本来就路窄坡陡，现在看不清坡边，稍站不稳就爬在雪上了，好在雪太厚，摔倒后只是很难站起来，并不会向下滑多远，是雪厚涌堵住了。

到大斜坡后，才发现今天无论阴坡阳面，统一的厚过尺余，而且是树枝上没有落住。这是下的太急的缘故，全落在山上了。后来才知道从环山公路以南下的是暴雪。因为雪太厚，加上从开始上山就是陡坡，人又多，都只能踩着前面的脚印向上爬，造成今天上的很慢。但是，大家的兴致很高，时时有人扑倒在大雪的怀抱，顺坡下滑。每当这时摔倒的人笑，看的人笑，满山林的都是我们的笑声。

一路笑声上到砖塔已经中午12点了，这是我最晚上到这里的时间。平时都是十点半到这里。也就是这么短的距离，平常只需一个多小时，今天爬上来用了三个小时，可见是多么的不好走。

到砖塔后我和学生决定加快进度，我们计划是要到土地梁上的。好在从这里向下走，雪上有一串踩出的脚印。我在前学生在后，踏着雪窝快步向前。只是迈开步子才发现，先我们走来的这位爬山人，一定是壮年男士，因为他的步幅太大，脚印太深。我每向前走一步，都要将腿抬的很高，才能与其脚窝重合。一路这样走着，还没到卧佛寺，我的腿因用力太大，造成腿根部有些疼。

从开始走在山坡上后，就发觉山梁上的雪更厚，已深过我的小腿了。走到从净业寺上来的人汇合的山坡上后，前面的道已是?出的脚印相连的深沟了。这是从净业寺上来、先我们来爬山的人走出的。走在上面发出扑哧、扑哧声音，像是雪公公在给我们加油一样。

也是走在山梁上后，路相对好走了，也相对安全了。这时候就开始走着欣赏着了。今天的沣峪山上是林海雪原，大山是耀眼的洁白，脚下是雪浪起舞。越向上走，雪越洁白。这会儿山里的温度虽是－15℃，现在却是睛空万里，太阳照得我们暖洋洋的。明媚的阳光照得雪光闪闪，刺得眼都得眯着。这时候山梁上的雪看着很硬，抓起来却是一手的水。这是阳光的作用，使得洁白的雪厚厚的堆在一起如绵白糖一样。学生则说如棉花，洁白蓬松，十分好看。

下午一点多我们才到了卧佛寺。大家都在这里吃饭，更多的人都不前行了，从青华山下山。我们也决定从青华山下山，原路返回是不可能了，那么厚的雪，下山太难了。青华山已修成了平坦宽阔的观光水泥路了，今天走上去会十分安全的。饭后，我上到卧佛寺旁拐向土地梁上的路口，看到前方有脚印。便决定继续前行。我一定要到土地梁上看看，那换上洁白新装的土地梁美成什么样子了。即便今天的雪太深跳不起来，那我也要坐在那小山顶上，晒会太阳。那感觉一定与往日不同，那效果就更不同了。因为今天的那个位置，如同一朵盛开的白莲花了。那么我，不就是坐在莲花上了么？哈哈，想到这里就满心的欢喜，写到这里就笑出声了。因为我想到大王曾说我“你是什么都敢想，什么都敢说，什么都敢和自己扯在一起。“哈哈，不管那么多了，如果想象都没有，那还有什么美好向往呢。

有向往就有动力，有美好的向往就有大无畏的精神。我俩继续前行。只是前行的路异常的不好走了。这里海拔高，雪比前面更厚，有半米多深。累得满头大汗上到了卧佛寺后面的山顶上。看到这里的风景更好，山已成了雪山，松树已被雪装扮成开着洁白花朵的漂亮花树了。于是，在这里分享了一会美景，玩了一会雪后继续向前。因为前面走的人少，加上有几处路窄坡陡，雪又太厚，走得我俩也是小心谨慎的。继续向前，看到天空湛蓝。学生则兴奋的说看到天上的云朵了！我惊喜的抬头看，果然透过树木，看到云朵开在不远的山头上。想着一会就到了土地梁了，视野开阔了，好好再欣赏天上的白云和落在梁上云朵化成的雪花，就让学生先去拍那朵云吧。就是这次错误的决定，让我错过了皑皑白雪中看天边的云彩。

我们虽是马不停蹄，但走出森林已快三点了。雪太厚，无法走的更快。那么，再走到土地梁上时间和体力都不济了。于是，决定再向前走一点，三点钟时无论走到那里就返回，能到梁头远眺一下我最爱的土地梁更好！最终，又向前走到通向土地梁的最后一个小树林后停止前行。我们今天必须得尽早下山，否则车是很难挡上的。

小有遗憾的开始返回。没有想到，当我们转身抬头时，竟然看到一树冰棱挂在森林最远端的松树上，如挂满礼物的圣诞树一样，阳光下亮晶晶的，十分的好看，这真是大自然的奇迹。这个位置上的松树，阳光日照充分，又因海拔高，温差大，才成就了如此美景，真是让我俩大饱了眼福。也感叹没有错过梁上任何一个风景。因为，我们刚才只顾紧盯脚下赶路。等我们再在返回时是向上走，太阳又迎面对着松树，一树的冰挂闪亮，使我们再没有错过这漂亮的风景。

继续向前上走时，看到前面的一串脚印后疑惑刚走过的就没有边棱了，怎么会这么快就溶化成像是很久走过的样子。但是，没有看到有新的脚印只好向前走。路也异常的陡，感到刚才没有这么难通过的啊。正在考虑怎么走的时候，脚没踩稳摔倒在雪上了，感觉顺坡向下滑，太吓人了。站走来后，认真看了一下，断定是走错了。学生说要不我们退回到刚才下来的地方再看看吧。

退回到刚才觉得不对的脚印后，向上一看，一串新走过的脚印就在上面一米高的地方。原来这个位置是个垂直陡坎，刚好有一串错误的脚印。不过，我真是不明白是什么人留下这串脚印，是要去哪里啊？我经常从这里走，清楚这下面是没有路的山谷。同时，感谢刚才那一跤让我摔明白，没有继续错走在深山中。

返回的速度让我们也没有想到会这么快，不到半小时就到了卧佛寺，上去我们可是用了一小时多的。这又让我后悔当时应该再继续向前走半小时就好了，那样就一定能到土地梁头的。

小有遗憾的从青华山下山。这里的雪一样的厚过尽余，路很好走了。厚厚的雪被前面下山的人走成了如同平坦的滑雪道一样，学生的登山鞋上套着两个塑料袋子就开始速滑了。

今天这条下山路，是我最喜欢的。第一次觉得他们将山路改成水泥是成功的。只是，好景不长。滑行到新建的‘秦岭印象’大建筑前，公路上的雪被扫的一干二净，又让我走上了水泥路直到山下。

下午五点钟走下山。

这是在沣峪爬山的七年中我见过的最厚的一场雪，从沣德寺上山就开始在一尺厚的雪中跋涉，直到从青华山出山，始终在这样的厚度中?过了七个小时，而且在卧佛寺顶上以后的山上就是深过小腿的雪了。因而今天也是我爬沣峪山觉得最累的一次，还是难忘的一次穿越，又是一次平安的穿越！?

爬山的过程中整个人都很放松，脑中不再想生活中的琐事，纯粹的只想看看周边的景色。大自然真的有着别样的吸引力，即使只是出来爬个山，也会感觉自己得到了放松。

爬山的过程几乎不需要思索什么，和朋友轻松的交谈最近的见闻、用相机留下属于这个季节的美丽。好像我每次计划爬山，都是带着满脑子的混沌来，继而装载着满满的开心走。大自然就是如此神奇，它能抹平你所有的委屈。

今天，我和小朋友们一起去老和山爬山锻炼身体。老和山位于西湖风景区，高度大约是300米，山脚下有浙江大学、植物园……

我飞快地爬了上去，其他人似乎爬得很慢很慢似的，我只能等一下他们，顺便休息一下。这种爬山方法一点儿也不累。我们爬到半山腰的时候，我往山下看，果然深不见底。我心想：“要是不小心掉下去的话，那就小命不保了！”

当我们爬到第三个亭子的时候，我看到有一种比较像松子的果子，我就去摘了。但是我够不到，所以我拿棍子去敲了几下树干，掉下来很多果子。我发现有些果子是空的，也许小松鼠也吃这种果子吧，那就更有趣了！最后我摘了6个果子，打算带回家把他们种到土里。

接着，我们走到老和山的最高处时，往左边看，看到了高楼大厦。在高楼大厦之间，我隐隐约约地看见有几幢矮小的红房子，那就是我居住的地方“翠苑佳居”。往右看，看见了西湖、白堤和苏堤……

我们继续走，在一处看到一个倾斜大约80度的光滑石壁。接下来我们就开始玩无绳攀岩了。我飞快地爬了上去，然后往下一看，心惊胆战，已经爬这么高了！最后我还得叫妈妈来帮忙才能顺利下来。

今天，我们大家爬山爬得都很辛苦，一回到家就呼呼大睡了！

Dear Dad,

It has been a long time since I wrote the last letter. Nowdays, people write letters less and less, instead, they make a call or send a SMS. However, it is still a good way for us to communicate with each other by sending a letter.

Its my honour to get the chance to write to you. "Approachable" is my first impression of you, because you always keeps smiling. Students may fear the teachers that are serious both in and out of class. Smile makes a teacher popular with his students, you are a teacher of this very kind.

You always arrive at the classroom ahead of any of the students, from which we could imply that you are a diligent man with regular habit. Before the class, you like to talk to us, at this very time, you are more a friend than a teacher. To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didnt mean you are old, youre young at heart.) Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. Youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. I always appreciated your ideas and enjoyed listening to you. In your class, I learned not only the writing skills but also the presentation skills as well as much knowledge of other areas. Thanks for your excellent teaching.

Ive got some suggestions for you. It seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. Most of the time, we are listening. Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, Id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?

Its the third Sunday in June again, and its the holiday Ive been looking

forward to for a long time - Fathers Day.

"Mom, what do you want to give grandpa?" I asked my mother, resting my chin

on my hand. After thinking for a moment, Mom said, "Fruit basket!" "Mom, help me

think about what should I give Dad?" "Lets go to the boutique and have a

look."

So, we went to the boutique, and we picked left and right, carefully

selected, and we all felt that these gifts were not very good. "Ah, Dad is a

dog, so give him a puppy!" I suddenly had such an idea.

We walked over to the plastic and found a lifelike puppy which was very

interesting. Furry hair, piercing eyes, and a smiling face make people like him

more and more. I thought to myself: This puppy is cute, thats all.

I bought it, asked the waiter to pack it, and went home happily. When I got

home, I wrote a blessing on a piece of paper and put it by the bed with the

gift.

I discussed it with my mother and came up with a terrifying plan: We hid in

the place where Dad must pass when he entered the room, and when Dad came in, we

would scare him. So we quickly hid. "Dong dong dong..." "Dad is here!" Grandma

stepped forward to open the door, when Dad walked past us. "Wow," we jumped out.

"Ah, scared me to death!" Dad was shaking. A dignified man was frightened by

us, haha! "Mum sneered at Dad.

When Dad walked into the room and found the gift, his eyes were wide open,

and he couldnt help holding me around the living room a few times.

I will never forget this Fathers Day.

Everyone will have some unforgettable memories. These big and small

memories are like the shining stars in my memory, and one of them is the first

time I read science books.

It was the second day of the summer vacation for Daban. It was sunny and a

little sultry in the morning. My father said to me happily, "son, today my

father will take you to climb the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery on

the top of the mountain." I readily agreed. So we came to the famous Dayang

mountain in Dongzhu.

My father and I went to the foot of the mountain, looked up, and could not

see the top of Dayang mountain. My father said, "climb to the top of the

At the beginning of climbing, I was full of energy and very relaxed. But

At last ,we sat down on the glasses and had a picnic.

今天下午，爸爸、妈妈带我去爬笔架山。

来到笔架山脚下，首先映入眼帘的是一片火红的枫林，像一团燃烧的烈火，热情可爱，又象早晨刚初升的太阳，散发着光和热，这让我不禁想起“停车坐爱枫林晚，霜叶红于二月花”。还有一片片绿郁葱葱松树林，像一个个战士一样披着绿色的军装守护着美丽的笔架山。

沿着石台阶往上走，石阶上落着一片片的落叶，像铺成了一条软绵绵的花毯子。踩在上面不时发出“咯嘎”的声音，让人感到那么舒服。我特意找了几片颜色鲜艳，样子好看的叶子，闻了闻，有一股淡淡的秋香。路旁，还有许多白色的野菊花，它们热情的怒放着，带着娇嫩的身姿，散发出迷人的芳香，在美丽的秋天里尽情地开放。

走到半山腰，我看到一棵树上挂满了一个个小红“灯笼”，我好奇地问爸爸，爸爸说那是野柿子，比我们种植的要小。我们还看到板栗树，上面挂着一个个小板栗，就像小刺猬一样，有的你挤我碰，有的笑开了脸……看到这些野果实，我不禁馋得直流口水。

来到山顶，秋天的美景尽收眼底，城市和山互相偎依，互相拥抱。美丽极了!

又是一年春好时。

周末，在老爸的提议下，我们一家暂时告别了紧张匆忙的“闷罐子”生活，兴致盎然地骑车郊游。我们路过招宝山脚下，发现这里的春意已如火如荼悄然绽放，我们不约而同驻足观赏。在远离了车水马龙的热闹，远离了工作学习的紧张之后，我们的天地之间仿佛只剩下这雄阔伟岸的绿。

老爸兴奋地摩拳擦掌：“咱们来个爬山比赛吧！”这个建议立马被我们举双手赞成。这招宝山是一座峻险挺拔的山，石阶如一条白带，顶端隐没在丛林深处。高约80米，总路程估计1000多米，虽然山不高，起伏不大但山路挺长。但我自恃体格强健，擅长跑步，不免觉得不是什么难事，一脸轻松自得。

比赛开始了，我和妹妹一路，爸爸和妈妈则从另一条山道出发登顶。我一会儿跑，一会儿停，一会儿追赶一只小鸟，一会儿逗妹妹笑。可不知为何，才爬了一会儿，我就腰酸背痛，心跳气喘，山脚下的神气劲头一扫而光。很快我的拖拖拉拉就影响到了妹妹的情绪。她一个急劲儿冲着我喊：“哥哥，快一点，不然爸爸妈妈要领先了！”一抬头，嘿，她居然在我前面！力量仿佛又回来了，我咬了咬牙，积蓄力量，又冲刺了一路。再往上走，只见山路两旁茂密的草丛里时不时冒出几点零星的不知名的野花，我揪紧的心不知不觉又松了下来，脚步也似乎被它们施了魔法一样，被吸引得迈不开大步子了，如果不是妹妹提醒，我差点又落下一大截。赶了一阵，我又想：反正落后面了，急也难赶了。就这样走走停停，当我呼哧呼哧地快到山顶时，发现爸爸妈妈和妹妹已经在顶峰微笑地向我们招手。

“小伙子长得嘎结棍，怎么跑得最慢呢？”老爸拍着我的肩膀笑着问。”我。嘿嘿，开了会小差…”我有些不好意思了。“任何事情，要么不做，要做就要做到全情投入，全力以赴，这样即使不如愿，也不留遗憾。”老爸的这句话像一颗石子投入我的心湖，荡起我心头层层涟漪。

我想起去年冬天，如果早晨我能在闹钟响起的那一刻不拖拖拉拉，我就不会因迟到而时常挨老师的批评；我想起在星期天的时候，如果我在网上找资料时不东游西逛，我就能节省下很多时间做其它有意义的事情，而不会埋怨时间的短暂，学习的无奈；我想起去年准备班级演讲比赛的时候，如果我能把注意力紧紧集中在如何成功演讲的主题上，而不是动不动就因稿子长给自己打起了退堂鼓，我就不会在比赛中留下遗憾……原来决定事情成败的原因常常不是因为事情本身有多难，而在于你做事的投入度有多大。做事越投入，产生的力量就有多大。

这次爬山经历，为我的成长旅程立下了一个新的“登高点”。

一说到周末，大家都会露出喜悦的笑脸，因为不用赶着去上学和工作，可以抽出时间做自己喜欢的事……

这个周末我过的很开心，因为舅舅和表哥要来西充，这是舅舅第一次到这里来玩，晚饭过后，舅舅大声说到：“我们明天一早就去爬化凤山吧，五点半就起床收拾，今晚你们俩就早点睡觉哟。”我和表哥都对这次爬山都充满期待，心想着爬山对我们来说很容易嘛，于是我们洗了脸、刷了牙就跑去床上玩耍，转眼间就已经10点了。不行不行要赶紧睡了。呼~突然我听到了谁在叫我，我开始还以为做梦呢，结果一睁开眼睛是舅舅叫我起床了，天还没亮呢。我问舅舅我还能再睡10分钟吗？舅舅说：“不行，等一下你又要10分钟，快起来啦！”我和哥哥还是艰难的起床了。

我们出门了，路上已经有许多人开门开始做生意了，还有一些晨练的人。天渐渐的亮了，太阳也升了起来。

我们到了化凤山的脚下，过来的路上用了我三分之一的体力，我心里默默念叨：加油！我还能行。我们一二一，一二一，喊着口号的走着，我感觉已经走了很久，但是一抬头还有望不到边的台阶，让我目瞪口呆。

有过了一会儿，啊！还有那么多台阶，我不想再爬了。舅舅看我想要放弃，拉着我的手对我说：“走，我们一起去追你的哥哥，他已经超过我们好远啦。坚持就是胜利。”然后我们又走了很久，但是离山顶还是有一些距离。

终于爬上山顶了，哇！山顶的风景真美，看来我的坚持是对的。

这件事告诉我们，遇到任何事情都不能放弃，坚持就是胜利。

我太喜欢这次爬山啦！

I watched television late last night so I woke up late. My mother asked me

to go to the market to buy some eggs for her. When I played with a little dog on

the street, I dropped the eggs on the ground. They were all broken. My mother

was very angry with me when I went home. I am very unhappy today.

昨晚我看电视看到深夜，所以醒来晚。妈妈让我去市场买了一些鸡蛋给她。当我在街上的跟一只小狗玩的时候，我把鸡蛋扔在在地上。他们都被打破了。当我回家的时候，我的母亲是我很生气。今天我很不高兴。

“不畏浮云遮望眼，只缘身在最高层。”每当在电视上看到有人站在直冲云霄的山顶，欣赏着秀丽的风景时，我便有一种想去爬山的冲动。

这一次，我终于来到了山脚下，抬头仰视着山峰，让我感到兴奋。这一次，我并没有选择乘坐缆车，而是选择自己登上山顶。

一开始，我健步如飞，使尽全力向上爬。可没过多久，我背后的衣服就被汗水打湿了，腿也像灌了铅似的，抬都抬不起来了。我抬头望了望山顶，心想：离山顶还有那么远，我该怎么爬上去啊！当时在山脚下的雄心壮志也早就烟飞云散了。我又看了看那些乘坐缆车的人。他们坐在里面悠闲地谈笑风生，轻松极了。我开始后悔了，对妈妈说：“要不我们坐缆车吧，这样爬山太累了！”可是妈妈却严肃地说：“不行。你当初选择了这条路，就应该坚持走下去，不能半途而废！”我想了一想，觉得妈妈说得很对，可真的太累了。于是妈妈就建议我边欣赏路边的风景，边爬山。微风拂过，吹得小花微微晃动，就像在为我加油。

终于爬到了山顶了。向下俯瞰，一栋栋房屋就像昆虫一样小。这使我想起杜甫的名句：“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小。”我真是太快乐了，因为我坚持爬上了山顶。

这真是一次难忘的经历，让我明白了一个道理：坚持就是胜利！
