Today is June 21st, Fathers Day. There is an indescribable feeling in my

heart, because I am not by their side, my parents are over 50 years old, and a

I deeply remember the year when I went to school in 1999, my father told me

Dad, today is Fathers Day. In the past 28 years, you have done so much for

us. I can never repay in my life. I hope you are happy every day, healthy and

Whenever I walk heavy, I can always remember the power of your gaze and

move forward. Dad, you are my crutch at all times, give me support, give me

direction, give me strength, so that I can walk every step of the way in the

future. Even if you are not by my side, that deep fatherly love will still help

me forever!

Now that I have become a father, I have a deeper understanding of the kind

of expectation and care I have for my children. Dad I will always love you.

Again, I wish the parents of the world good health and long life.

1.There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.

In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

2.We can’t live without water, but now the water was polluted. It is the biggest problem. It influences our daily life. So we should find a way to solve this problem. Water is important resources. In our daily life, we often leave the tap on after cleaning hands. Sometimes we often drop litter in the river. So the water was polluted by us. I think we could use a bottle of water two or three times. We have to turn off the tap after cleaning hands.

Let’s try to form a good habit and save things around us. Let’s do it from now on!

Fish can’t live without water. Plants can’t live without water. People can’t live without water, either. As you can see, the water is very important to us. But now drinking water is leand less. The water was polluted seriously.

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually

goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to

school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because

of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

arrangement.

一大早爸爸就把我从被窝里拉出来，“快点起床，我们要早点起床去坐车才不会怎么挤。”爸爸说。“好啦，好啦。”我只好乖乖起床，换好衣服我们就出发了。

虽然现在才九点左右，可是水濂山还是有很多游客来爬山。

买好了水我们便开始爬山了。

路太陡了，妈妈才走一会儿就喊累了。我们只好等妈妈歇一会才走。爬了一半我们已经汗流浃背了，我有点不想爬了，实在太累了。

这时，我的脑海出现了两个念头。一个念头说：“不爬了，怎么累，爬到顶又有什么用呢？还不如在家里看电视呢！”“不行。”另一个念头也不甘示弱争着说：“这怎么可以，既然来了就一定要爬到顶，这样可以锻炼身体，增强体质就不会生病了。”“人老病死，这是大自然的规律，反正有医生在你怕什么。医生妙手回春，一医就医好了。”这时我想起了老师常教导我们的话。做事不能半途而废。于是我决定继续爬下去。最后，我终于爬到了山顶，新鲜的空气和凉爽的春风仿佛在祝贺我战胜困难取得了成功。

在路灯的照耀下，我一蹦二跳的冲向集合地。一到，呵!全到齐了，还真准时，我还以为他们又变成大懒虫了呢!时间一到，我急忙说“出发”。一路上我们蹦蹦跳跳，有说有笑，还唱着小调呢，开心极了。

仰视·开始

在山脚，仰视整座山，我感觉到一种想要征服它的心情。山脚的风景固然美好，但一种好奇的心理，好胜的心理总在催促着我，往上爬，去体验登高望远的别样风景。于是，人生便开始了。带着一丝欣喜，一份好奇，一种期待，一抹害怕。

平视·抉择

半山腰，我站在一个让人抉择的位置，往下看，沿途风景已尽情欣赏，往上看，终点仍茫茫无期。我开始犹豫，内心的挣扎困扰着我。坚持吧?胜利仍遥遥无期;放弃吧?还没完成自己的目标。最想要去的地方，怎能在半路就返航?我提醒自己。于是，人生继续，带着一丝不安，一份痛苦，一种追求，一丝希望。

俯视·胜利

山顶，我领略到了“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的那种气概。站在这个期待以久的位置，我不再彷徨。一切美景尽收眼底，一种成功的喜悦洋溢内心。过去的那些不安，那些痛苦，都化为了过往烟云。于是，人生成功，带着一丝欣慰，一份艰辛，一种成功，一抹喜悦。

今天，我和妈妈去爬老君山。

经过一路颠簸，爬到山顶，“哇”。眼前的景象让我心旷神怡。好多寺庙，最前面的寺庙上写着“大雄宝殿”。而且还有好多鸟叫声唧唧唧唧像开着一场音乐会，真好听！进了寺庙我们把钱放进“功德箱”然后磕了头。我在心里暗暗许下了一个愿望。看天色不早了，我和妈妈准备下山，下了山以后我说：“妈妈我好饿呀！”妈妈说：“我请你吃酸辣粉和狼牙土豆！”我说：“好哇！嘻嘻！”到了餐厅我馋得口水都流出来了！“粉来了！”老板高声喊着，接着就是一碗香喷喷的酸辣粉放在我的面前。“这个小女娃娃，小心点哦！非烫（注：非常烫）”老板不忘提醒我。我摸了摸碗，果然烫得像个火球。我说：“妈妈你要小心碗烫哦！”我和妈妈边聊边吃，一会儿就把点的东西吃完了。

妈妈告诉我快说：“彤彤啊，我带你去个神秘的地方”。走过一段路，我们来到一座破旧的房子前，妈妈告诉我这是幺爸上中学的地方。这中学在山上所以叫“爬山中学”更让我累的是想要爬上这个中学要爬很长的阶梯，这下可把我累死了！妈妈说：“因为这个中学已经是几十年前的了所以现在变成了废墟，工人再把它推成了平地，不就这里将要修成公园。”妈妈告诉我，这就是翻天覆地的变化。啥叫翻天覆地？我年龄小，挠挠小脑袋似懂非懂，跟在妈妈后面。然后我把每一个角落都游览了一遍。天渐渐暗下来，妈妈发着抖说：“这里参天大树还有点阴森恐怖我们还是回去吧！”我说：“好吧！”但我还有点依依不舍呢。

听说去春游爬山，为此，我们都很高兴。我们盼星星盼月亮，终于盼到了这一天，早上我们在学校集合，大约在7点多我们上车出发，车缓缓启动了，一路上我们欢声笑语和导游小…………

大年初六我们一家到农村老家给奶奶拜年。那里没有小朋友玩，乡下的小孩又不认识，又没电脑玩。正当我万般无聊的时候星星和豆豆终于来了。又加上那天有很多亲戚都来给奶奶祝寿，很多亲戚的小孩或孙子儿子也来了。

下午的时候，姐姐带我和星星、豆豆去爬山。我一马当先带领他们到了山脚，那时我们还不知道上去的路，于是他们决定委派我探路，我就带着他们找到了一条不平的崎岖小路，我们沿着这条小路慢慢的往上爬，大家都小心翼翼地跟在我身后。不知谁说了一句：“这么深的草，会不会有蛇啊!”我说：“蛇不会咬领头的，只会咬中间的，我把蛇从冬眠中吵醒，当它反应过来的时候我早走过去了，只会咬到后面的人。”吓得星星赶紧的跑到我前面来。好不容易爬到半山腰，只见山上长满了各种各样的树：有樟树啦，有松树啦，还有杉树啦……最可喜的是，我们还发现了一片苍翠的竹林，在冬日的阳光照耀下，依然还是那么的苍翠可爱，枝条在微风的吹拂下翩翩起舞，像个少女在舒展修长的手臂，竹叶发出沙沙的响声仿佛在吟唱一首低沉的歌曲。以前听说有句俗话叫“上山容易下山难”真是不假。本来我是走在第一个的，因为下山路太陡了，我渐渐的落后了，由第一个变成了最后一个。我真搞不懂星星怎么上来的时候那么慢，下去的时候那么快。没想到他发现了我在后面，说：“你不是很能走吗?怎么到最后面了?”我说：“你只管好你自己就行了，不要管我。”就这样，我们互相扶持着一步一步走到了山下。

来到山下，我满头大汗，就像一根泡湿了的面条一样，软绵绵的。这比在城里爬十层楼还累啊!真是一次难得的户外运动啊!

梧桐游记入了秋的深圳，空气中依旧弥漫着沁人心脾的芬芳，景色依旧那么宜人。被工作…………这一天，我们一行8人向梧桐山进发，一路上我们都在讨论着有关爬山的技巧，有的说走…………

看书，写作等，但是，没有那种心情，是什么也看不进的，就算看下去，也没有多大的效果，这时，我总想出去爬爬山。“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”，如果达到此种境界，心情…………

早上，伴着那充满活力朝阳，我开始了我的登山之旅。爬山还真是个体力活儿呢，特别是爬门头沟这种没有开发，保持着它那纯正天然原貌的山，山上没有人…………

今天秋高气爽，天高云淡。我和爸爸、妈妈一起去爬小和山。

这座山爬的人少，没有台阶，到处是杂草和树藤。要不是爸爸鼓励我，要对自己有信心，就一定能行我还下不了决心向上爬哩！

我奋力向上爬。走着走着，突然脚下一滑，哎呦！我一屁股坐在地上，好疼啊！可是我马上一骨碌地站了起来，拍拍屁股上的土，继续一步一步地向山顶爬去。

我听奶奶说：“重阳登高，处处顺心。”我便要姑姑带我去爬山，一家子人就都去了东台山。

到了东台山脚下，我不禁感叹道重阳节登山的人真多啊，人来人往。有的是刚来的，有的是正准备回去的，有的有说有笑，还有的小朋友正在跟妈妈撒娇呢……

我一抬头，哇，真高啊！上山的路有两条：一条是楼梯，又高又陡；一条是平坦的大路。我和姐姐决定小朋友们走楼梯，因为平路就没有什么刺激，考虑到爷爷奶奶，所以让他们走大路。

我们小孩子们就这样一路走一路笑，不知不觉就爬到了半山腰，汗水浸湿了我的衣服。一鼓作气，再而衰，三而竭，休息了两次后就再没有力气往上爬了。一股香味飘进我的鼻子里，有烧烤卖。我们都已经口水直流三千尺了，凝视烤肉眼发光。我们便向姑姑撒娇，姑姑禁不住我们的软磨硬泡，只好答应停下来吃烧烤。吃饱喝足之后我们便继续爬山。到达山顶的时候，我们已经头晕眼花，气喘吁吁，休息了好一阵子才回过神来。我们跑到亭子上，眺望远方，下面好像缩小了一百倍，什么食物都变得好小了。直到太阳下山，我们才回家。

爬山真好玩，不仅可以锻炼身体，又可以开阔视野。

今天，我爬上了埭头山山顶。

上一次和姨夫一起爬山。那山呀，爬的我可累呀!结果爬到三分之一我就气馁了，便错过了后来的美丽风景。这一次我一定不会放弃。

开始来到山脚，望着那长长的楼梯，我不禁一惊。我深呼吸了一口，在心里对自己说：加油，这点难度怎么会过不了呢!我给自己加油打气后，开始登上漫长的旅途。

或许是我太兴奋了，又或许是看我弟弟妹妹走得比我快，怕赶不上他们，我一下子走了几十层梯子。见不远处有个亭子，几个小孩蹦蹦跳跳地猛跑上去。坐在亭子里，大口大口的呼吸着山上的新鲜的空气，欣赏山中那些正在开放的花朵。花瓣小小的，花朵儿也小小的，一个紧挨着一个，淡黄淡黄的，发出清幽的香味。我走进摘下一朵，嗅嗅它的芳香，顿时心旷神怡。转头瞧去，见那些大人快跟了上来，又开始往上爬。

最最艰难的是爬“山顶”了(其实后来我才知道这还不是山顶，但那时我心里以为这就是山顶)。“山顶”的路比前面的路难走多了，都是沿着山弯来弯去。本以为体力快要恢复的我可以一口气爬上山顶，万万没想到这比我想象中的要难多了。

那是我已筋疲力尽，额头上布满汗珠，原本穿着的蓝色外衣早已绑在腰间。脚上就好像绑了铅球一样重，沉重的步伐不得不使我停下脚步。但我并没有放弃，用袖子擦擦汗珠，一步，两步向上走。实在走不了了，会依靠旁边的柱子来支撑，但我始终没有停下一步。

尽管这不是真正的“山顶”，但最后我依然爬上了埭头山山顶，看到了美丽的景色。

我妈妈组织去旅游，一共有三辆车，妈妈一辆、大爷一辆、阿姨一辆，山路弯弯曲曲，难走极了。走到牛角岭，我发现牛角岭的山下，好像西游记中的仙境一样美丽，车开的近点的时候，我才看清楚，原来那是雾。

路边山上、山腰里到处是柿子树，它们顽强的长着，叶子都落光了，只剩下红彤彤的柿子，远远望去像许多鲜红的气球挂在树上，树枝都是奇形怪状的，有的在山崖上，有的在河里长着，连根都能看见。不知不觉我们到达了目的地，我们先爬了安庆山，我们一边走，一边欣赏路边的风景，路边的小溪哗啦啦的流着，清澈见底，大伙洗了洗手，洗了洗脸，凉凉的，仿佛洗去了我们满身的疲惫。走了很长时间，我们才到山脚山，哇！好高啊，仿佛太阳就在我们的头顶山，白云就在脚底下，来到一个山崖下，那里有泉水，泉水叮叮当当的响着，很干净，我喝了几口，甜甜的，我问妈妈，这些泉水是从哪里流下来的，妈妈说这些泉水是从山上流下来的，我们挖了地瓜，萝卜，摘了茄子，扁豆，柿子，高粱，山楂，本来我还以为，高粱是爆米花，满山的红叶，像灿烂的火焰，仿佛整个山都变红了，是使我想起了一首诗：“远上寒山石径斜，白云深处有人家，停车坐爱枫林晚，霜叶红于二月花”。

到十二点了，是吃饭的时间了，我们到饭店里吃饭，大爷给我们点了一条八斤重的大鱼，做成了水煮鱼，炸鱼，红烧鱼，各种口味，好吃极了，还有南瓜，杏仁，真是美味佳肴。

吃完饭，我们又去了泰和山，那个台阶是九十度，很难爬，有个胖叔叔登了半天，才上来，我登了第一名，妈妈说是爷爷让着你，要不你是第二名，那个爷爷都七十多岁了，登山如履平地，真是一种毅力的考验。到了山顶，山下的人和山都变的很渺小，真是一览众山小。

下了山又去泰和寺，首先映入眼帘的是：“泰和寺”三个大字，金碧辉煌的，那里面有好多佛像，四大金刚，千手观音，十八罗汉，如来佛，都是金光闪闪，每到一个佛前我们都虔诚的磕头，许愿，还放里面钱，希望佛祖保佑我们的愿望得以实现。因为时间关系，我们恋恋不舍的离开了。

今天我收获真多，锻炼了身体，呼吸了新鲜空气，磨练了毅力，长了知识，真希望能再来。

五一假期我们跟小伙伴一块去泽雅。我们刚登了一半，就看见了瀑布，爸爸拉着我的手，小心的是从奇石上登到了对岸，在上面休息了一会我们又出发了!

这次的石梯好冒险哦，但是登的时候我还是很开心，在好汉坡我用尽全力爬了上来，哇!从这往下看风景更美了!后来我还勇敢地爬上了“通天洞”!

哈哈!我还以为“通天洞”能通天呢，原来是一个更加陡峭的山坡，只有一架梯子架在石洞里，当我爬出山洞口时，姐姐说在洞口看我上来有点像“打地鼠”。

在三叠石前，我们几个小伙伴摆出姿势，还想把大巨石推开。再上去我又被一座吊桥吸引，在上面我兴奋的大喊，就这样我们开心又费劲的一路上来，我终于登上山顶。

我们都是好汉，我们都爬到了山顶。为了表扬我和姐姐的勇敢和不怕累精神，爸爸花“重金”买了只肥鸡打算给我们补补，这只”卡梅拉“可聪明了，它见我们要抓它，就跑出鸡窝一路狂逃，累的抓鸡老爷爷直喘粗气，但是最后还是逃不出老爷爷的捕鸡网，它只能发出可怜地”咯咯“的叫声，乖乖地跟我们回家。今天登山真是又累又开心!

今天——阳光明媚的好日子。舅妈将我带到了老余杭弟弟的外婆家。

来到那，我就和弟弟玩起了遥控直升飞机，玩了一会儿我们便去爬山采欧兰西。来到山脚下，抬头望去，山峰直入云霄。我们互相牵着手从直线往下滑的山脚走到了半山腰，外婆说再走上去就下不来了。不过，在途中我们也受惊不小，为什么？清洗耳恭听。

快到半山腰的时候，我的脚突然踩到了一块会活动的石头，只听见“哗啦”一声，我就以为自己滚下去了，原来是舅妈及时地拉住了我的手。我这边刚安顿好，弟弟那边又出问题了。弟弟摔跤了，摔得血都流出来了，还好舅妈带来得了餐巾纸，给他包扎了一下，三两下就止住血了。离半山腰仅有一步之遥了，背后又传来一声惨叫，回头一看，原来是小宇阿姨被带有刺的树枝给扎伤了，悲剧！真是坏事一桩来一桩啊！我们可不想浪费时间，于是充耳不闻。

随后，我们来到了草丛中采蕨菜，无味绿色可好吃了！我们采了好久，采了整整三大袋，这才满载而归，真是愉快的一天。

爬山历险记，令人难以忘记！爬山多么有趣！

Dear Michael,

You want to know the changes about my hometown. You know, great changes

have taken place since 60 years ago.

In the past, the living conditions were very poor. There were not many

buses or cars, and the roads were narrow. Usually, a big family was crowded into

a small, dark house. Most families couldn’t get enough food. The communications

were simple and slow. People kept in touch with their friends and relatives far

away mainly by letter or telegram.

Thanks to the government, our hometown has developed rapidly in recent

years. The living conditions are much better and more comfortable. The roads are

wide. Some people have their own cars. Most of the people live in big new

houses. Quite a few adults have mobile phones. I think our lives will become

better and better because of many good policies.
