台阶一个接着一个，好像永远也走不完，突然台阶变得陡峭，小心翼翼的，手扶着上面的台阶，不敢直视眼下，旁边的小山被植被覆盖着，显得郁郁葱葱。越往上走越高，心中开始变得忐忑，一开始那份勇敢已经消失不见了，爸爸看到了我的状态，说别放弃，坚持下去，我们不能回头。听了爸爸的话，虽然不能解除内心的忐忑，但还是决定坚持下去。

山梯十八弯，绕着山一圈一圈的爬绕，终于还是到达了山顶，这让我想起了余秋雨先生的一句话：脚下突然平实，眼前突然空阔，怯怯地抬头四顾，山顶还是被我爬到了。

“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”，这大概就是这样的境况，农民的庄家越发的鲜绿，向远望去庄家拼成了中国版图的形状，盛气凌人。再向另一边看去，城市的轮廓尽收眼底，那些高楼大厦显得很渺小，人们在大自然的面前根本微不足道，但是人们敬畏自然。

生活何尝不是这样，只有当你去努力了，去奋斗拼搏了，你才能看到更美丽的风景，或许有时候没有帮助你，但是你的内心仍然是炙热的，充满希望的。

And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea, the clean and soft sand on the beach, the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day, for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day, the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside, I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there, the sky was turning grey little by little, the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries, then suddenly, in the faraway horizon, golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later, a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon, so big and so red, it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment, then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful, touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

又走了一段路，我膝盖上又被扎了一个洞，真是太倒霉了，我还算好的，奶奶的手被树枝扎了一个好深的洞，肉都挑了出来，血直往外冒，太恐怖了!回到家里，我检查了一下我的衣服，上面全部都泥巴，而贝贝也是，可爷爷奶奶奶可没有我们那乐观，他们都在担心那个伤口，血是上住了，但还要去医院呀，爷爷奶奶连连汗湿的衣服都来不及换，就急急忙忙地向别人问去医院的路。

他们回来的时候，我发现奶奶的手臂上多了一块纱布，手上还有血迹，奶奶说还打了‘破伤风’针。这真是一次惊人险又有趣的登山之旅呀!

好在爸爸及时制止了弟弟的“胡闹”，我们又回到了上山的“正道”上。越往上走，大自然的气息就越浓厚，我们穿行在神秘而美丽的山中。“美丽的风景总能给人舒适的心情”，你瞧!在前往山顶的一阶阶石梯上，不时会有三四朵红色的小花，在我们不经意间，出现在你的脚两边，仿佛在迎接我们的到来!你听!山中传来了阵阵清脆的鸟叫声和虫鸣声，他们似乎在合奏着一首着名的交响曲……。

“妈妈，什么时候去啊?”我问道。

前几天，妈妈说带我去爬山，我高兴地跳了起来。妈妈回答“明天就去。”我更加的迫不及待了。

到了山脚，我便开始惊叹!这么高啊!我有点像退缩，可看着和我们同行的小孩都开始爬了，我也不再犹豫一窜就开始了!

导游和我们说：“我们要到‘一线天’了。”我一想：这高大险峻的山怎么会出现一条缝?带着疑问，继续往前跑。到了“一线天”我便开始惊叹：“导游，这是自然形成的吗?”导游说;“是啊!”这不可能吧!这，一条这么大的缝。心想：大自然真是鬼斧神工啊!到了半山腰，有一个景点叫“仙人下棋”，我们沿着这条路一直走下去，看到一个观景台，我跳了上去，往下看，不禁赞叹：“好美啊!那就是我们出发的地方，哇!”看完后继续往上爬，过了一会儿，我们到了99天梯。石梯共有99级，而且楼梯是悬空的。我不禁感到心头一颤，不过，还是飞快爬了过去。

到了山顶，我回头看：“我爬上来了，我爬上来了!在这群山中，我们人类确如蝼蚁一般，大自然是都没伟大，而我们是多么渺小啊!”

正如爬山一般，只要我们勇敢向前，把大困难化成一个个小困难将它解决，那么什么困难都会被我们打败!

周末，我和表妹开开约好一起去爬山。

今天，晴空万里，我和爸爸妈妈去爬高阳山，这可是陕州最有名的山了。相传，西汉末年王莽在此落脚，刘秀也在此躲过一劫。能到此一游，我真是太高兴了！

经过半个小时的车程，我们来到了高阳山脚下。映入眼帘的是“神汤山庄”四个字，再往上望去是让人发狂的石阶路，那似乎是从天上挂下来的。我滴个乖乖，这是让我上天么？我还没开始爬山，心里就打起退堂鼓了。爸爸似乎看穿了我的心思，说道：“不要怕，有的东西看着难，其实很简单，老爸我陪你上！”经过59个台阶，我们来到了“莲花寺”，在寺门口我看见“花”的古体字原来不是草字头而是两个山，真是长见识了。

接下来是最难爬的地方了，它是通向“天门”的最危险也是最多台阶的一层。这里的台阶又窄又陡，一个台阶竟放不下一只脚，它们形成的坡几乎到了90度，难爬得要命，我心里有点发颤。爸爸告诉我要用“之”字形侧身走法保持平稳。我们艰难地爬，一回头吓死人，稍有不慎就有跌落的危险。十五分钟后，我们终于爬上这一层要人命的石阶。我一屁股坐在地上，大口大口地喘气……

又过了五层，大约240级台阶，我们到了“天门”。向下望去，将整个陕州城尽收眼底。远处的铁路桥看起来也不再高不可攀，就像一条直线从黄河上掠过。忽然一趟“和谐号”经过，就像划过了一道流星。山脚下的汽车和行人也变得很小很小，真让我有一种“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的感觉。再向上，有一个观景台，汽车也能到，我们稍作休整便向山顶进发，可是越接近终点就越觉得困难。“思乡阁”近在眼前，我卯足了劲，终于爬上了山顶。

站在山顶，远眺黄河，不一样的视角，不一样的感觉。虽然很累，但它值得去努力实现，因为：世上无难事，只要肯攀登！

乌牛的东蒙山真是美不胜收啊！

来到东蒙山山脚，给人第一眼的感觉就是高，太高了，让人不禁有些泄气。可是我抬头看了看山，又低头看了看手，自言自语地说：“也没有我小拇指高，算不了什么。”

开始向上爬了，周围的花草可真多呀，放眼望去，除了树还是树。几只花蝴蝶飞来飞去，停留在草上，好像一朵开放的花朵。

到了半山腰，有一头石牛，石牛的样子是那么凶猛！如果当作以前的战争坐骑，似乎正合适。石牛的后边就是所谓的长生洞，据说人如果在里面安居的话，可以长命百岁。因为里面很潮湿，环境很好，但具体是怎么样我也不晓得。

继续上去，就到了山顶，上面有一个巨型的牌子，上面有五个由金制作而成的大字：东蒙山之巅。在石牌的后面有三面旗子，一面黄的，一面红的，另一面是蓝的。在红色的旗子上，好像有几个小字，只是太远看不清。

旗子后边是一个瞭望口，在那里可以看见山脚下的景色：不同颜色的车，整整齐齐地摆在下边，在山的侧面有红色的花，黄的花，色彩斑斓，芬芳扑鼻。如果不是摘不到的原因，我一定把它们带回家养。

向远处眺望，就是那还没有我巴掌大小的乌牛小学，一栋栋教学楼整齐地摆在那里。

乌牛的东蒙山啊，叫人怎能不喜爱你？

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. There are three feasible ways, in my opinion, which can raise public awareness of our surrounding environment. Firstly, the appropriate education in schools can be applied to build our concept on the importance of environment and it should be taken good care. Secondly, more and more green or environmental promotions should be carried out. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. Furthermore, researches on clean energy and sustainable development should be enhanced. The natural resources on earth is not infinite and we should seek for a better method to protect our circumstance in the long run.
