我们来到山下，因为我爬过东台山，所以我这次爬山是带着决心的。开始爬山了，我选择了一条小路，台阶一会儿高，一会儿低，让我苦不堪言。终于，我走完了小路，但这使我的信心大打折扣。我本来以为走大路会轻松一点，谁知，大路也不是很好走，而且我穿的鞋子也不是很合适，搁得我的脚生疼。不过，还是有很多美景可以观赏的，比如说：三叶草，人工鸟窝……我在三叶草丛里仔细的寻找四叶草，因为听说找到四叶草的人，就能找到幸福。可惜我没有找到。慢慢地，快到山顶了，我看到了几个吊床，于是我打算休息一会儿，在吊床上躺了一下。等体力恢复后，我又开始爬，没走几步，就到了山顶，我在亭子里转了一圈，发现有很多别人刻画的字，这种行为很不文明。下山了，我飞奔下去，跑得爸爸都追不上。

昨天下午快五点的时候，办公室叶阿姨邀我一起去爬山，我想刚好没事，中午又喝了酒，锻炼一下出出汗也好。一路走去，好快就到了登山公园。

好久没来了，登山公园又更漂亮了。仿松树的栏杆、石凳相当的逼真，与山上的景致融为一体，是那样的和谐，别具一格的一些亭子也装修好了，在绿色的海洋中，可以让爬山锻炼的人们驻足眺 望远方的景色，更能欣赏眼前县城的日新月异变化。

爬山的人是越来越多了，现在人们的生活更好了，追求生活的高质量的愿望也更强烈了，增强锻炼的意识也更高了。一路上，老人、青年、小孩，公务员、一般居民，都是那样的兴致勃勃，身上 洋溢着无限的活力。走了没多久，我就上气不接下气了，气喘吁吁的了，也许是中午喝了酒的缘故，更多的是缺少锻炼吧。下坡的一段，叶阿姨更是健步如飞一般，带小跑着下去，我也不甘落后就迈开 步子跟上。出了一身汗，感觉舒服多了，脑子也清醒了许多。只是路上的风景根本就没时间去观看了。这一路上才感觉什么是锻炼了!以前的几次爬山那根本就是来“看风景”的吧!

回到办公楼前，已经是六点了，虽然有点累，但感觉是真不错啊!

一个周末，我和爸爸妈妈去爬云灵山。

经过十几分钟的奔波，我们来了云灵山脚下，那天早晨，云雾迷蒙，我们从云灵山脚下向上一望，看不见有多高，如同进了梦幻仙境般。

我们沿着山路，迎着溪流，一步一步地向上攀登。溪水顺着弯弯的山谷留下来，时而急，时而缓。当溪水从山上流下来时，如瀑布一般，飞溅起团团水雾。溪水清澈透明，可以清楚地看见溪底的沙石。

我一路看风景，一路爬，到了漂亮十段，我的体力渐渐不支，被他们远远地甩在了身后，我大声喊道：“爸爸，妈妈，等等我！”我的声音在山中回荡着，可能是我被他们甩远了听不到的缘故，我决定原地不动，可我却听见他们大声喊叫的声音：“陈广辉，加油，陈光辉，加油！”也许是这声音给我了动力，我立马站起来，奋力向上爬，累了就停下了休息一两分等我实在跑不动了，我看了一下旁边的路牌，妈呀！离上码头还有十千米，正当我准备自暴自弃时，我身边一个5岁小孩正往山上爬，“小孩都能向上爬，我怎么不行呢？”我想：“｜坚持，就是胜利，超越小孩子！”

我奋力向上爬，终于登上了码头来，从这件事中，我知道，坚持，就是胜利！

妈妈要带我去爬高榜山，我有点不愿意，因为以前爬完山后腿会痛。为了让我体会爬山的乐趣，妈妈特别让我邀请我的好朋友一起去爬山。

我邀请了曾崇峰和汤星雨，他们欣然答应。我们沿着一条崎岖不平的石阶路往上爬，我和曾崇峰一路小跑，就到了半山腰。我们俩喝了点水之后，我对曾崇峰说：“等一下我妈妈和汤星雨跟上来后，我们四个人一起比赛，看看谁最先到山顶？”妈妈支持我们的想法，但告诉我们要注意安全。于是我们四个人你追我赶，不一会儿就到达了山顶。虽然气喘吁吁、汗流浃背，但眼前的美景把我深深地吸引了。

如果我不答应来爬高榜山，就无法领略到眼前的美景；如果没有好友的你追我赶，就无法体会爬山的乐趣。

这次爬山使我明白了一个道理：爬山跟做任何事一样，只要坚持不懈，才能成功。要是知难而退，永远也不能成功。要是有好友的支持，再难的事也会变得容易起来。

今天下午，我们学校举行了“超级生存大挑战”——爬山比赛。

走了一段漫长的路之后，终于到了北山，有些人累得快趴下了，有的说快散架了，可是真正要我们挑战的并不是那条漫长的路，而是我们身边这座挺拔的高山，看上去不难，其实爬起来还真不容易呢。

裁判将规则讲了一遍，然后开始分队，我们的是第三队，我们做好准备与其他两个队争个高低。我们先给一、二年级的同学加油后，裁判说：“你们快准备，各就各位，预备……”老师讲到这，我的心都悬了起来。“跑!”我们很快冲上山去有人高声喊叫：“同学们，为了最后的胜利，冲啊!”我们更加有斗志了，拼了命的往上爬，可是爬到一半，我们队遇到了困难，很多同学看到一个大石头档在他们前面，都绕路了，可有些人却不怕困难，拼命往上冲，可最终，山顶上有个中队旗高高举起，我以为是我们班的，可一到山顶，看见同学们都垂头丧气的，怎么了?原来我们班最后一名，我看见我们身边种的小树弯下腰，都失望了，有的同学差点哭了，但是哭有什么用，输了就是输了，没有办法挽回。

在回学校的路上，我们唱着歌回家，天色灰暗了，眼看就要下雨了，我们仍不在乎，突然，雨点像机一样掉下地来，许多班级到遮雨的地方躲雨，我们还是像没下雨似的，继续唱着歌向前走着。

回到学校，老师说：输了并没有什么，只要快乐下次就一定会嬴。只要你觉得快乐，你就很快乐。

是啊，如果输了比赛就一直闷闷不乐，那么人生这么长这么艰难的一条路怎么走?
