“耶，太棒了!”妈妈终于松口答应带我们去东山公园玩了，我和弟弟迫不及待地穿好鞋子，准备出发。

一眨眼的功夫，我们便到了东山公园，我和弟弟蹦蹦跳跳地走了进去。一进入园内，就可看见儿童乐园。园内有碰碰车、疯狂巴士、自控战机、高架脚踏游览车、美人鱼转盘、儿童过山车、儿童欢乐城、豪华转马、弯月车、碰碰船、祥龙滑车、溜冰场等二十多项游乐设施。

我们看看这个很惊奇，看看那个很刺激，到底先选哪个呢?弟弟说：“原来玩也要这么伤脑筋呀!”于是，我提出了个建议：“要不我们先玩海盗船，这个比较刺激。”我话音刚落，弟弟就点头说：“好啊!好啊!”于是，妈妈给我们买了票，我和弟弟坐了上去。“叮铃铃”开始动了，海盗船慢慢地摇了起来，渐渐地，摇晃的幅度越来越大，越来越高，我的心跳也越来越快。我和弟弟在海盗船里尖叫了起来，但好爽，感觉自己好像飞了起来。在一阵尖叫声中，海盗船摇晃的幅度也渐渐地减小了，慢慢地慢慢地停了下来。虽然就短短几分钟，但真的好刺激，好好玩。

后来，我们还玩了过山车，自控战机、美人鱼转盘和碰碰车，每个项目我们都玩得可开心了!

不知不觉的天色将暗，美好时光总是过得很快，我们恋恋不舍地离开了美丽而又快乐的东山公园。

生命在于运动，每个人都需要运动运动，不仅可以强身健体，而且还可以增强我们的体质，让我们少生病。在所有运动当中，我最喜欢的就是爬山了，因为我的爸爸就是一个攀登爱好者，所以从小受到了爸爸的启发，我从小也跟着爸爸到处爬山。

因为跟爸爸爬山的缘故，我的身体都比同龄的孩子们身体要强壮许多，而且也不像同龄的孩子那样经常生病，我就连感冒一年都不会发生一次。

爸爸他们有一个登山俱乐部，他们每周都会组织一次爬山活动，我也跟着爸爸每次都会参加他们的活动，我们把我们周围的基本上所有的山全部爬遍了，还有许多的名山，比如：四川的峨眉山，山东的泰山，还有山西的恒山等等，我们无论山有多高，山有多险，我们都会爬上最高峰。

爬山可不是一个简单的运动，它不是简单的向上爬，爬山有很多很多的技巧。例如在爬山的时候，你的衣服跟鞋子一定要选择非常的合适，非常的合身，我们一般爬山的时候会选用冲锋衣，因为冲锋衣保暖性能非常好，而且也不会有太多的花里胡哨的装饰，不会影响爬山过程中造成的危险，鞋子也非常重要，鞋子我们一般选用的是登山靴，鞋子底部全部都是由橡胶组成的，这样的话更利于我们爬山的过程中不会发生滑的危险，更多的就是我们的水还有吃的了，因为爬到山上以后，不知道会发生什么样的事情，所以我们这些生存所必须的一定要带着。爬山既是一项运动锻炼也是一种对我们能力，胆量的考验。

爸爸从小教育我一定要做一个勇敢自信敢闯的男孩子，所以爸爸从小就会对我特别苛刻，也不会惯着我，对于爬山这件事，爸爸每次都会很认真的教育我，爸爸希望我不仅可以身体健康，头脑聪明，更希望的是我在人性品格上有一定的改变，能够成为一个坚强自主独立的人。

不知为什么，越大我发现越孤独，今天是暑假的一天，爸爸妈妈照常去上班了。只有我一个人在家，无意中我走近了窗台，发现远处的山是那么美，我看见山上满眼绿色，于是带了瓶水，换好了衣服拿上钥匙就出门了。这座在我家附近的山，我上去过几次，还记得路。我还记得上一次爬这座山也是我自己一人，那时，我还在山上的大石头上刻下过我的心愿，这次上去我还想看看那些字还在不在。

那座山在我们那里并不出名，人们记起这个地方只是因为山的那边有一个监狱。我从别人家的屋后走过，曲曲折折走上了通往山顶的小路。每走几步，我都会回头看一眼，我感受到背后的城市离我越来越远了。到半山腰时，我望向了这座山，到处一片绿油油的，长满了杂草和树。沿着通往山上的路望去，一条小路指向天空。我低着头迈着大大的步子，低着头，眼里只有路。我感觉腿越来越沉，喘气越来越快，就停下来，坐在小路边，往下一看，整座城市映入了眼帘，我开始认真的辨认起每一条路，仔细的寻找我家的位置，找到了，我发现自己好开心，又有了继续向上攀登的力气。

终于到了山顶，我环顾着四周，几个山头相互照应着。还有一棵松树引起了我的注意，它生长在这座山的山顶，仍然挺拔着，不畏山上的大风，不畏倾盆的大雨。

我获得了一种成就感，但感觉并没有十分快乐。我笑着喝完了那一瓶水，又在山顶上一块朝天的大石头上刻下：我想要一个朋友！

周六的早上，爸爸和妈妈带着我到洛阳龙潭峡那去爬山。我们一起床就到爸爸单位去等车，过了好一会一辆白色的大客车向我们开来了，我和好多小朋友一起都坐上了大客车。

上车后，导游姐姐告诉我们要坐四——五小时的车才能到达地方，龙潭峡大峡谷全长12公里，是世界上罕见的U峡谷。介绍完之后导游姐姐还给我们表演了节目，有些小朋友也表演了节目。一路上大家有说有笑，很热闹，不知不觉就到达目的地。

下车后，我们好多小朋友每人带着一把水枪冲在前边，导游姐姐为我们带路，还介绍着：“前边是惟妙惟肖的象形石，象一层层千层饼，象一块块五花肉，还有变幻莫测的波纹石······等等非常的漂亮!”一路观赏一路玩耍，途中有小溪的地方我们小朋友就打水仗，在清澈的小溪中走来走去，我们还在峭壁处接流下来的溪水喝。我和同学一起走在用铁链和木板吊成的小桥上来回走了两遍，很过瘾，妈妈还夸我很勇敢。一边玩着一边向山顶跑着，到了山顶很多人都累了，有的坐在石阶上休息，有的躺在石板上，还有的在照相。休息过后，怕累的人坐着旅游车下山，不怕累的人走路下山，我们几个小朋友当然要坐着旅游车下山了。

今天我们都累得精疲力尽，但我们玩得很开心，很快乐!

夏天的时候，老师组织班级周末去爬山，我一听，哎，又是爬山，真没劲，年年都是爬山，怎么就不来点新鲜的活动啊，没办法，还是有很多同学愿意去的，比如我的同桌，刚听到这个消息，她已经迫不及待的想让时间飞到周末了。

definitely realize all my dreams. i will be somebody special. but i will not

only care about myself. i will contribute to my school, my hometown and my

国庆期间，我和任智信一起爬山了。

上山的路可真长啊！我们走走停停，寻找阴凉的地方休息一下。一路上，我们看着蝴蝶在草丛中飞舞、嬉戏。还在石缝里发现了一只小蜥蜴，它非常警觉，只要人一靠近就立刻钻进石缝里躲了起来。为了让我们节省体力，妈妈还给我们每人找了一根木棍，但只有我的木棍太短不合适，就把它给扔了。

终于到山顶了，又热又渴，我被落在队伍的后面，累得快趴在地上。但是，当我看到了山下的美景，觉得这一切还是值得的。我们还发现了一条干枯的小蛇，它还保持着蜷曲的形状，成了我们小朋友争抢的纪念品，却被第一个发现的大人拿走了。山顶还有一座庙，我们接了水，稍做休息，就准备下山了。爷爷还给了我一根木棍。

下山了，这根木棍成了我的第三条腿。要不然我可摔了好几个大跟头。当我们到村子里的时候，香喷喷的饭菜已经端上桌，我们大吃了一顿。

这一次爬山虽然很累，但是只要跟我的朋友在一起就感到非常快乐。

do you still remember the happy days when we were all together? during those days we were full of sunshine. you and mum often took brother and me to the park. we always saw the ice-cream tear. sometimes， you stayed at home and cooked some delicious food for us. we often waited for you and played with you. you could lift me very high. we always had a good time. you also concerned about my lesson. but you have never chastised me and lectured me. you were full of thoughts for me. whats more， you were my best father in my heart. you were the envy of my friends. i was happy for a long time.but now， all things have changed. you cant take care of me. you arent at home all day. sometimes， i go to bed late， but i still cant see you. are you busy? no! you often play cards with your work friends in the factory. so you cant go back home early. im angry to hear that! do you know? if you dont come back， well worry about you. i often see you and mum should divorce in my dream. im very scared， because i want to have a happy family. i cant control my tears and often suffer from insomnia the whole night.

dad， i want to see you and talk with you. but i have no courage to tell you. but i hope you can care our family. dad! could you hear my voice?

站在刘山的台阶上，突然想到：人生漫漫，每分每秒，我们都在台阶上攀登。每登上一层，我们就站得更高;每登上一层，我们就看得更远——台阶总是在我们的脚下延伸。

漫长的暑假，等待我的是一天又一天的无聊，早晨起床后，突然想去爬山，我是个雷厉风行的人，说爬咱就爬。

起初我漫步在山脚，允吸着雨后的新鲜空气，第一次感觉到炎热的夏天中的一丝清凉，想到这几天，我大门不出二门不迈的，面对电脑，造成了眼睛疲劳，似乎对不起我的眼睛，我保护不好它，又怎么好要求它为我服务呢?对，以后多出来走走。

不一会儿工夫，我便来到了山腰上，我很兴奋但也有一些担心自己无法坚持到达山顶。因为这一节又一节的台阶，使我的腿交叉着抬起，双腿以开始麻木，望着前方多而看不到尽头的台阶，想放弃了。但最终我还是开始了。我一节一节的往上爬，我还在心中想着许多快乐的事情，希望能够使自己不那么累。但这方法还是没有起到很大的作用，当我快爬到顶端时，我已经累的气喘吁吁，汗水不住的从我的额头顺着眼角往下滴。这是我突然想就此放弃，但转念一想，既然已经爬到了这里再坚持一下就到。别让之前的汗水白流了。于是我又继续往上爬。

最终我凭着信念爬上了山顶，坐在一块大石头上，又掏出了手机，不过，只是想拍照留念的。
