到了白云山脚下，我们先是爬阶梯，感觉很轻松，我们哼着小曲有说有笑。慢慢地山路变得崎岖不平了，越来越难走了。有时都得手脚并用的爬了。爬得我满头大汗，呼哧呼哧的大口喘气。爬到半山腰时，我们坐在石头上休息，欣赏着周围美丽的风景。这时的山被绿色覆盖着，草丛茂密，不时从草丛中飞出一两只蚂蚱，然后看到我们又仓惶逃窜。一些不知名的小野花点缀着整个山坡，红的，黄的，紫的，煞是好看。突然，月月高声叫道;“你们看，小羊羔!”我顺着月月指的方向望去，果然有一群羊正在山坡上吃草，边吃便向我们这个方向走来。我发现了几支才出生不久的小羊。它们有着一身雪白的毛，好可爱。我真想走过去抱抱它们。令我吃惊的是，这么小的羊羔能爬上这么高的山，真让我钦佩。在小羊羔的鼓励下，我们终于一鼓作气的爬到山顶了。我们高兴的欢呼起来，大声的吆喝着。山顶的空气那么清新醉人，我不禁深深地大吸了一口。山顶上开满了野菊花和青青的小草。我向远处望去，啊!远处的风景已经被一层薄薄的雾盖住了。山下，一块块绿油油的稻田整齐划一的排列着，山坡上的梯田像是起伏的一层层波浪。村庄里一座座红瓦房子点缀着着满眼的绿色。

真是好美呀，他们构成了一幅美丽的田园风景画!

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath

University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research

laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. I would particularly

like to join the expedition for the opportunity it would give me to study the

plant life of the area.

I enjoy several outdoor activities including rowing and rock climbing and I

consider myself to be both fit and healthy enough to undertake such an

今天下午，缪老师宣布去爬山，目标是距离学校几里远的北山。随着“哇噻!”一声，同学们有的一蹦三尺高;有的拍着桌子庆祝;有的干脆站在凳子上欢呼……顿时，教室里一片热闹的景象。我们排着整齐的队伍，前往北山。一路上，草儿向我们招手，花儿向我们点头，麦苗像一张绿色大绒毯铺在路边，好一派蓬勃的景象;五颜六色的野花散发出一阵阵馨香，那种香味，真叫人陶醉!

不知不觉就来到了目的地——北山。整好队后，同学们个个精神抖擞，摩拳擦掌，准备比赛。接着刘老师宣布比赛规则：比赛时不能碰人，不能拔草，不能……。讲完后，比赛马上进行。首先是一年级组，哨声一响，只见一年级小朋友像小鹿似的往山顶冲，不一会儿，山就被他们“征服”了;二年级学生你不让我，我不让你，飞快的往上爬，我的心也随着他们紧张的跳动着。终于，他们也爬上了山顶……。轮到我们了，我想：这山太矮了，简直一步就能登上。

虽然这样想，可我的心情还是很紧张的，害怕自己拖班上的后腿。哨声一响，我们就像刚出笼的兔子，使劲向山顶跑去。慢慢地，我的双腿好像灌满了铅似的，越走越慢，越走越没劲。突然，四(2)班的一个同学重重的撞了我一下，我就像一列失去了方向的火车头脱离了轨道——路线。顿时，我火冒三丈，真想把他撞下山脚。这时，我想起了老师的话：“友谊第一，比赛第二”。身体里又涌上一股力量，暗自鼓励自已一定要坚持爬上山去。

“有志者，事竟成”，经过我的一番努力，终于爬上了山顶。爬上山顶，放眼望去，远处是蓝蓝的天，白白的.云，一座座青山好像一条长龙连绵不断。近处是一片片苍翠的树林和鳞次栉比的高楼。四周美景，尽收眼底。比赛结束了，我们久久不愿离去，细细品味着“会当陵绝顶，一览众山小”的真谛。

Its New Years Day today. This morning when I got up, I heardsomebody

singing a love song. It was mum! Ifelt very strange because Iknew mum didnt

enjoy popular songs. And I didnt think it was suitable formy middle-aged mother

to sing any love songs. Whats more, dad wasfollowing what mum was singing.

"What had happened to them?" Then Inoticed a box with a small card on the table.

I got close to it carefully andunderstood then. As a matter of fact, it was

their 15th marriage anniversarytoday. Thats why they were so happy. When seeing

their happiness, I alsofelt happy.

父母常对我说：“孩子，多听爸妈的话，可以让你少走些弯路，只有好处没有坏处。”而倔强的我却不以为然。

今年暑假，一家人来到海边玩耍。海浪拍打着岸边的岩石溅出白色的水花，海景纵然美丽，却总觉得有些狭窄，海应当是无边无际的，眼前区区的一片又怎能称之为海呢？往高处走，再往高处走些，就能真正地看到海了。

心里默默地想着，便去问导游，导游指着一座山对我道：“你爬那山顶去，就能看见了，不过因为太高，爬着很累人的，一般不怎么有人去，你确定要去吗？”我毅然决然地点点头，不料妈妈却在一旁反对：“去什么去，这么危险你一个人怎么去？坐在这看海就好了，不都一样吗？”我并不赞同妈妈的这种说法，心中更是下定了决心，我一定要登上那座山！做好准备工作就开始出发，可当我来到山脚下，望着如此陡的台阶，如此高的山峰，心里不由地打起了退堂鼓。可一想到“打败仗”回去妈妈那嘲讽的眼神，我咬了咬牙，迈出了第一步。

每一步都走的是那么卖力，才十分钟不到我就已经气喘吁吁，双腿疲软。阶梯边都是凸出来的巨大的岩石，上面不时有虫子驻留着，让我感觉毛骨悚然。休息一会儿，又开始继续着我艰难的攀爬之旅。又过了十几分钟，我累得上气不接下气，口舌干燥，难受极了。就在此时，我隐隐约约听到了海的呼吸声，那是海浪拍打岩石的声音！我惊喜地呼出声来，像吹了气的皮球一般，一下子便精神抖擞起来。感觉山不再那么高，台阶也不再那么陡。一步，两步，步调由沉重变轻快。心中的喜悦与激动无限蔓延，不断地催促自己，快一点，再快一点。

只差最后一步了，凉风撩起我额前的碎发带给我无限清凉，顿时觉得神清气爽。缓缓地踏上去，闭上眼，感受着大海的气息。睁开眼，是一望无际的海，海的那头与天相接。在海上作业的船缓缓驶来。这才是真的海！是我的海！

平坦宽阔的路只能带来平凡的享受，只有自己经过探索攀登的路才能带领我们走向精彩的世界。弯路上总有一些别人看不到的天空和景色，这些独特的颜色画出了我们精彩的人生，别样的人生，属于自己的人生！

一天下午，我傻呆呆地坐在电视机前，举得十分无聊，便跟着表弟上了车，去爬山。

大概过了半个小时，我们到达目的地了。刚下车，远处传来“叮咚叮咚”的流水声，我迫不及待地走上阶梯，脚下的泉水十分清澈。清得能看得清水底下，那金灿灿的落叶和干净透亮的小石头。真讨人喜爱!我们慢慢往上爬，在我们走过的路旁，总会长着一些野草、竹子、大树。

山上一个人都没有，只有我们，十分安静。空气非常清新，只要大声喊，就会有一些回音。就在这时，天空上飘起了雪花，落在了地上，化了。真冷啊!我们爬到最高处，雪开始下大了，头发上像粘了头皮屑。过一会儿，我们爬上了峰顶，我立即发现了一个水库，便沿着这个水库找入口。没过多久，我们来到了最冷处，寒风向我们吹来，我带上了帽子，可是，风却把我的帽子吹下来了。我的耳朵都冻红了，脸上也冻红了，真是寒风刺骨。本来找到入口的，后来，寒风总是向我吹来，好像要阻止我一样。

我们走出了最冷处，我发现了一个能通往水库的斜坡。于是，我小心翼翼的往下走，水库出现在我的眼前。哇!这水库真漂亮!水在最外面是透明的，里面的水是纯天蓝色的。我摸了一下水，啊!真冰呀!我的手冻红了。可是，我的手在过了3分钟后暖和了。玩着玩着，我们该回家了，我依依不舍地离开了。

这次爬山活动我玩得十分开心，我爱上了爬山!

When winter comes, the days are always full of rain and there are less sunshine, so it is so rare to enjoy the sunshine, people will feel excited to see the sunny days. As for me, I will be very happy when the sun comes out in the winter. I will get some plans to spend my time in the warm day, sometimes I will call my friends out and have a picnic in the park, we can not only enjoy the sunshine, but also can have a nice talk, it will strengthen our communication. Sometimes our family will have the barbecue outside, we share our food and play games so happily. I love sunshine, when I feel frustrated, I will forget about all the worries once the sun is coming out. Those sunny days in the winter are so special to me.

当冬天来临的时候，总是充满了雨水和少量的阳光，因此很难享受得到阳光，人们对晴天感到很兴奋。对于我来说，冬日里太阳出来的时候，我会感到很高兴。我会做一些计划来在温暖的日子里度过我的时光，有时候我会叫朋友出来，在公园里野餐，我们不仅能享受阳光，也能愉快地聊天，这能增进我们的交流。有时候我们家人也会在户外野餐，我们分享彼此的食物，愉快地玩游戏。我喜欢阳光，当我感到沮丧的时候，一旦阳光出来，我就会忘记所有的烦恼。冬日里的晴朗日子对于我来讲是如此的特别。

这天是星期天，天还没亮，妈妈就喊我起床。我揉着眼睛，有点不高兴。妈妈说“起床了，今天我们全家锻炼，带你去登泰山。”我一听，一下精神起来了，恨不得一步跨到山跟前。

到了泰山脚下，我抬头一看，真高啊，根本望不到山顶。我有点害怕了。能爬得上去吗?开始登山了，还比较好走，我又开始有了信心。一边走，一边看着四周，边上有流水，树木，野花，小草，我开始蹦跳起来。走了一会，我累了，汗出来了，脚也开始酸了，抬头望望，觉得山还是那样高，就问妈妈：“啥时候能到山顶啊?”妈妈说：“还没到三分之一呢。”我一听，就停下来了，不想走了。这么高肯定上不去了。一个小弟弟流着汗从我身边走了过去，爸爸妈妈就这样望着我，我又不好意思了。继续往上爬。

终于到了中天门，爸爸说，到了中天门就爬了一半了。我们坐下来休息一会。妈妈从包包里拿了一些吃的，我顿时大口吃起来，还真香呢。再朝上爬的时候，感觉路就开始难走了。有时候才走一会我就想坐下，不再想动了。后来实在走不动了，妈妈说：“我背你吧?”我真想趴到妈妈的背上，可是爸爸在边上说：“登山登山，一定要自己登上去，才能算真正爬到山顶，要是让妈妈背上，哪怕几步，你也不能说是自己爬到山顶的，这点困难，我相信你一定能克服的。”妈妈也在边上说：“不要气馁，你虽然觉得山很高，好象上不去，但都是一个一个台阶组成的。一个台阶你看上去容易吧?你走上一个台阶就离山顶近一些了。”就这样我们又开始朝上走了。爸爸妈妈开始放慢了脚步，有时候还会停下来让我休息一下。我不再想看周围，低头着，看着脚下的台阶，一步一步，真是很累，风也开始冷起来了。这时爸爸从包包里拿出小披风，妈妈鼓励我说“变冷了，说明离山顶越来越近了。只要坚持，一定能成功。”

后来终于远远看到南天门了，真高兴，脚似乎也不那么痛了。我冲到爸爸妈妈的前面，朝上爬。登上山顶了，我忍不住大叫，我登上来了，我终于登上来了。周围有几个叔叔阿姨用赞许的眼光看着我，我感觉真的很自豪。

原来爸爸说得对，只要坚持，有毅力，任何困难都是可以克服的。

Beneath his gaze the dew-fogs dipped, and crept to crept to the hollow places; then stole away in line and column, holding skirts, and clinging subtly at the sheltering corners where rock hung over grassland, while the brave lines of the hills came forth, one beyond other gliding.

The woods arose in folds, like drapery of awakened mountains, stately with a depth of awe, and memory of the tempests. Autumn’s mellow hand was upon them, as they owned already, touched with gold and red and olive, and their joy towards the sun was less to a bridegroom than a father.

Yet before the floating impress of the woods could clear it self, suddenly the gladsome light leaped over hill and valley, casting amber, blue, and purple, and a tint of rich red rose; according to the scene they lit on, and the curtain flung around; yet all alike dispelling fear and the cloven hoof of darkness, all on the wings of hope advancing, and proclaiming, “God is here!” then life and joy sprang reassured from every crouching hollow; every flower, and bud and bird had a fluttering sense of them; and all the flashing of God’s gaze merged into soft beneficence.

So, perhaps, shall break upon us that eternal morning, when crag and chasm shall be no more, neither hill and valley, nor great unvintaged ocean; but all things shall arise, and shine in the light of the Father’s countenance, because itself is risen.

we have eight classes everyday , and only two classes are not english , another classes is listening , reading , speaking and writing english . some people think it is boring in the classes , but i think this is very enjoyable .

夏天的时候，老师组织班级周末去爬山，我一听，哎，又是爬山，真没劲，年年都是爬山，怎么就不来点新鲜的活动啊，没办法，还是有很多同学愿意去的，比如我的同桌，刚听到这个消息，她已经迫不及待的想让时间飞到周末了。

周末，同学们各自准备了很多好吃的食物，虽然我不是很喜欢爬山，但是吃的东西还是要准备够的，总不能走到半路让自己饿肚子受罪吧！等同学们都到齐了之后，我们坐着学校的大巴车出发了。

在大巴车上，很多同学都在分享自己都带了些什么好吃的，包括班长也唧唧喳喳的说了起来，我才发现平时看起来像书呆子一样的班长，今天像变了一个人一样，可见爬山的诱惑力真不小啊。

终于到达了目的地，同学们一个一个兴奋的下车了，跟着老师开始爬山，一路上大家有说有笑的，就我不太想说话，爬的上气不接下气的，哪还有心情聊天啊，走到半山腰的时候，老师说大家可以停下休息，吃点东西，半山腰的地方很宽，还有长椅子，我和同学们开始分享食物，咦，我的同桌居然带了盒饭，零食只带了饼干，我郁闷，饭菜吧，肯定是分享不了啦。

反正我不太喜欢爬山，就跟着老师迷迷糊糊的上了山又下了山，回到了家，哎呀，累死我了这一天。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

light at two oclock,and most of them are awake by six oclock although it is

not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children

look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At

about one oclock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey

or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new

coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating

until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

从小妈妈就告诉我做凡事都要有恒心，今天给大家分享一个小故事。

故事的名字叫做《小狗爬山》，故事是这样的：从前有一只小狗决定登上最高的山头，他早早起来登山，爬到半山腰一看那座山比这座山高，于是他迅速下来重新爬第二座山，他爬到半山腰时一看，怎么那边的山比这座山还高？他又一次下去爬另一座山。

这时候太阳对他说：“我要落山了，你回家吧！”

最后小狗累坏了，天也要黑了，他那座山也没有登到山顶。

这个简单的小故事告诉我们做凡事都要有恒心，如果没有恒心半途而废，那最终是一定不能胜利的，现实生活中有许许多多的例子，就是因为事情做到一半而不能完成，最终因为当初自己的半途而废遗憾终生。以前的时候，我也曾经因为半途而废的做法遗憾了很久，不是因为自己没有成功而感到遗憾，而是因为没有去做，没做完而感到遗憾。所有的事情都是这样，不要看结果，重要的是这个过程，享受这个过程，不论结果怎么样，这个过程是美好的，那就好了。

所以，在这里也一样更多的伙伴，朋友能够从现在做起，从自己作起，对待每件事都要认真，负责，对自己负责，不要去想结果，但是要有乐观的心态，这样的话，你的人生将会不一样。

暑假里的一天，天气真闷热呀。太阳火辣辣地烤着大地。四周没有一丝风，柳树被晒得无精打采，而且还弯下了腰。听，知了在大树上不停地叫着，好像在说：热死了，热死了。看，邻居家的大黄狗伸出舌头喘着气。我正要开风扇，可偏偏停电了，这该死的暑假。我骂道。我的汗珠像断了线的珠子不停地往下掉。

到了傍晚，我和家人要一起去爬山。我和家人一起背上了小背包，高高兴兴地去爬山了。

我们在路上有说有笑的，就不觉得热了。这时，我觉得天仿佛更蓝了，草儿仿佛更绿了，花儿仿佛更艳了。我们手拉着手往上爬。我们走了一会儿，突然，一滴滴的雨水滴在我们的头上、脸上、手上。这时，大家发觉下雨了，我说：我们要到哪儿去避雨？我的话刚说完，雨就越下越大了。大家决定到下面的凉亭里去避雨。我们便使劲往下面跑，跑着跑着，终于到了跑到了凉亭里。

我们刚跑道凉亭里的时候，倾盆大雨就噼里啪啦地落了下来。大家都在凉亭里议论着，要不要在爬？这么大的雨，我们怎么回家？有的甚至说：不能回家就不回家。听到这些话，我对大家说：坚持就是胜利，等雨停了，我们还要继续往上爬。听到我的话，大家都知道接下来要怎么做了。过了一会儿，雨停了，我看见草儿又绿了，花儿又艳了，大雨把一切都洗的干干净净了。

雨停了，我们又手拉着手，高高兴兴地往上爬，爬着爬着，我们终于爬到了山上。我们在山上呼吸着新鲜的空气，看着山下的高楼已变成了一个个美丽的火柴盒了，人们却成了一只只小蚂蚁了。

今天我们虽然很热，但是经过爬山，让我们忘记了热，反而带来了夏日的凉爽。

今年暑假爸爸开车带我去了一趟神农架，就是为了看看神农架的风景和爬上神农顶。 This summer, my father drove me to the Shennongjia, just to see the scenery of the Shennongjia and climbing to the gods.

在高速公路上，我格外的兴奋，路两边的树都好像在向后倒，超了一辆又一辆的车，看见爸爸开的这么快我很害怕，赶紧叫爸爸开慢点。不知道过了多久终于到了神农架，这时候已经接近黄昏天色渐渐暗了下来，我们就下了高速找了家宾馆住了下来。

第二天，天刚亮我们就起床了，吃了早餐就准备上神农顶了，路两边的花草都还飘着香气、空气清新、人杰地灵，不愧是个旅游胜地，一个急转弯过后发现前方正在铺路，车都过不去，马上我们发现一天小路，可是那条小路狭窄又陡峭，坑坑洼洼而且又泥泞，可能充满危险。我们还是决定走小路，只好把车停在山脚下，不一会我们就把车停好了。到了小路口我做好了充分的心理准备。

开始爬山了，我抓紧绳索向上一步一步地爬，鞋子上粘满了泥巴，身上也粘满了泥巴，好不狼狈啊。我往后面一看：啊!好高，我的小心脏都吓得扑通扑通的。我们已经爬到山腰了，整个城市的景色已尽收眼底，看来我们的坚持是正确的。紧接着我们继续向上爬，啊，好累，我已经爬的筋疲力尽了，我都不想爬了。“怎么了儿子，你连这点苦都受不了，你以后受的苦还多着呢”，(仿佛看出了我的心理)爸爸一边插着汗一边看着我说，我知道爸爸是为了给我鼓气才这么说的，这时我又充满了活力继续向上爬……

皇天不负有心人我们终于爬上了神农顶，站在神农顶峰上空气好新鲜、景色好怡人，我一伸手感觉好像可以摸到白白的云朵。我对着山下大喊了一声爸爸“我爱你”，声音在山谷里回荡，渐渐地飘向远方。

这次爬上让我真正明白了一个道理“无论做什么事都不能半途而废，要持之以恒”的含义。

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

Following the rules can make the world in order, so that everyones time

wont be wasted. But there are always some people try to break the rules, just

to show how different they are, some even think it is cool to do it. Recently, a

young guy was riding his sliding plate in the railway station. He ignored the

staffs warning and just kept the way he was. He even shouted at the staff. At

last, when policeman came, he apologized and promised would not do it again.

What a rude boy. He only thought about himself and ignored the rules. What he

did wasted everybodys time. Breaking the rule only got himself a bad

reputation.

Whenever I hear this song "Jingle Bells", I know that Christmas has quietly come to our side; whenever I see a large supermarket Christmas decoration, I know that Christmas is close at hand......

Before Christmas, I had fantasized that I had held a grand hall, where there were many figures, both high and low. But no matter who, they can always be friendly and amiable. No matter the enemy or the friend, we can always get through the day.

I have also fantasized that on Christmas night I quietly squatted beside the chimney waiting for the arrival of Santa Claus. But Ive been waiting for a long time, but I dont see the figure of Santa Claus. I thought, "well, why dont Santa Claus come?" It must be a "traffic jam" on the road.

I had to go to bed. But it was not a few minutes before I lay down, and the chimney was moving. I looked down there with squinted eyes. I saw that wearing a red robe, wearing a Red Hat Santa is to my Christmas stocking stuffed with gifts! At that time, I was happy in my heart. Christmas Eve a chimney, I ran out of the house. He saw Santa Claus in his sledge and went to the next house.

When I opened the magic socks, I found there was a small gift box in it. When I cautiously opened the box again, I found that there was a book I most liked and wanted most, "a brief history of time", because it is a book about cosmology. When I carefully opened the book, I found that there was a small note in it. The note read: "learning without limit, asking questions, asking questions and learning."
