登山，是一项，也是唯一一项我感兴趣并且热爱的体育运动。我爬过许许多多的山，而这一次，我要挑战黄山。

我和妈妈、叔叔一伙人"兵临城下"，雄赳赳气昂昂地进入黄山。我好奇地东瞧西看，“黄山归来不看岳”这真是名不虚传!我赞叹着，向上悠然迈步。

等山道中途，我已经无力说话了，只有如上了发条的玩具似的，一步一步，机械地向上爬。然而，“灾难”上游山脉来临了，我咬咬牙，开始上山。不多久，我就知道了什么叫作天堂到地狱的差距。

路几乎成九十度垂直，台阶与台阶差距很大，每一步都要格外用力，走了几步之后，腿就像拖了一块铁一般沉重，脚像陷在地上生根了似的，只能挪动而不再是走，越后来，越难受。汗，自额头流向下巴，体内好似烧了一场大火，浑身热得要命!我努力把眼睁的大大的，怕一下子闭眼会晕过去。也许，我的样子像一只鼓着眼睛的青蛙，可眼下这种情况让我并没有功夫由此而发笑，而此时情况更加糟糕了!我的双腿发软、又痛又麻，一阵阵发抖，我想放弃，不行，我想放弃，不行!

我挣扎着，可是想到这么久的努力，成与败二者只要，也只有这最后的一步了!进一步则成退一步则败呀!不行，不可以放弃，不可以!

然而，痛苦仍与我如影随形，令我发疯，让我沉浸在痛楚之中。丝毫没有发现，天暗下来了。时间流失的很快，却好像又很慢，当我踏上山顶时，我好像死而复生了。迎着风立在山巅心中满是骄傲。天边染上了红霞，太阳出来了!它一跃上了天空，这个小红点一下子迸射出万丈金光，我的心也一下子摒弃了所有的痛苦与杂念，只知道一件事——我赢了!什么痛什么苦，我登顶了，坚持下来了，我赢了!与之相比，痛与苦微不足道!我心欢悦。

登山，锻炼了我的身心，淬炼了定力提高了毅力与能力，增强了体力。它使我明白：山再大，只要坚持，我也能征服它!

华山是中华文明的发祥地之一，因为山势险峻，自古被人们称为“奇险天下第一山”。到陕西游玩，不登华山，好像是与悠久的华夏民族文化擦肩而过了。

去年暑假，我和爸爸妈妈去西安旅游，整个旅途中印象最深的就是雨中登华山了!

那天早晨，阴云密布，天空突然下起了蒙蒙细雨。我们兴奋地站在索道等候的队伍里，抬头往上看，山顶黑云翻滚，山腰上的花纹蜿蜒曲折，像一条白龙围绕着这座山。一棵棵松树，顽强地矗立在花岗岩上，好像是一位位勇敢的战士。几座白塔在云中若隐若现，更为这座山增添了“仙气”。

我们坐上了通往西峰的索道。往下一看，步行爬山的人们如同一群蚂蚁，在台阶上慢慢地蠕动。山腰上的花纹不再像白龙了，有的像老人，有的像金鱼，有的像小狗……千姿百态。索道在云中穿梭，如临仙境。

下了索道，我们径直来到西峰。一块大石头上镌刻着华山的历史，引来许多游客驻足围观。山顶雨大，人们穿着各种颜色的雨衣，俨然大地上开出的美丽花朵。站在西峰最高处，风呼呼地刮着，飘着的黑云，不停地变换着形状。人们紧抓两旁的扶手，好像不小心就会滚下去似的。

从西峰下来，我们朝南峰走去。这段路，因为坡度不大，走起来比较舒服。一路上风景优美。许多古松长在石头上，因为刚被小雨淋过，很干净、很茁壮。树枝上挂着的红布条迎风飘扬，好像在欢迎远方的客人。

很快，我们就登上了南峰。从山顶鸟瞰，山底的游人还不如小虫子大。往东南看，一座石峰拔地而起，犹如一把宝剑笔直地插入地下。那就是传说中的“华山论剑”了!山峰周围景观奇特，沧桑劲美，许多游客在这里拍照留念，高谈阔论，好像是一场真正的“华山论剑”。

登完两座山峰，天色渐渐暗下来。因此，我们准备绕过北峰下山。途中看到了惊险的“长空栈道”。只见一块约三十公分的木板凌空架在悬崖壁上，下面就是万丈深渊。大胆的游客跃跃欲试，小心翼翼地走过去，胆小的游客只能迎着斜风细雨在旁边观看……

雨，给华山增添了灵性。一路行来，我们不仅体验到了华山的奇险，更感受到了雨中爬山的乐趣。

时光飞逝，转眼间又到了五一劳动节。不得不说这个假期是我过的最悠闲的一个假期，因为我摆脱了补习班的苦恼，去了老君山和画眉谷游玩。

到了栾川老君山的门口，我们开着车到了老君山门口，准备做名叫中灵缆车上山，坐上缆车，望着窗外，那绿油油的山峰呈现在我的眼前，，越往上，山峰越绿，只见从高处往下看，呈现在眼前的是宽阔的田地，漂亮极了。大约做了十几分钟缆车，到达了山中间的部位。我们几家子从一条羊肠小路上去，那密密麻麻的，陡峭的楼梯，可让我们好一顿爬。途中经过了名叫蛇神洞的地方，传说进去那个洞里的人能变成神仙呢。我们又走了一会来到了舍身崖，从那里可以一往山下的景色。当然来老君山怎能，不参观十里画廊，飞来峰，伏牛山主峰呢，参观完这个，我不禁感叹这几个景点可真是连绵起伏，风景秀丽啊。参观往这些，便坐缆车下山，离开了老君山。

第二天，我们开车奔波许久来到了画眉谷，进入到画眉谷最先印入眼帘的是一个元宝形的潭水，再往前走就看见一个名叫神手净水的地方，那里的水碧绿无穷在河床中，有一个巨大的形如手的石块，五指分明，传说为镇山神的大手。传说只要用手拿着水在湖上滤过，不管再浑浊的水都能变得清亮无比的。最后我们停留到了红石瀑那里，传说瀑下深潭中曾有红龙居住，久旱不雨，人们搅动潭水，不时便云生风起，暴雨倾盆，河涨水发。因红龙性格暴躁，人们轻易不搅动潭水，我们在那里又玩了许久。最后我们只停留到了那里，便离开画眉谷起程回家了。

这一次的旅行让我无比的快乐，也让我有着前所未有的轻松。我也不禁的感慨，这两处景点真美。

今天，我们去爬山了。 Today, we went to climb the mountain.

我们爬的不是那种陡峭的山，也不是像黄旗山那样的旅游胜地，而是一个小公园，但一路上发生了许多有趣的事。

这个小公园里我们家很近，走路也就只用十五六分钟。临走前，我们往背包里装了三个苹果，一包小面包，一袋小馒头和四瓶酸奶。也许你会问，那么近，为什么要带那么多东西?有两个原因——1、我妹妹是吃货。2、和我们同行的还有一位阿姨。

在路上，我们都很开心，我还摘了几根狗尾巴草给妹妹，说：“妹妹，看，狗……”我还没说完，妹妹就开始东张西望，原来，她还以为有狗呢!

来到公园，我们又开始纠结走哪边，最终，我们决定上山走斜坡，下山走阶梯。一路上的景色好美，还有一棵树。树上面的花是紫粉色的，地上还有一层“花瓣地毯”呢。

走到一半，我们才发现还是要走阶梯，到了山顶，我们坐下来吃了好多东西，我和妹妹吃的最多，所以特别饱。

下山时，我说：“我们来比赛吧，看谁可以追到我。”说完，我就赶紧跑了。

跑了一会儿，我看见她们都还在山顶，我本想继续跑，可有两只大马蜂挡住了我的去路。这时，我听到一阵脚步声，我的第一个反应就是：她们跟上来了。于是，我不管三七二十一冲了下去，后来当然是我赢了。到了后面，我还顺着石梯旁的石板滑了下去，像滑滑梯一样。

爬山真好玩。

那次放假，爸爸开着车带着我和邻居一家去小西天烧香，到了地点，就看见那山特别高。刚走了几步，就感到非常累。一转弯，走完了两个大坡。

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I

fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of

爬山可不是一个简单的运动，它不是简单的向上爬，爬山有很多很多的技巧。例如在爬山的时候，你的衣服跟鞋子一定要选择非常的合适，非常的合身，我们一般爬山的时候会选用冲锋衣，因为冲锋衣保暖性能非常好，而且也不会有太多的花里胡哨的装饰，不会影响爬山过程中造成的危险，鞋子也非常重要，鞋子我们一般选用的是登山靴，鞋子底部全部都是由橡胶组成的，这样的话更利于我们爬山的过程中不会发生滑的危险，更多的就是我们的水还有吃的了，因为爬到山上以后，不知道会发生什么样的事情，所以我们这些生存所必须的一定要带着。爬山既是一项运动锻炼也是一种对我们能力，胆量的考验。

爸爸从小教育我一定要做一个勇敢自信敢闯的男孩子，所以爸爸从小就会对我特别苛刻，也不会惯着我，对于爬山这件事，爸爸每次都会很认真的教育我，爸爸希望我不仅可以身体健康，头脑聪明，更希望的是我在人性品格上有一定的改变，能够成为一个坚强自主独立的人。

在爸爸的影响下，通过爬山这项活动，我希望我可以成为一个坚强勇敢的人。

在世界上有很多“不容易”。比如，学围棋、练跳舞、打羽毛球都不容易。而我觉得——爬山不容易。

一次，我和几个同学爬大坪山，我已经很久没爬山了，一见到山就激动得不得了。和同学们像一只只猴子似的一个箭步冲上石阶，一下窜出了大人们的视线。

过了不到半刻钟，困难就一步一步向我们走来。我们遇到的第一个困难是，我和同学们由于之前跑得太快，体能消耗太大，现在一个个都像泄气的气球一样有气无力地瘫在休息的长椅上，一个比一个没力气。好在家长在这时赶来了，他们给了我们面包，而我们也是毫不客气，三下五除二补充能量，就把体力又拉升上来了。

又走了一小会儿，困难又重新找上我们。也许是太久没来大坪山了，我们迷路了。虽然我们能看到郑成功像，可出口在哪儿我们实在是不知道。这时，走来了一位老大爷，我们连忙走上去问，“老爷爷，这怎么能走到郑成功雕像那儿？”

“往前走，右拐，那儿有台阶，走上去就是了。”老爷爷回答。

在谢过老爷爷后，我们成功爬上了山顶。再一看身边的同学们，他们个个都汗流浃背，看起来很疲惫，但他们脸上都挂着甜甜的笑容。

经过这一次爬山，我懂得了什么叫不容易。

Saving Water

As we know， water is so important to man. Theamount of water which is

suitable to drink is less and less. But somepeople don’t care about it. They

waste a lot of water in their dailylife. Even worse， they pour dirty water and

throw rubbish into rivers.Many rivers and lakes are seriously polluted.

Something must be doneto stop the pollution(to deal with the problem). And

I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great need of

water.Wehave to save every drop of water. For example， turn off the tap

afterusing it and use a basin to wash as well. It’s also a good idea to

encouragemy friends and family members to join me! Only in this way can we

livehappily. If not， the last drop of water will be the tear.

I believe if everyone dose like this， we can make agreat difference.

Today is June 20th is Fathers Day, Dad is a great name, he carries the

responsibility of the family, and I have grown up on Dads shoulders for as long

as I can remember.

I remember that when I was a child, I had a high fever, and my father

hurriedly carried me to the hospital. The doctor said, "Its fine, just get an

我们沿着小路走进山里，四周林深叶茂，连强烈的太阳光都照不进来，像开了制冷空调似的，我不由得穿上外套。走着走着我们看到了兜率寺庙，一进门就看到十八罗汉：静坐罗汉、骑象罗汉、挖耳罗汉、开心罗汉……让我惊叹到我们中国文化博大精深呀！我们又经过一个水池，里面有大小不一的乌龟有趣极了！

我们穿过寺庙，才开始正式爬山。这是一条原生态的小路，山坡上有许多小石头，我很好奇就踩了上去。“啊，救命！”我摔了个四脚朝天差点从山坡上滑下去，我摸着受伤的屁股拄着登山杖一步一步艰难地往上爬，坡度渐渐增大，我手脚并用终于登上了山腰的塔，我们休息了片刻又往上爬。“啊，白娘子现身了，可我不想当许仙。”一条小蛇蹿了出来吓了我一跳。我们继续往上爬，我们拿着木杖像老爷爷老奶奶似的慢慢往上爬，终于登上了山顶！

站在山顶，放眼放去看着脚下的风景和高楼大厦自豪万分！会当凌绝顶，一览众“楼”下！不正是描写这时的景色吗？

天色不早了，我们开始下山。俗话说上山容易，下山难，爸爸告诉我丁字步下山更容易些，不一会我就到山腰。到了魔鬼路段我在两边滑行，“我刹不灵了。”我边说我使劲抓住了旁边的树木才停下来。我小心翼翼的走着才避又摔个四脚朝天……

我们征服了狮子岭一峰和二峰！虽然路途艰难，但我们勇气可嘉，坚持不懈的走完了这次路程！我喜欢户外运动，更喜爱和家人一起的美好时光！

今天下午，天气晴朗，阳光明媚。爷爷和奶奶、爸爸和妈妈、还有我一起去登东塔山。准备了食物和饮料，就出发了。

我们来到山脚下，抬头望：啊，山顶这么高，在云彩上面哩!这使我不禁想起世界最高峰——珠穆拉马峰。再看看“从天而降”的石级。是那样的陡峭，真叫人发颤!

我们拾级登山，手拉着手，搀扶着爷爷奶奶，不知不觉的来到了半山腰。那两旁的树，有的像健壮的士兵挺立在那里;有的像婀娜多姿的少女在跳舞。还有那些参天大树，树叶落下来，满地都是，像铺上了一条金地毯，踩在上面沙沙作响，好听极了!

走着走着，奶奶忽然走不动了，我连忙扶着奶奶，慢慢的跟上队伍。过了一会，我去玩“狗尾巴草”了，爷爷奶奶便互相搀扶着慢慢走，爸爸也不示弱，原本妈妈提的食物，也拿去给自己拎了。

为了减轻爸爸的负担，我们来到一个亭子吃起东西来。我把橘子给爷爷，把花生给奶奶，妈妈又把甜牛奶递给了爷爷奶奶，他们俩笑的合不拢嘴。我又把鸡腿给爸爸，把鸡翅给妈妈。最后，剩下几根鸡骨头，我拿起来慢慢的啃着，别提多香了!

终于到山顶了，居高临下：呵，可以看到了乐清的全貌，多么繁华!一幢幢高楼大厦拔地而起，车辆川流不息。爷爷说：“乐清的变化真大!以前这里还是片空地呢。”

天渐渐暗下来，我们依依不舍的回家了。

Later we went to a restaurant and had a big dinner. I had a birthday cake with

thirteen candles. I blew out them. My friends said, “Happy birthday to you!” I

was so excited. I cut the cake into pieces and gave them to everyone. I did not
