“啊!山可真高呀!”我站在山脚下向上望去，山好高，山上长着很多树木，石阶很高、很陡，两旁的扶手都是粗粗的麻绳，还在不停地摇晃，我深吸了一口气，开始爬山了。

今天我们去宁都的翠微峰那里爬山。

翠微峰那里有很多山。在最陡，最危险，最让人害怕的山上，就会有宁都最著名的空中学堂和让人起死回生的神药。

我们先吃完早饭。买些零食。就出发去爬翠微峰，我们从后门进去，边走边吃，说说笑笑，不一会儿就来到了金精洞。

我们洗了下手就开始真正的爬山之旅。我们走过金精洞，就来到了一座非常陡的梯子，梯子离地面差不多四十五米，掉下去一定会死翘翘。

我心惊胆战的，就问大家：谁第一个上去。可依妹妹装着一点也不怕的样子说：“我第一个上去”然后我就跟在可依妹妹的后面。冒着生命危险去走梯子。走过梯子，又有一个离地面有几万米的梯子。虽然我已经半死半活，但是还得走过去，我学着小舅的动作，一步一步的往前走，终于克服了恐惧，走完了很陡的梯子。

I have a happy family. Though there is only a little furniture in my home and everything in the rooms seems rather disorderly, I love my home very much.

My father is an engineer, nearly fifty years old. As a Party member, quite often he works late into the night. He even forgets himself when he is reading. Once when having supper, I found that the soup tasted watery. It soon became clear that my father, deep in his reading, had forgotten to put salt in the soup.

I have a kind mother. She is a primary school teacher. She loves her pupils and her job very much and puts all her heart into her work. All our clothes are made by tailors, for she is too busy to sew for us. As a housewife, she has to do almost all the housework. So she is the busiest one in our family.

Recently，hazy weather has become commonin China. People wear masks to avoid

poisonous air. Emissionproduced from factories and cars is the main source. The

smog surely hasnegative effects on peoples health especially that of

thechildren and the elderly .But how to deal with it?

First， the government should perfect laws to punish those factories

thatignore the protection. And businessmen must pay more attention to

theenvironment instead of money. Second， green commuting and alow-carbon life

17. 不久就感觉到了自己体力有些不支，于是我们在攀登的时候总是不断的休息。

18. 我一步一步地走了一个小时后，累得汗流浃背，气得喘不过来了！

十月一国庆节期间，我和爸爸妈妈一起去爬被誉为北京后花园的香山。

来到香山北门，穿过山脚下如织的人流，沿着陡峭的山路伴着渐浓的秋色美景朝最高峰香炉峰进发。我们爬到半山腰，近看树林中那些黄栌树，树身并不十分高大，但树干上伸出的枝杈却很多，树冠像一把大伞；那一片片还没未变红的树叶密密麻麻的长在枝头，微风轻抚，仿佛也能闻到一丝红叶的清香。

虽然天气很凉爽但还爬了一会后还是是感觉头冒汗，口发干，正在这时看到山腰的平坦处有一个卖冰棍的叔叔，于是我就买了来吃，付完钱叔叔让我把包装纸撕下给他。一开始很纳闷：“难道他是要重复利用不成，“仔细观察，原来是由于山上的垃圾桶比较少，他要收集垃圾、把垃圾运下山去。我顿时对这位叔叔的敬意油然而生。

我们好不容易爬到山顶，站在海拔500多米的香炉峰又名“鬼见愁”之上，向下眺望，连绵山脉尽收眼底。此刻，我想去一首杜甫的诗句，“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小。”

i enjoyed your hospitality during my three-day stay in tianjin.your new house is very beautiful,and your cooking is out of the world .your sister,wangdan,is very kind-hearted.not only did she help us wash clothes,but also helped make the bed.
