时光飞逝，转眼间又到了五一劳动节。不得不说这个假期是我过的最悠闲的一个假期，因为我摆脱了补习班的苦恼，去了老君山和画眉谷游玩。

到了栾川老君山的门口，我们开着车到了老君山门口，准备做名叫中灵缆车上山，坐上缆车，望着窗外，那绿油油的山峰呈现在我的眼前，，越往上，山峰越绿，只见从高处往下看，呈现在眼前的是宽阔的田地，漂亮极了。大约做了十几分钟缆车，到达了山中间的部位。我们几家子从一条羊肠小路上去，那密密麻麻的，陡峭的楼梯，可让我们好一顿爬。途中经过了名叫蛇神洞的地方，传说进去那个洞里的人能变成神仙呢。我们又走了一会来到了舍身崖，从那里可以一往山下的景色。当然来老君山怎能，不参观十里画廊，飞来峰，伏牛山主峰呢，参观完这个，我不禁感叹这几个景点可真是连绵起伏，风景秀丽啊。参观往这些，便坐缆车下山，离开了老君山。

第二天，我们开车奔波许久来到了画眉谷，进入到画眉谷最先印入眼帘的是一个元宝形的潭水，再往前走就看见一个名叫神手净水的地方，那里的水碧绿无穷在河床中，有一个巨大的形如手的石块，五指分明，传说为镇山神的大手。传说只要用手拿着水在湖上滤过，不管再浑浊的水都能变得清亮无比的。最后我们停留到了红石瀑那里，传说瀑下深潭中曾有红龙居住，久旱不雨，人们搅动潭水，不时便云生风起，暴雨倾盆，河涨水发。因红龙性格暴躁，人们轻易不搅动潭水，我们在那里又玩了许久。最后我们只停留到了那里，便离开画眉谷起程回家了。

站在山脚，向上仰望，那山像是挂在天边的一幅精致的画卷。顺着一条崎岖的石阶路蜿蜒而上，石阶两旁挺立的松树，枝繁叶茂，遮天蔽日，形成一道天然的绿色通道。一开始，我体力充沛，蹦蹦跳跳的，一下子将妈妈拉得老远。瞧着她那慢腾腾的样子，我就急不可待地招呼她“快点”，一会儿又跑回去向她“报告”我发现的“新大陆”。

可是，在漫长得似乎没有尽头的山路面前，我“屈服”了，两只脚就像灌了铅一样，一点劲也使不上来。看着精疲力尽的我，妈妈笑着教训道：“爬山不能急，脚踏实地，不紧不慢才最省力。像你这样一下子就把力气用完，是爬不到山顶的。”听了妈妈的话，我恍然大悟。

杭州西湖的西边有景区的灵隐寺，紧挨着灵隐寺就是飞来峰。使我最难忘的，就是爬飞来峰。

站在山脚下往上看，哇!叠叠山峰，又高又陡让人目眩。跨过山脚下一道清澈的小溪，开始了爬山的旅程。

由于是第一次爬山，我很兴奋，又很自信，就一鼓作气地往山上飞奔，想短时间内就爬上山顶。没想到，上山的路忽左忽右，不一会就累得我气喘吁吁，满头大汗，加上炎热的天气与山间特有的湿闷，我都快喘不过气来了。没办法，我只好在路旁的石头上暂作休息，等着落在我身后的爸爸妈妈。

人会齐了，这一次我没有在急于求成，而是和爸爸妈妈一起爬山。踩着一阶一阶的石梯，看着路旁偶尔露出的知名或不知名花朵，欣赏着路旁身边的风景。沿着弯弯曲曲的山路，经过几道山藤障碍，终于登上了山顶。

从山上往下看，景色真是太美了!整个飞来峰的山顶郁郁葱葱，像一片绿色的海洋，空气格外的新鲜，微风吹过，感觉非常凉爽，爬山时的疲惫，在阳光与微风的吹拂下，似乎一下子就没了影踪。见到如此美景，我的好奇心不禁涌了上来，急忙拉着爸爸妈妈拍照留念。大饱眼福后，一家人开开心心走向了下山的路。

第一次爬山，就让我感受到了爬山的乐趣;第一次爬山，也让我品尝到了爬山过程中的艰辛;第一次爬山，更让我明白了一个人生的道理：急于求成是永远不会获得想要的效果的，只有脚踏实地才能获得最终的成功。

今天是星期六，天空虽然有点阴沉沉的，但是并没有下雨，而且还有点微微的风。爸爸说好久都没去爬山了，要带我去爬栲栳山。我高兴极了，等妈妈给我们准备完了水和一些水果零食后就迫不及待地出发了。

大概过了二十多分钟，我们的车终于开到了山脚下。

沿着一条弯弯曲曲的小路，我们踏上了“旅途”。走着走着，爸爸找到了两根可以当拐杖的竹子。我和爸爸拿着“拐杖”大步向前走。我们边走边欣赏着山路两旁美丽的风景，却在路边看见了好多垃圾。我感到很难过，爸爸安慰我说：“保护环境要从自己做起，只要我们自己做好了，也会慢慢影响我们身边的人。”我立刻明白了，拿出了随身带着的垃圾袋，和爸爸一边走，一边捡起了扔在地上的垃圾，做起了“环保小卫士”。

我费了九牛二虎之力，终于爬到了半山腰，我发现这边的温度比山脚要低，冻得我瑟瑟发抖。但奇怪的是虽然已是初冬，山路两旁仍然绿树成林，一片片落叶像一只只美丽的蝴蝶，翩翩起舞。忽然，我听见了小溪流水的声音，哗啦啦，哗啦啦，像一首美妙的乐曲，非常悦耳动听。我和爸爸就在小溪旁边的一块大石头上坐了下来，喝了点水，吃了些零食。

我们就这样，走走停停地来到了山顶。山顶的空气异常新鲜，我连续吸了好几口，仿佛注入了满满的能量，爬山时的疲劳一扫而空。

在下山的时候，我们路过了一片竹林，一棵棵翠绿的竹子整齐地排着队，让我流连忘返。爸爸说，“上山容易下山难”。果然，我有好几次都差点滑倒，都是爸爸扶住了我。

不知不觉中，我们就到了山下，我已经气喘吁吁，汗流浃背了。虽然稍微有些累，但我希望下次还能和爸爸一起来这里爬山。

今天阳光正好，正是爬山的好天气，约上三五好友，我们一起走健身道。

都说爬山很累，但我乐在其中。虽然我们汗流了、气喘了、脚酸了，但我们的眼睛却饱览了美景，增长了见识，身体也变结实了！

站在五龙山上，放眼望去，山脚下那密密麻麻的高楼大厦，就是我们的家乡——温岭。再看蓝的天，白的云，搭配那青山和绿水，不就是一幅绝美的图画吗？你看，这边枫树的叶子红了，红得那么美，那么醉人；再看那边，盈盈湖水，远远看去像是一面镜子，倒映着周围的群山；咦，前面路边那一个个火红的东西是什么？红灯笼吗？——哦，原来是成熟了的柿子呢！拐过一个弯，我们听到了溪水潺潺流动的声音，那溪水从石缝间奔跑出来，欢快地跳动着，流淌着……

我们循着健身步道一直往前走，只见一处悬崖边上围了栏杆，我看了一眼，咦，是木头的吗？一旁的老妈笑着提醒我：“你再仔细看看，这可不是木头哦！”不是木头？我又仔细打量了一下这“木头桩”，并用手摸了摸，原来这是水泥做的呀！又走了一会儿，我们看到了一处工地，那里有几个工人正在给水泥栏杆加工，使它看上去像是木头，更加美观。我过去仔细查看了一番，原来他们给水泥柱子抹上了加了棕色颜料的水泥，再画出一道道树的纹路，使它看起来像木头一样。

这时，小道上迎面走来几匹马？不对，是骡？俗话说：“是骡子是马，拉出来遛遛就知道了。”可是凭我浅薄的经验，我确实分不清它们。最后，我们请教了赶货的师傅，才知道它们原来是骡子。

路上的风景实在很美，一路上的见闻还有很多，现在，你能感觉到我们爬山的乐趣了吗？那么，让我们一起去爬山吧！
