看了一会儿，我们和那个小男孩一起爬山，我们在前，他们在后，但因为我们爬得快，所以只能远远地看着他们，好不容易到了一个小亭子，我和爸爸准备坐下来休息一会儿。我看了看周围，哇!真漂亮，到处都是绿色的树木、茂密的树林，树枝长得很茂密，没有一点阳光，“哗!哗!”什么声音!啊，原来是一条瀑布，真是“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”啊!

“孩子，你一定要坚强啊!”一个声音在我耳边响起，原来是那对母子，小男孩不小心被一块石头绊倒了，她妈妈一直在鼓励他，小男孩终于下定决心站了起来，但第一次有些不稳，刚要走又倒下了，第二次站起来没走几步也不行了。第三次站起来时被一只大手拉住了，原来是妈妈，她什么也没说。我们继续往上爬，一下子就到了。

到山顶后，妈妈说：“孩子，你真棒!你终于明白要会吃苦了!”我也非常开心，我也明白了一个道理：当你在人生的旅途中遇到挫折时，不要灰心，失败是成功的入场券，不经历风雨，怎么能见彩虹呢?

今天，我和小朋友们一起去老和山爬山锻炼身体。老和山位于西湖风景区，高度大约是300米，山脚下有浙江大学、植物园……

我飞快地爬了上去，其他人似乎爬得很慢很慢似的，我只能等一下他们，顺便休息一下。这种爬山方法一点儿也不累。我们爬到半山腰的时候，我往山下看，果然深不见底。我心想：“要是不小心掉下去的话，那就小命不保了！”

当我们爬到第三个亭子的时候，我看到有一种比较像松子的果子，我就去摘了。但是我够不到，所以我拿棍子去敲了几下树干，掉下来很多果子。我发现有些果子是空的，也许小松鼠也吃这种果子吧，那就更有趣了！最后我摘了6个果子，打算带回家把他们种到土里。

接着，我们走到老和山的最高处时，往左边看，看到了高楼大厦。在高楼大厦之间，我隐隐约约地看见有几幢矮小的红房子，那就是我居住的地方“翠苑佳居”。往右看，看见了西湖、白堤和苏堤……

我们继续走，在一处看到一个倾斜大约80度的光滑石壁。接下来我们就开始玩无绳攀岩了。我飞快地爬了上去，然后往下一看，心惊胆战，已经爬这么高了！最后我还得叫妈妈来帮忙才能顺利下来。

今天，我们大家爬山爬得都很辛苦，一回到家就呼呼大睡了！

我们老家潭头，春节的风俗很特别，大年初一要去爬山。

听爷爷讲，那座山是我们村最高的，最大的，最陡的。这么一说我还真有点胆怯，怕登不上山顶。后来看爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、姐姐都毫不退缩，我也硬着头皮“上阵”了。

秋风习习，在个秋高气爽的日子。我们慕名而去爬本市最高峰——大雁山。

到了大雁山，山很高、很陡，直冲云霄，我看到了，心里不禁打起了退堂鼓。虽然在山脚，但脚不由得有点酸软了。

但既然来了，就要一步一脚印爬上去。刚开始，我就像一只快乐的小兔子，蹭蹭蹭的以飞快的速度往上爬，到了半山腰的时候，已经气喘吁吁的，脚像灌了铅一样，实在抬不动了。我心中已经忍无可忍了，便跟妈妈说：“妈妈，这山实在是太难爬了，我们下去吧！”“可以，如果你是一个半途而废的人。你要知道胜利得之不易，不管你怎么样，妈妈是要爬上去，体验成功的滋味！”

妈妈的话燃起了我心中的火焰，于是我手扶着栏杆，一步一步往上挪，如果是陡峭的地方，手脚并用，不一会已经爬了一大半，再也不抱怨。我的脚底已经起泡了，一次次想要放弃，但想起妈妈的那一番话，放弃的念头就烟消云散。

一个周末的早晨，爸爸妈妈带我来到八大处公园爬山。

这次和以往不同，我们选择从野路上山从公园正门出去，这种经历对于我来说还是头一次，我感觉既兴奋又紧张，更多的则是好奇。怀着这种复杂的心情，我开始了这次爬山之旅。

我开始爬的时候觉得很简单，心想：我肯定一口气就能爬到山顶。但是爬的过程中可不是我想象的那么简单。由于山路不像公园里修好的台阶一样好走，都是由一些爬山爱好者自走出来的。正如鲁迅先生所说：“世上本无路，走的人多了便成了路。”

这些山路非常不规则，我没有爬野山的经验，所以开始时我们的速度过快，也过快地消耗了体力，我们还没有爬到全部路程的十分之一，就开始大口大口地喘气，心跳加快。在这时，妈妈建议我们喝些“红牛”补充一下体力。休息片刻，我们重新出发，向着第一个目标——“信号塔”前进。

就这样，我们一边走一边休息，大概用了两个小时的时间，爬到了“小虎头”。这时我们的体力已经完全透支，大汗淋漓，感觉心脏都要跳出来了，一步也走不动了。我们全家都瘫坐在一起，互相看着彼此狼狈的样子，哈哈大笑。从山上往山下俯瞰，真有“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的感觉。此时，身上的疲劳似乎也一扫而空，我们全家又是欢呼，又是拍照，欢笑声都传到了大山深处……

经过商量，我们决定从六处下山。俗话说：“上山容易下山难。”果然，我的腿有些抖，有些软，但是仍然乐此不疲地在小斜坡上一路小跑，在大山之中蹦着、跳着、喊着

我们的路线是：阿育王寺——先锋村——茅洋寺。一大早，我们一起搭车到了阿育王寺集合，然后沿着乡间小道走啊走，一路上，到处可见长的正茂的橘子树和黄灿灿的油菜花，好美啊!大约过了一个小时左右，我们徒步到了山脚下，接着开始爬山了，这条山路真是很崎岖，只容一个人通过，于是我在路边捡了几根粗壮的竹竿，做为拐杖用。

这一下走起来轻松多了!我健步如飞地向前走去，不断地超越，天气很热，所以感觉人的身体特别累，有两次我都想坐下来休息，但又担心会掉队，妈妈也一直在鼓励我向前，所以我还是兴致勃勃地向前进，很快地我冲到了队伍的第一个，真是开心极了，不知不觉中，我们已经到了山顶，从山顶往下看，远处有蓝蓝的湖水，有各色各样的野花和满山遍野的杜鹃花，还有远处那一排排整整齐齐的房子。啊，多美的景色呀!

这次难忘的登山不只锻炼了身体，更磨练了我的意志。“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”只有持之以恒，战胜困难，战胜自我，才能成功。这是我最大的收获。

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. 秋日的清晨，吃好早饭，我和姨夫去登山。外面下着毛毛细雨，有着丝丝冷意，但这阻挡不住我们踏上这场奇妙之旅。

驱车来到山下，买好票准备登山。首先印入眼中的就是气派的牌楼，上面写着“穹窿山”三个大字，没错了，今天我们登的就是号称苏州第一山的穹窿山。姨夫问我：“你知道这座山的历史么”?我好奇地摇摇头。“哈哈，这座山有多高知道么”嗯……嗯，不知道。那我们边爬边说吧。

正说着，就看到一个指示牌，上面写着：你已步行100米，距离山顶还有905米。“什么，九百多米，这座山有一千米那么高吗”没有，你等会就知道了，姨夫说。途中我们还不时遇到三五成群的老人从山上下来，我很好奇。下着雨的天气，山中雾气也特别大，他们也这么早过来爬山啊。姨夫说这些老人都是过来烧香拜佛的，我们也接着爬，上去看看。还剩208米，100米，10米，哇，终于到山顶了，虽然累的气喘吁吁，但满满的喜悦藏都藏不住。太美了，雨中的山顶，雾气缭绕，宛如仙境。看着这如画的景色，拍照肯定是必不可少的，只是姨夫把景色拍的很美，把我却拍丑了，哈哈哈。

姨夫告诉我，这山上有一棵三百多年的老树，是清朝的皇帝乾隆亲自载种。哇，原来这么有意义啊。还有这座山海拔341.7米，但我们是从山底顺着斜坡爬上来，所以距离是一千多米。我们兜兜转转了一圈，就下山了，不过下山比上山就快多了，省时省力。

今天这趟雨中行，不仅欣赏到了美景，锻炼了身体，还涨了不少知识，以后这种运动我要多多参与!

Secular institutions of control such as the police and army take the place of religion and family in maintaining order， and a money-based economy prevails. Because of these contrasts， "popular" may be viewed as clearly different from "folk". The popular is replacing the folk in industrialized countries and in many developing nations. Folk-made objects give way to their popular equivalent， usually because the popular item is more quickly or cheaply produced， is easier or time saving to use or leads more prestige to the owner.

My favourite writer—Lu Xun 我最喜欢的作者－鲁迅

Lu Xun is my favourite writer. He is one of the most famous writers in China. He wrote a lot of literary works.

He was thin and not tall. He always wore a long old coat in that time. At first, he wanted to be a doctor and save people s lives. So he learned medicine, but later he found the Chinese were in sensitive when they faced the oppression of their enemies. So he began to write articles to wake the people up.

Lu Xun wrote some famous novels, he attacked the social mores in that time, and in his works, many persons were known very well, such as Ah Q Kong Yi ji .

I like Lu Xun because I also want to be a great writer like him. I like reading and writing, and I often write some articles in my free time. Though I don t have good literary talent or a large vocabulary, I spend lots of time reading and writing to improve my writing skills.

Lu Xun is my hero, I will learn more from him. I believe I can be a great writer like him in the future.
