这时教官说：“大家站好,你们后面拉着前面一个个往上爬。”我们小心翼翼地爬脚上和裤子上全是泥巴。我心想：好多泥巴啊!回去了又要我自己洗。我们走啊走终于到了休息点，教官要我们坐下，他们都坐下了唯独我没有坐下，因为草上有泥巴。过了一会儿我想：反正已经那么脏了洗也是洗那么多脏就脏吧。我就坐了下去，我们拍了照就继续上路。

我们努力地爬着那时为得是快点爬完快点回家，当我又转头看到花草时又被她们迷住了，那时我想到了一个问题为什么花草经过大雨的浇淋后没有枯萎而开的越发美丽了呢?答案早已出现在了我的心头。我拼命地爬着，我们终于到了山顶。看着下面的风景，好美啊!雨后的山路真美。我经历了风雨终于见到了彩虹。

下山时，我才体会刀了什么叫：上山容易下山难。上山在比起下山来要容易多。下山时总感觉有一种惯性，要玩不停的走。可是腿又觉得不是自己的似的，不停使唤，好难受啊！

连续了很多天的阴雨天气终于放晴了，天空万里无云。今天是个特别的日子，为什么说特别呢?因为在这天，我们将随着近200人的大型团队一起去户外登山。这可是我长这么大以来第一次参加这种集体活动哦!

At my school, we had a charity sale last week

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

We prepared many things which were made by hand in our spare time, such as

kites, model planes and so on. They looked very beautiful. We also brought old

toys and second-hand books to sell on the sale. At 8：30, the activity started.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

made added up to over 2,000.

We sent the money to the community to help children who couldnt attend

school and the seniors who needed better care.

I had a wonderful experience. Im proud of what we have done. If everyone

makes a contribution to the charity, the world will become much better.

我相信每个人都爬过许多座山，但那些山都是走的台阶吧。这个星期，我体验到了爬山的“痛感”以及“快感”。

本来我和我的小伙伴去爬方山是准备好好地走台阶上去赏赏风景的，可惜爬着爬着，那俩货就没兴致了，她们倒是想去爬真的山。对，就是在没有台阶的地方踩着各种物品去攀爬，而且是徒手。我着实是不太放心我的两个调皮的小伙伴，所以我也跟着她们俩一起爬了。

先前几步真的是边抖边爬上去的，不要想多，我可不是因为害怕，只是因为那几块地方连落脚点都没有，根本没有办法踩上去。我只好伏在地上，没错，就是伏，土里的小虫子我看的一清二楚！无奈之下把住了一撮草根，都不敢用尽全力，才勉勉强强站稳。更不敢到处乱走，这个高度，不小心摔下去可不是闹着玩的。不管怎么说，终于是到了有石头的地方，我们踩着石头到处爬。有的石头刚碰一下，它就滚下去了，那时候我们爬的高度还不是很高，大概也就离地面五六米的样子。继续向上爬，这时候我其中的一个小伙伴想下去了，可她被困住了，只能无奈的坐在一个看起来很牢固的一块大石头上，但是她实在是下不去。再说说我另外一个小伙伴，我与她继续向上爬，可是我的运气实在是差到了极点，我那块基本上都没有什么石头了，手上也找不到什么可以拉的东西了。就在我苦苦支撑之时，我的朋友向我伸出了一只手，将我向上拉，我奋力向上爬着，勾住了大树根。当时我的心情是根本不能平复，实在是太惊险了，再看看我的小伙伴，已经是满头大汗了。后来再往上就很危险了，我们的母亲都不让我们继续往上爬了，于是我们几个只好就这样放弃了继续向上爬的冲动。

越往里走，路就越陡，开始行走不觉就变成手脚并用的攀登，山路约与水平面成45度角，不平不险，于二者之间，红土，小溪早已不见踪影，取而代之的是一些未名的岩石和一条水流颇急的河流泛起的微波。

我们往上窜了好一阵才又见到一段可行走的路，周围是一些零星的洞口，里面很黑，但隐约可看见几尊塑像，似一种道骨仙风，不为物役，不为情牵，荡涤在尘世之中。这才目睹了“神仙”的容貌。

到爬了过半路程时，已可看到峰顶，只见一棵魁梧的树耸立其间，树叶早已落尽，并无一丝光泽与生机，再观底下，一片银装裹素都汇于我眼，目不暇接，但大家身子不但未暖起来，反倒都冷得“打摆子”，加上山岩因气候缘故，已溢出水，极其滑，许多伙伴便决定“打道回府”，我深知“蟾岩滑石”的危险，便也忍下内心不甘的随大流而下。

我们下到山脚时，看到太阳正在西下，正所谓古人云“夕阳无限好，只是近黄昏”想起此句，便突有所触，与伙伴高谈起古诗古词，于是把心中的不愉之情早已抛之脑后，仿佛早已得登顶之悦。

今天是星期六，刚好是二十四节气中的“小雪”，可是非但没雪，而且温暖如春，“小阳春”的天气，也正是爬山的好天气。

下午，我在吉米英语刚放学，就急匆匆地下楼了，跑到路口等待爸爸妈妈的到来，因为我们事先约定放学后一起去爬山。爸爸的车刚停下，我就打开车门钻了进去，爸爸驾车直奔目的地，北山。

来到北山脚，车刚停下，我立刻打开车门，冲了出去，沿着山路向山上跑。妈妈急得大叫：“家宁，快停下，我们一起走，爬山不要跑呀！”我听到妈妈的呼唤声，转身停下脚步等妈妈上来，然后一起向山上走去。

抬头望去，一路的风景如诗如画，松树、柏树、桂花树等绿得发青；玉兰树、银杏树等黄得如金；枫树、桕子树等红得如燃烧的火焰；还有一些不知名的野山花正在路边竞相开放。

突然，我发现在路旁开着几朵鲜红的杜鹃花，我问爸爸：“爸爸，为什么现在还有杜鹃花呢？”爸爸告诉我：“因为现在是小阳春，跟春天的气候有点相似，所以有些春天开的花现在也会开。”我们一边欣赏着美丽的景色，一边向山上走去。来到山岗上，极目远眺，天高云淡，“春”风拂面，使人心旷神怡。远处，青黛色的山林点缀着火红色的红枫，美极了！近处山岭上，红、黄、青、绿几种颜色交相辉映，使人目不暇接。真是“不似春光，胜似春光”啊！

太阳马上就要下山了，我们踏着落日的余辉，带着满身的汗水，怀着留恋的心情，下山回家了。

On the eve of the Spring Festival, families get together and have a big dinner. Dumplings are the most traditional food.

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People vit relatives and friends with the words “Happy new year”. People enjoy the Spring Festival, during th time they can have a good rest.

Children like the festival very much, because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their elders. Th money  given to children for good luck.
