我们走上一条羊肠小道，以前爬山都走这路，因为可以避开收费站，直达山顶。我们历经重重艰难，草籽粘满裤腿，却被一座围墙拦住，挡了回去。我们费了很大力气，却仍然未能如愿，看来生活中不能贪小便宜啊！

我们买了门票，重新出发。走上“响石阶”，走到一半，却发现有三条路。我们兵分三路，分别走左边，中间和右边的路。我和芊芊姐姐走中间的路，走了一段后，看见爸爸他们爬了上来，对我说：“唉，我们绕了一大圈才上来，你们却直达凉亭。”我们到了凉亭，妈妈她们才上来。看来生活中一定要作出正确的决定，不然就会绕大圈子，甚至迷失方向。

在凉亭休整后，我们向山顶进发。一开始，我们有说有笑，还互相嬉戏。到了山腰，阶梯变成了笔陡的山石，再加上火热的太阳，我恨不得再长两条腿。到最后，实在是走不动了。看前面长路漫漫，山顶似乎很遥远，我便坐在一块大石头上，等他们回来。过了没多久他们回来了，原来山顶离我只有一步之遥。学习也一样，有可能咬咬牙，坚持一下，就过去了，如果没坚持，可能总差那么点儿。

爬山能给我很多启示，生活中，一个微小的细节可能也会给你启示，就看你会不会发现它，体会它。

今天天气晴朗，又是一个秋高气爽的好日子，爸爸决定带我去亚公顶爬山，我很兴奋！

亚公顶离我家有点儿远，所以只能搭公交车去。坐在公交车内，透过车窗，我看到了一只小鸟，它舞动着翅膀，像是在对我打招呼一样。

我和爸爸来到了亚公顶山脚下，那里有一处大门，门楼的正面写着：亚公顶森林公园，字的上面还有龙的雕像，每一个门楼顶部下面都镂空，还有小鸟在里面做窝呢！进入门楼，背面写着：“和惠熙陽”四个字。整个大门看起来高大宏伟！

开始爬山了，这座山好多石阶啊，一层一层的石阶通往山顶，山上各种各样的树木看起来很茂密。爬山途中，我发现了一棵被吹倒的大树，像是被锯子锯倒的，那树杈像公鸡的爪子一样。当我和爸爸爬到山顶时候，我已经累得汗流夹背了。山顶上有一个小凉亭，凉亭的柱子上有很多字，是游客们乱写乱画留下的，我觉得这种行为很恶劣。站在山顶看着远处的风景，我体会到什么是“站得高看得远”！

该下山了，爸爸从包里拿出了一个塑料袋说：“下山的路上咱们顺便捡垃圾带回去，只捡塑料袋和塑料瓶之类的垃圾，因为这些不容易分解，对环境破坏很大”。我向爸爸要了一个塑料袋说：“比比我们谁捡的多”。我们一路下山，一路捡垃圾，路上遇到一群大哥哥大姐姐，他们竟然和我们一样，都是手里提个袋子，看到沿路的垃圾捡起来，他们还和我愉快的打招呼。不知不觉到了山脚下，我们将垃圾和塑料瓶放到垃圾桶里面，留下了一个大的瓶子，打算带回家做手工。爸爸告诉我：地球是人类的大家园，但它也是有生命的，我们要保护公共环境！

我们趟过草地的时候，时不时惊起蚂蚱和蟋蟀，爸爸还帮我捉了一只蟋蟀，还有一只断腿的蚂蚱。我们刚好可以用塑料瓶装起来，爸爸还把塑料瓶的盖子钻了个孔用来通气。

这年冬天，恰逢冷得寒彻骨，极为寒冷，刚好家乡旁边有一座山，倔犟的挺立，似乎扎进了云端，听村里人的传说，那里住着“神仙”，这显然是不可信的，但远山在云雾中若隐若现，倒增添了几分迷离。于是为了热热身子，我和村子里几个伙伴组起队决定要会一会这座山……

我们从山脚东南侧出发，当时正值正午，没早上那般寒，但棉衣还是脱不开身，开头是一段较为平坦的山路，红土满布，几些枯藤围绕，还有几条小溪盘缠，娇美灵动，我们踏着碎步走上去，沿途几个小伙伴还拾起石头砸水玩闹，甚是悠闲。

越往里走，路就越陡，开始行走不觉就变成手脚并用的攀登，山路约与水平面成45度角，不平不险，于二者之间，红土，小溪早已不见踪影，取而代之的是一些未名的岩石和一条水流颇急的河流泛起的微波。

我们往上窜了好一阵才又见到一段可行走的路，周围是一些零星的洞口，里面很黑，但隐约可看见几尊塑像，似一种道骨仙风，不为物役，不为情牵，荡涤在尘世之中。这才目睹了“神仙”的容貌。

到爬了过半路程时，已可看到峰顶，只见一棵魁梧的树耸立其间，树叶早已落尽，并无一丝光泽与生机，再观底下，一片银装裹素都汇于我眼，目不暇接，但大家身子不但未暖起来，反倒都冷得“打摆子”，加上山岩因气候缘故，已溢出水，极其滑，许多伙伴便决定“打道回府”，我深知“蟾岩滑石”的危险，便也忍下内心不甘的随大流而下。

我喜欢爬山，因为爬山可以给人带来身心上的放松。它不像一级一级地爬着楼梯那样枯燥无味，而是充满着乐趣。作为一个爬山爱好者，我将自己的愉快体验与你分享。

爬山可以锻炼自己的身体，磨炼自己的耐力与意志。“生命在于运动”，而爬山就是一种很好的锻炼方式。在你挑战极限的过程中，当你爬得腰酸腿疼、热汗淋漓的时候，僵硬的筋骨已舒展开，体内的毒素已逐渐随着汗水排出，耐力也得到了磨炼，无形中强健了身体。你看哪个山里人不是体魄强健、健步如飞？当你很累，甚至想要放弃时再坚持一下，你的意志也得到了提升。

爬山可以看到许多平常看不到的风景，感受到许多平常感受不到的享受。在山间，你已经回归了大自然，所以你可以欣赏到包裹着群山的茫茫林海，从山顶流下的涓涓细流，缭绕在山顶的茫茫云海，形态各异的突兀怪石，古老石像，石文雕刻……这些都是我们日常生活中很少看到的景象。身处大自然中，你同时也得到了许多与众不同的享受：在你爬山的时候，一路呼吸着清新的空气，泥土芬芳的气息，远离城市里污浊的空气，使你浑身轻松畅快，精神抖擞；在你爬山的时候，可以聆听鸟鸣、风吹树叶、溪水流淌等大自然的交响乐，远离了城市的喧嚣，使你心魂俱静；当你登上高高的山顶，远望远方，俯瞰大地之时，一种“一览众山小”的豪迈之感便油然而生；若约上几个好友一起登山，那将是一路的说笑声，更是别有一番情趣。

爬山还可以体验奋斗时的快乐和成功的喜悦。爬山实际上是在于一个过程，一个奋斗的过程。“奋斗的过程中才有快乐”，如果你一下子飞到山顶，那么何谈什么乐趣？所以，就像靠自己的努力赚钱一样，一步一步地爬山的历程也是一种乐趣。当然，成功登顶时也是快乐无比的，有种挑战成功的成就感，自豪感，甚至呐喊道：“我成功了！”

爬山的乐趣固然不止这些，倘若你有闲暇，约上几个好友，去爬爬山吧！你将真真切切地领悟到其中的乐趣！

现在的女性都追求苗条，我的邻居小紫体重113斤，是个比我还胖的胖子，也想变苗条，减肥还拉上我，可把我折腾坏了。

这不，今天太阳刚露了脸，还没晒朋友圈呢，小紫就来拍我家门，在门口大喊：“彩子，快陪我去爬山！”我迅速睁开双眼，麻利地穿好衣服，走出家门，哎，谁让我昨天头脑发热答应她了呢？

于是，冬天的庄冈岭公园里出现了一个把全身包裹得严严实实的小姑娘和一个穿着运动服的少女：“彩子，答应我的，和我一起爬山。”“小紫，不行，爬山大累了。”我俩正望着大山发呆。这时，小紫以迅雷不及掩耳之势，拉着我爬山。

一开始，小紫精力旺盛，“咚，咚”就爬了一半，而我才爬了八分之一不到，就直喊“盖中盖”，小紫见我这熊样，在半山腰喊：“哈哈，最该减肥的应该是你吧，慢悠悠的胖乌龟。”我顿实被激怒了，一囗气爬上半山腰，还没来得及回两句，就累趴在地上，直喘气，一边喝水一边说：“想当年，本姑娘一口气爬上珠穆朗玛峰，哎，现在老了。”小紫忍不住一口水喷了出来，笑岔了气，好一会儿才说：“这位童鞋，你就吹吧，找虾米借口。”

我听了，不服气“咚咚咚咚”爬到了山顶，对还在半山腰的某人发出魔性的笑声，但过了一会就大叫：“妈呀，累成狗，快上来体验一下。”小紫一听，也“咚咚咚”往上走，可还没到山顶，就打了退堂鼓，因为最后那几级阶梯又陡又高又窄，小紫不敢上，没办法，我只好充当一下姐姐这个角色，鼓励小紫上来。我晕，妹妹怎么变姐姐了。

可不管我怎麽鼓励都无济于事，眼睁睁看着小紫下山的背影，然后再看看在北风中孤零零的我，只好跟上那越走越远的某人。

山下，我又对小紫说一些“世上无难事，只要肯登攀”的话，叽里呱啦一大堆，终于小紫克服了困难，决定再爬一次，然后硬拖着我重温山上风景，哎，真是哑巴吃黄莲——有苦说不出，毕竟昰我说服小紫再爬一遍的嘛。

最后，我和小紫站在了山顶，对着山下就是一顿大喊大叫，然后再望着对方大笑一场，因为两个人都像是从水里捞出来似的。

笑声回荡在山里……
