今天是“五一”节，我和爸爸到括苍山去玩，这是我好久以来的一个愿望，今天终于实现了，别说我有多高兴啊。

到了括苍山顶，这里早已是人山人海，热闹非凡。括苍山是台州的山，在山顶上向下看去，四周的景物尽收眼底，下面的村庄就变得像火柴盒那么小。在我们的身边，有一根一根很大的柱子，足足有几十米高。柱子的顶端都有三片叶片，像蜻蜓的翅膀，又像是电风扇的叶片，叶片总是在不停地旋转。我问爸爸这是什么，爸爸说这是风力发电场，只要有风，叶片都能转，只要叶片在转，就能够发电。爸爸说风力发电是利用自然资源，既环保又省钱，一天24小时都能发电。听了爸爸的话，我觉得我们国家的科学技术多么发达啊。

今年的“五一”节是在括苍山上度过的，我游览了祖国的大好河山，又懂得了什么是风力发电场，增长了知识。

当我们来到南山脚下，看到登山的人可真多啊！上有70-80岁的老人，下有2-3岁的儿童，更不用说年轻人了！我们全家马上分成两组，我和爸爸一组，爷爷、奶奶和妈妈一组。

我和爸爸不一会儿就爬到了第一个亭子。我发现那些树木才两年没见就从小树长到了十多米高，那笔直的树干让我想到了白杨树。我把这一发现告诉了爸爸，爸爸说：“不可能是白杨，白杨一般生长在北方。”“可那课文上写的笔直的树干难道是假的不成？”带着疑问，我蹦蹦跳跳继续往上爬着，这时有两个人的谈话引起了我的注意：“你说这是什么树呀？”“桉树你都不认识。”哇，原来这是桉树。

接下来的这一段路是最难走的，非常陡峭，几乎没有平地，约占总路程的三分之一。我使劲地往上爬着，把裤腿和衣袖都卷了起来，爬的我汗流浃背，气喘吁吁，我的脚酸极了，这时候真的很想放弃。但看到爸爸不停登山的背影，我咬紧牙关，一步一步紧跟着，最后一鼓作气终于冲上了山顶。

站在高高的南山顶上，眺望四周，景色真是美不胜收。近看绿色一片，嫩绿、草绿、墨绿、蓝绿，其间点缀着一丛丛红红的花儿，就像一幅美丽的山水画。远看高楼林立，蓝蓝的大海一望无际，大大小小的船儿在水中游曳，海边还有一大片黄色的土地。爸爸给我介绍说，那黄色的地方就是深港西部通道，那么一大块都是填海填出来的，三年后那就是一座雄伟的跨海大桥了。海风一阵阵地吹在我的身上，我感觉舒服极了，可我的心却不平静，我在想象着南山的明天会是什么样子呢？

今天我的收获可不小，第一、我坚持爬完了南山，锻炼了我的意志；第二、我对南山有了更深的认识。我和爸爸约好了，以后经常来爬山。

With the advent of mobile phone and computer , the phenomenon that people

always are phubbing are becoming more and more popular.So many students phubbed

in the coach ,train or restaurant even walked on the road.

As to this issue,different people has different ideas .Some take the view

that it is no use connecting but may cause the big events .Such as the accident

or fight.There is no doubt that phubbing is a false behavior .While others think

the opposite,they agree that there is no way but have to do it .because the time

is limited.

As far as I am concerned ,every coin has two sides .while most people

prefer it,the phubbing is a bad habit .As a matter of fact ,a few person mostly

我是一个喜欢运动的人，我喜欢打篮球、打乒乓球、羽毛球，但是我最喜欢的运动要属爬山了，虽然很累，但是却能让我很放松。

记得我第一次爬山，我刚好7岁，那是一个星期六的下午，阳光正好，爸爸见我没什么事做，便叫我去爬山，运动运动，我说好呀，我之前没爬过山呢，我兴高采烈的跟着爸爸来到的山脚下，我看看这座山，比我想象中的还要高，爸爸牵着我往上爬，一步一步的往前走，爬到一半了，我走不动了，我说我很口渴，喝了点水后，我又开始望上爬了，这时候的我已经大汗淋漓了，我已经非常累了，爸爸叫我不要着急，慢慢来，鼓励我往前爬，说我肯定行的，我坚持下来了，路上看到几个比我还小的也在爬，我在想我也可以的，只能咬牙坚持了，爸爸不断给我鼓劲，我全身仿佛充满了能量，一步步的往前走，终于我看到前面有个小房子了，爸爸说快到了，山挺陡峭的，却阻挡不了我前进的动力，很快目地的到了，我大声的呼喊着：“我终于到了”。爸爸也夸了我，说我相当不错。

经历这一次之后，我变的更喜欢爬山就，成为了我的爱好，也让我我体会到了成功的滋味，在我以后的人生中还会碰到许多困难，我都要坚持下去，做一个坚持的孩子。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼间，许多年过去了。但三年前那一次爬黄山的经历，仍历历在目。因为那次爬黄山，给我留下了永久的启示：坚持就是胜利！

那年暑假，我和爸爸一起去爬黄山，早就听说黄山的奇特与秀美，真想看看他的风姿。早上六点，我们就来到了黄山脚下。黄山可真高啊，一座座山峰连绵起伏，耸入云端。我不禁打了个冷颤，心想：这么高的山，人怎么可能爬得上去呢？

"孩子，快走啊，发什么愣？"爸爸的话打断了我的思绪。

"这山这么高，我们爬不上去吧。"

"不会，一边爬，一边欣赏沿途的风景，还没欣赏够，估计就到山顶了呢，到了山顶，你就能看到云海啦。"

面对云海的诱惑，我便决定爬到山顶。刚开始上山我就发现，爬山也挺好的。小草青青，花香扑鼻，不时有成群的小鸟飞过。可我才爬了一小段，腿就酸了起来。这时我惊奇地发现前面有一个长椅，我立刻拖着发酸的双腿跑了过去，一坐上长椅，一种奇妙的舒适感便涌上全身，这种感觉让我赖在椅子上不肯动弹了，于是我向走在前面的爸爸喊道："爸，我走不动了，咱们还是别爬了吧。"

爸爸闻声走了过来说："你不想看云海啦？"

"那……那你上去给我拍张照，让我看。"我撒娇地说。

爸爸听了语重心长地对我说："孩子做什么事都不能半途而废，爬山也是一样，坚持就是胜利呀！"听了爸爸的话，我点了点头，不禁有些羞愧，但为时不晚，于是我又开始和爸爸一起爬山。

又爬了一小段距离，我腿就像灌了铅一样抬不动了。这时前面出现了一个小凉亭，里面挤满了人，我的心顿时开始动摇了，但我又突然想到爸爸对我说的话"孩子，坚持就是胜利"于是，我咬咬牙，休息片刻后继续前行。

一路上，我一直想象着云海的样子，尽管很累，有时还是有想放弃的念头，但每当我想放弃时，耳边总会想起爸爸的话，这句话一路上都激励着我，最后我终于爬到了山顶，看到了美丽的云海，那一刻，我心里别提有多高兴了。

通过这次爬山，使我懂得了一个道理：坚持就是胜利！

stroke and was unable to take care of himself in the hospital bed. Little Hei

was afraid of thunder since he was a child. The other day I went to see grandpa

in the hospital. It was thundering and thundering outside. Grandma was at my

sisters house, and I was afraid to walk home alone. So I was in the hospital

waiting for my mother to pick me up and go home with me. But mom cant come to

pick me up because of something.

dots running towards me. Im so happy. It must be Avang and Heiie to greet me

car.

在小黑快五岁的时候，我的爷爷突然得了中风，躺在病床上不能自理。小黑从小就怕打雷。那天我去医院看望爷爷。外面雷电交加，风雨大作。当时奶奶在妹妹家，我一个人又不敢走回家。所以我在医院等妈妈过来接我一起回家。可是妈妈临时有事不能来接我了。

所以一咬牙我就一个人冲进了大雨中。雨太大了，我一路飞奔。朦胧中，我看到两个移动的黑点在朝我跑过来。我很开心，肯定是阿旺和小黑来迎接我回家。可是我太高兴了，忘了前面是红灯，冲了出去。说时迟那时快，阿旺跑到我面前替我挡住了汽车迎面而来的撞击。

车主下车一看，原来撞到的是条狗，没说什么就驱车离开了。我非常无奈，很想找他拼命。可是阿旺的命更重要。想到这，我立马抱起阿旺跑到宠物医院。

医生说“不用做手术了，基本上没救了。”听到这，我不由自主地放声大哭。医生看我实在太伤心，建议给阿旺安乐死。我只能忍痛答应，我不想让阿旺临死前那么痛苦。

今天，晴空万里，我和爸爸妈妈去爬高阳山，这可是陕州最有名的山了。相传，西汉末年王莽在此落脚，刘秀也在此躲过一劫。能到此一游，我真是太高兴了！

经过半个小时的车程，我们来到了高阳山脚下。映入眼帘的是“神汤山庄”四个字，再往上望去是让人发狂的石阶路，那似乎是从天上挂下来的。我滴个乖乖，这是让我上天么？我还没开始爬山，心里就打起退堂鼓了。爸爸似乎看穿了我的心思，说道：“不要怕，有的东西看着难，其实很简单，老爸我陪你上！”经过59个台阶，我们来到了“莲花寺”，在寺门口我看见“花”的古体字原来不是草字头而是两个山，真是长见识了。

接下来是最难爬的地方了，它是通向“天门”的最危险也是最多台阶的一层。这里的台阶又窄又陡，一个台阶竟放不下一只脚，它们形成的坡几乎到了90度，难爬得要命，我心里有点发颤。爸爸告诉我要用“之”字形侧身走法保持平稳。我们艰难地爬，一回头吓死人，稍有不慎就有跌落的危险。十五分钟后，我们终于爬上这一层要人命的石阶。我一屁股坐在地上，大口大口地喘气……

又过了五层，大约240级台阶，我们到了“天门”。向下望去，将整个陕州城尽收眼底。远处的铁路桥看起来也不再高不可攀，就像一条直线从黄河上掠过。忽然一趟“和谐号”经过，就像划过了一道流星。山脚下的汽车和行人也变得很小很小，真让我有一种“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的感觉。再向上，有一个观景台，汽车也能到，我们稍作休整便向山顶进发，可是越接近终点就越觉得困难。“思乡阁”近在眼前，我卯足了劲，终于爬上了山顶。

站在山顶，远眺黄河，不一样的视角，不一样的感觉。虽然很累，但它值得去努力实现，因为：世上无难事，只要肯攀登！

今天是重阳节，我们在老师的带领下一起去爬山。听老师说：重阳登高，可以消灾避祸，所以我们心情特别舒畅。我们准备好水壶，装满了水。排好队伍，跟着老师就出发了。当走到一半的时候，安老师担心我们走不了太多的路，就安排周老师带我们二年级的同学去另一个路近的山头去爬山。

爬山路上，我们唱《九月九的酒》，（这首歌是我们班音乐老师教我们的）。我们还备了二年级新学的乘法口诀。当我们背到五九四十五的时候，我们终于走到山顶啦！这时，我们有一种征服大山的成就感。俯瞰山脚，万山朝拜。我不禁轻声吟诵起小时候学的一首唐诗：“危楼高百尺，手可摘星辰。不敢高声语，恐惊天上人。”老师看同学们都累了，就让我们休息休息。后来，老师让我们站成一排给我们拍照片。便指着下面的公路，说有没有很像一个“S”的形状。我们游玩了好久，放学的时间也快到了，我们就恋恋不舍地返回学校。我们这一路上摘了苍耳和银杏叶，还有蓝色的小果子。我们还吃了这蓝色的小果子呢！现在回想吃果子的情景，嘴里还酸溜溜的。在回去的路途中，再一次唱起《九月九的酒》。我们兴高采烈的回到学校以后，我亲爱的妈妈？正在门口等我。我整理好书包，就和妈妈一起回家了。

“你们今天都去哪儿游玩了呀？”妈妈问。我高兴地说到：我们今天去爬山啦！好开心呀！因为今天是重阳节，所以学校组织一起去爬山……

今天真是又累又高兴的一天呀！

星期日，天气晴朗，我们决定去塔子山进行一次登山活动。一同前往的有四岁的高宇骐、五岁的王简、十岁的我，还有爸爸妈妈和大姨。不一会儿，我们浩浩荡荡来到了塔子山脚下。我仰头望去，一条狭窄的山路笔直地通往山顶，没有阶梯，也没有扶手，只有一些登山者踩出来的脚印。嗨，这也算路！爸爸立即对妈妈说：“看来我们要做好背两个小家伙的准备啦！他们怕是爬不上山顶。”我不以为然，往泥印上一踩，脚还没站稳就滑了下来。这看来是不能轻视的呀。

由于前几天下过雨，山上湿气很重，我们只好手脚并用爬山了。我打头阵，王简、高宇骐紧随其后，大人们走在最后，说什么万一掉下来，后面有接应的。我弓着腰，一手拼命揪住路边的灌木枝，一手想拉一把王简，哪知他居然把手一挥，说：“看我的！”那样子挺神气的。再看高宇骐，有爸爸在后面为她“撑腰”，她虽然嘴里哼哼唧唧，但也跟上了队伍，遇到特别陡的地方，就奶声奶气地叫：“哎呀，等等我！”“看哥哥的，看哥哥的！”王简在高宇骐面前真像个哥哥的样子。妈妈和大姨提着大袋水和衣服气喘吁吁地跟在最后。

爬了一大段，我早已遥遥领先，衣服被我脱得只剩最后一件了，感觉喉咙里像是冒烟了似的，又累又渴。我坐在一块大石头上休息休息，看着山上郁郁葱葱的树木，闻着山里特有的泥土清香，我心中浮起一丝喜悦。

终于爬到了山顶，阵阵凉风袭来，吹跑了我们脸上的汗珠和一身的疲劳。大家又兴奋地登上了文塔，眺望湘乡城。一栋栋高楼拔地而起，那花园式的小区一片一片，城里车来车往，好不热闹。广阔的田野一片丰收的景象，涟水两岸更是景色迷人。真让我一饱眼福，要是不努力攀登，怎么能看到这么美的风景啊？

该下山了，爸爸给我们打起了“预防针”：“上山容易下山难，大家要多加小心啊。”我们每人捡了根树枝当拐杖，这回爸爸走在了最前面为我们开路，并不断地提醒我们要小心。路实在是太陡太滑了，连我也不敢再调皮，死盯着脚下，寻找最好的落脚点。我发现下山不能再踩那些脚印了，得踩路边的杂草，这样不容易摔跤。呀，不好了，高宇骐要摔倒了，前面的王简赶紧伸过手说：“哥哥来帮你！”结果他自己要滑下去了，使劲拉着高宇骐的手往下溜，吓得高宇骐大喊：“别拉我，别拉我！”逗得我们哈哈大笑，笑过之后继续赶路。一路上只听见“扑通”的摔跤声和欢笑声。

到了山脚，我们检查了一下伤势。爸爸为了保护两个小家伙，摔了两跤，王简和高宇骐成了泥人，但全是自己爬下来的，没要人背，妈妈和大姨的屁股上都留下了大团泥渍，走路一瘸一拐的。我的伤势最轻，只是手臂上擦破了点皮而已，大家一致公认此次爬山活动，我的表现最好，这让我得意不已。

尽管伤痕累累，但我们还是不约而同地说：“这次爬山太过瘾了，既培养了我们的合作精神，又锻炼了我们的意志，下次我们还要来。”

暑假期间，我、爸爸、果姐、“谢仙女”、林昀、万叔叔等人一起去神农架爬山。我们站在山底下，风儿“呼呼”地刮着，似乎在诉说它的欣喜。我一眼望去，那些山看不到尽头。从山脚往上看，爬山的人都变成了极小的黑点。

对于我这种极度恐高的人，爬山真是一件异常困难的事，可我还是咬紧牙关上去了。我可不要拖后腿，“谢仙女”他那细腿都爬上去了，我还爬不上去吗？我可不想被丢在山底。

果姐和“谢仙女”还有万叔叔是先锋，他们冲在最前面开辟道路，“嗖”的一下就不见了影子。而我呢，则是紧紧地拉住我爸，一步一步往上爬。

由于我们落后了，我就干脆坐在石头凳子上休息，这儿坐着其实也不错，绿树成荫，草丛里散发着阵阵花香，空气清新，鸟儿在树上唱着欢乐的歌。坐着坐着，我突然想起我要爬上山顶的这个愿望。于是，我带着我的两个“守卫”－－我爸和林昀，我们一起向山顶进发。

不知走了多久，我终于有胆量一个人往前爬了，我们的速度明显加快了不少。

走呀走，我终于走到了半山腰。听，潺潺流水从身旁而过；看，树木高大挺拔；闻，这儿酝酿着幽幽的花香。我对着远处的道路大喊：“果姐－－”可传回来的只有微小的回声，我加快了步伐往前走。

接下来的道路更加不好走，有的歪歪扭扭，有的破烂不堪，有的甚至没有台阶，走一步就像走两步。

终于，耳边传来欢呼的声音，那是登顶的人们在庆祝，我知道，山顶快到了。

当我爬上山顶时，我兴奋不已，也像其他游客一样高呼道：“我爬上山顶了！”

接着，又有一群一群的人慢慢爬上山顶，他们脸上洋溢着欢快的微笑，小花小草被风吹弯了腰，蝴蝶在花丛中跳舞，石像变成了聆听者，欢笑声风吹声，变成了一首欢乐的交响曲，眼前所有的景象，构成了一幅精巧的图画。太阳光照耀在我们身上，温暖，快乐。

成长的过程中，总会有像山一样的困难，我想，我永远不会停止攀登的脚步，直到登上心中的山顶。

那一天阳光明媚，是爬山的好日子。刚一开始我还很兴奋，可爬了一会儿，我就气喘吁吁的。爸爸鼓励地说：“加油啊!离山顶还远着呢!你看那个小弟弟都在拼命地向上爬，他都没有放弃，你怎么能轻易放弃呢?我们来比赛，看谁能坚持到最后。”不得不说爸爸这招很厉害，瞬间激发了我的好胜心。我一边努力地爬，一边不断地给自己打气：我不能轻易放弃，我一定要爬到山顶。

我一鼓作气向山顶跑去，爬着爬着，我的腿好像灌了铅似的，已经累得走不动了，我不禁向爸爸哀号：“爸爸，我真的没力气了，早知道就不来了。”爸爸说：“那你在这等着，我爬到山顶，下山的时候来接你。”我一听，还是算了吧，看到那个小弟弟都没有叫累，我想我也不能放弃。我一个猛冲，很快把爸爸远远地甩在了后面。在后面的爸爸一直不断地喊：“宝贝，注意安全!”

经历了千辛万苦，我们终于登上了山顶。我仰望头顶的风景，云雾围绕，美的不得了，看起来像神仙住的地方一样。从山顶往下看，哇!我发现一栋栋房子小得如玩具房，正在马路上行驶的车辆如玩具车，行走的人儿就更别提了，如蚂蚁般大小。我对爸爸说道：“爸爸，我们终于征服了大山，看到了优美的风景。”爸爸一把搂住我笑着说：“宝贝，我们终于战胜了自己!”

下山的时候，我感觉很轻松，一路兴奋地蹦蹦跳跳往下跑。经过这次爬山，我深刻地体会到了一个道理：做任何事都要坚持到底，不能轻言放弃!

Victor Hugo was good at combatting the characteristics and he did pay attention to the struggle between classes. In The Miserable World, the famous book in the world, he describes the changges of the main character, Jean Valjean, from a common human being to devil and then to a lovely angel. He expects that the human has good characters in the society. In the book, he also tells the readers the various aspects in the really world. He hopes that people have good manners and noble moral.

The Miserable World is a novel which reflects the miserable life and the misfortunate of the poor guys in France when it is the middle of nineteen century. The name of the book indicates the suffering from the great difficulities. The book put emphsis on the tradegy and the position of the low classes and this is the most exciting and important aspect, which makes the readers have deep thinking about the life.

In the details of the book, we know the men are upset because they were in the low class and were having a poor life, women’ behavior deviates from what is acceptable especially in sexual behavior because of starving and children are so weak that they can grow strong and keep healthy in the old days of the world. So the author, Victor Hugo, hoped that all the people could have a bright future and have a good life, and the the famous work came into being. We know that the autho, Victor Hugo, had a boarder sense. He thought because if the world continued to stay as it was, the world could come to an end. The great artist were very brave to fight against the old displines. This novel is of great value because it describes history and reality in the past. We, people in modern society, should learn something from it and try to make the world perfect and harmony.

妈妈和哥哥虽然被甩在了后面，可是他们一直努力着，慢慢地爬山，原来妈妈和哥哥在保存体力呢!过了一会儿，妈妈和哥哥都跑到了我前面。我心里想：“小健，你可不能输给他们呀!你不是常说你是爬山能手吗?”想到这里，我又开始冲刺了，终于超过了妈妈和哥哥。过了不久，我气喘吁吁，腿都麻了，这时我的脚步慢了下来，妈妈和哥哥的讲话声的越来越大了，他们好像追上来了。

我想：我不能在最后的关头输给他们。于是我一鼓作气，终于第一个到达了山顶。山顶的风景可真美呀：山下的汽车就像一只只小蚂蚁，远处的高楼在云雾萦绕中若隐若现，十分美丽。

这次爬山使我锻炼了身体，还让我懂得了一个道理：“最困难之时，就是我们离成功不远之日”。

有一队孩子，与两位老师去爬山。刚开始，孩子们说说笑笑的，高兴得像一只只快乐的小鸟。这些小鸟在山路上欢呼雀跃一路向前，不知不觉山势变得陡峭起来，抱怨代替了欢呼，雀跃变成了小憩。这时，孩子们才知道，大山给他们的困难已经来临。一个小时、两个小时、三个小时……陡峭的路似乎永远走不完。他们开始放弃了，一个、两个、三个……大山了像匹恶狼，不停地啃食着他们的体力与意志力。陡峭险峻的山路上孩子们越来越少，他们就像攀附在大山崖缝里的松，咬住大山不屈服。坚持，坚持，坚持……终于登顶了！他们欢呼着、雀跃着，把困难踩在脚下，挥洒着“一览众山小”的豪情，观赏着山间的云涛雾绕。

这幅漫画引起了我的思考：为什么孩子们会分成两队呢？是因为累吗？不，是信念。人心中有了信念，就会坚持，就会迎难而上。如果我们放弃“登山的目标”，我们将永远无法体会到登顶的喜悦和成就感。人生就好比攀登一座陡峭的大山，走着、走着，你就会遇到一个个困难，可以放弃，可以坚持。放弃了，你的人生会缺少一种体验；坚持了，你就会看到一个不一样的新天地！

The butterfly effect is the main approach towards the promotion of environmental protection. Its inefficient when only one person whos acting on protecting the environment, but if one starts the others would follow. Teaching environmental protection in early age is also crucial since the inconsideration of pursuing short-term interest not only set the milestone for the public hazard, but also the destruction of our planet. Moreover, the environmental protection should be the priority for the future of all countries, for good standard of living starts by embracing the ecological balance of the nature.
