我从山脚往上爬，一路上有许许多多的圆圆的石头，石头很滑，踩上去像在冰面上行走一样。

山里的空气非常清新，大概是因为这山上的密密麻麻的树木和绿莹莹的草地、五颜六色的鲜花吧！

过了一会儿，我艰难地爬到半山腰。

我站在半山腰向县城眺望，县城就像一艘乘风破浪、勇往直前的帆船，我突然想到资中县城一个历史悠久的名字——“船城”。

半山腰的石头非常有趣，有的像一把小巧的椅子，有的像一条身体灵活的小蛇，有的像一头威武凶猛的狮子，有的像一只活泼可爱的猴子，其中有一块像张着血盆大口的凶狠的大白鲨，我爱不释手，真想拿回家，可太重了！

8月9日，我们来到固阳爬这里小有名气的大仙山，听说大仙山非常陡峭，而且没有那些扶栏，但我和爸爸要征服它。

我们在车里远远的就看见了那些天然大石头垒成的大仙山。在山中还有几座庙，其中最陡峭的山是主山，在主山的后面还有许多山峰，连绵不断的连接下去。

我们挑战的第一座山，也就是最不屈服的主峰。

我和爸爸在做好准备后，就要去征服它了。我们在一点一点向上爬，刚爬到半山腰，被人们踩出的“小路”就终止了。我知道了，没有几个人上过山顶，都上到半山腰就退却了，这更激起了我要爬上山顶的_。虽然没有“路”了，但是请你记住：在你人生中有许多路需要你去开辟，需要你去创造。我开始沿着自己开辟的第一条路前进，但是所有路都是坎坷

国庆长假期间，我们一家去爬山。古人有“秋登”，我们也学一回古人，趁着金秋时分，登高望远。

我们这次爬的是在家附近的杨府山，所以大家只带了水壶。整理完毕，我们就启程了。

据说，在英语流行开来的时候，许多欧洲人纷纷开始学习。目的很明确：读英语小说原文。一方面，这是一种审美的需求，另一方面，这也是社会阶层的划分依据：从此，身边的人分为两种，即能读英语小说原著的，和不能用英语阅读小说的人。在这样的目的驱使下，可想而知学习效率会如何之高。

最近在学习英国文学史，下载了海量的英美小说和诗歌。可以这么说，不读小说，不知英文的精妙，不读诗歌，不知英文的优雅与靓丽。

当下国人学习英语的目标，个人认为，不是纯粹的审美层面的。或是为了高考、大学英语四六级之类的等级考试，或是为了留学考试。真正静下心来，读一首英文诗歌，或许你会爱上英文的。

可以说，我的英语学习是为“雪耻”，小学的时候英语考试睁眼瞎，题都读不懂。到了初中，凭借优秀的语文和数学成绩，进入了英语实验班——是的，有一些滑稽。于是，在老师的悉心、严格的教学下，在我的努力下，英语终于按部就班地提高起来。中考英语以146分位居年级第一，进入了理想的直升班。

现在回想起来，简单的动机，为我打下了坚实的英语基础。当时，最开心的事情，就是每周的英语考试，可以读到新鲜热辣的时文。

不过，与那些英语原版世界名著相比，英语说明文就显得黯然失色了。当然，那些来自于《时代》周刊的英文消息，是很值得玩味的。至今记得那篇略显晦涩的对乔伊斯《尤利西斯》的报道。

今天，又窝在家里听英国文学史，打开一本诗集，顿时沉醉其中。

如果，能够以审美的维度，重新审视英语学习，我想，大家对英语学习的兴致，大概会浓厚很多了。
