这样一路爬山，一路赏玩，也不觉得累了。很快，我们就到了山顶。我摸了摸后背，全湿了。“为什么我爬山时一点感觉也没有呢？”我不禁自言自语道。这时，身体向我发出了“警报”：因为一直往上攀登，小腿的肌肉开始发涨；拎水壶的手发酸，额头两道汗挂下来。我觉得好累啊！可是，爬山还没结束呢！

正所谓：上山容易下山难。接下来我们要下山了。看着陡峭的石阶，我小腿绷紧了，生怕一踩空摔下来。于是，我每一步都走得小心翼翼，越是这样，小腿越痛。妈妈让我放轻松，可是看着陡峭的下山路，我哪敢放轻松啊！经过很长一段时间，终于走下山，我长吁一口气，身体终于可以休息一下了。

看来，我以后还要多爬爬山，爬多了就不会觉得累了。

我听奶奶说：“重阳登高，处处顺心。”我便要姑姑带我去爬山，一家子人就都去了东台山。

到了东台山脚下，我不禁感叹道重阳节登山的人真多啊，人来人往。有的是刚来的，有的是正准备回去的，有的有说有笑，还有的小朋友正在跟妈妈撒娇呢……

我一抬头，哇，真高啊！上山的路有两条：一条是楼梯，又高又陡；一条是平坦的大路。我和姐姐决定小朋友们走楼梯，因为平路就没有什么刺激，考虑到爷爷奶奶，所以让他们走大路。

我们小孩子们就这样一路走一路笑，不知不觉就爬到了半山腰，汗水浸湿了我的衣服。一鼓作气，再而衰，三而竭，休息了两次后就再没有力气往上爬了。一股香味飘进我的鼻子里，有烧烤卖。我们都已经口水直流三千尺了，凝视烤肉眼发光。我们便向姑姑撒娇，姑姑禁不住我们的软磨硬泡，只好答应停下来吃烧烤。吃饱喝足之后我们便继续爬山。到达山顶的时候，我们已经头晕眼花，气喘吁吁，休息了好一阵子才回过神来。我们跑到亭子上，眺望远方，下面好像缩小了一百倍，什么食物都变得好小了。直到太阳下山，我们才回家。

爬山真好玩，不仅可以锻炼身体，又可以开阔视野。

为了磨练意志，今年暑假爸爸妈妈带我去爬郊外的蜡烛山。这下可以征服大自然咯!我心里兴奋极了，狠不得一下子就冲到山前。 In order to hone the will, my parents took me to the candle mountain outside the suburbs this summer.This time I can conquer nature! I was so excited that I couldnt rush to the mountain at once.

来到山脚下，我突发奇想，要是独自爬山这样更能磨练出坚强的意志。

我选择了一个平缓的地势开始攀登。左脚高高地抬起，然后缓缓地踩在山坡上，右脚使劲一蹬，稳稳地踏住。我一只手紧紧地握住路旁的竹子，另一只手把道旁的野草拽住，就这样手脚并用，像一只敏捷的猴子，一眨眼工夫，就爬到了半山腰，真是没费吹灰之力呀!我心里美滋滋的。

但越往上爬，地势就越陡峭，。原本轻快的步伐也变得艰难缓慢起来。正在我爬得气喘吁吁的时候，忽然右脚一踏空，左手抓住的草也“嘣”地一声断了。我的身子往左边飞快地一斜，随着“啊!”的一声，我就像车轱辘一般飞快地滚下去。不知什么时候，我被一棵树挡住了。我缓缓地睁开眼，只感到一阵疼痛。我轻轻地摸了摸头，“呀!”脑袋上鼓起一座小山。膝盖上也透出一丝丝血迹。一定不能被大自然征服。我咬咬牙，忍着痛继续攀登，但连连几次都失败，我变成了一个正宗的小泥人。我长长地叹了一口气，无可奈何地坐在身旁的大石头上。

我休息了一会儿，再次攀登。这回我更加小心了。左脚先踏一踏，看看能不能站稳再踏在上面。费了九牛二虎之力，终于爬上了半山腰。我累极了，腿像灌了铅似的沉重极了，一颗颗汗珠从额角冒出来，身体软绵绵的，瘫坐在山坡上。这时候我真想放弃，但继续爬意味着希望、成功，不爬意味着失败，难道我不应该选择成功吗?我坚强而又小心翼翼地继续攀登，但每爬一步，都像踩在荆棘上一般，脚痛极了。爬到最后一步，浑身顿时充满无穷的力量，我仿佛是一位大力士，一个箭步冲了上去。

我站在山顶上，柔和的阳光照在我的身上，感到舒服极了。是啊，只要坚持不懈，就能获得成功的喜悦。

Every family has lots of housework。 Everyone should learn to do some of it。 I often help my parents do housework such as washing clothes， cleaning the room and watering flowers。 I think I‘ve learned how to take good care of myself and my family by doing housework。 Sometimes cleaning all the windows is an enjoyable experience。 I really felt proud of myself。 And doing housework is also a kind of exercise。 The summer holiday is coming。 Im going to learn how to cook some dishes。 My parents will be happy to enjoy them。

乌牛的东蒙山真是美不胜收啊！

来到东蒙山山脚，给人第一眼的感觉就是高，太高了，让人不禁有些泄气。可是我抬头看了看山，又低头看了看手，自言自语地说：“也没有我小拇指高，算不了什么。”

开始向上爬了，周围的花草可真多呀，放眼望去，除了树还是树。几只花蝴蝶飞来飞去，停留在草上，好像一朵开放的花朵。

到了半山腰，有一头石牛，石牛的样子是那么凶猛！如果当作以前的战争坐骑，似乎正合适。石牛的后边就是所谓的长生洞，据说人如果在里面安居的话，可以长命百岁。因为里面很潮湿，环境很好，但具体是怎么样我也不晓得。

继续上去，就到了山顶，上面有一个巨型的牌子，上面有五个由金制作而成的大字：东蒙山之巅。在石牌的后面有三面旗子，一面黄的，一面红的，另一面是蓝的。在红色的旗子上，好像有几个小字，只是太远看不清。

旗子后边是一个瞭望口，在那里可以看见山脚下的景色：不同颜色的车，整整齐齐地摆在下边，在山的侧面有红色的花，黄的花，色彩斑斓，芬芳扑鼻。如果不是摘不到的原因，我一定把它们带回家养。

向远处眺望，就是那还没有我巴掌大小的乌牛小学，一栋栋教学楼整齐地摆在那里。

乌牛的东蒙山啊，叫人怎能不喜爱你？
