今天，天气晴朗，碧空如洗，我和爸爸妈妈一起去爬泰山。

一下车，一座巍峨的山就出现在我眼前，我抬头往上望：这山，就像是从天山挂下来似的，又陡又峭。如果我跟爸爸比赛，我一定会输的!所以，我向妈妈发出了挑战。

一开始，我把妈妈甩得远远的，我的心里像喝了蜜一样甜。可好景不长，才过去了十几分钟，我就气喘吁吁，腿都抬不起来了，身体也变得沉重了许多。就连呼吸也不是那么均匀了。

大概过了二十多分钟，我们的车终于开到了山脚下。

沿着一条弯弯曲曲的小路，我们踏上了“旅途”。走着走着，爸爸找到了两根可以当拐杖的竹子。我和爸爸拿着“拐杖”大步向前走。我们边走边欣赏着山路两旁美丽的风景，却在路边看见了好多垃圾。我感到很难过，爸爸安慰我说：“保护环境要从自己做起，只要我们自己做好了，也会慢慢影响我们身边的人。”我立刻明白了，拿出了随身带着的垃圾袋，和爸爸一边走，一边捡起了扔在地上的垃圾，做起了“环保小卫士”。

我费了九牛二虎之力，终于爬到了半山腰，我发现这边的温度比山脚要低，冻得我瑟瑟发抖。但奇怪的是虽然已是初冬，山路两旁仍然绿树成林，一片片落叶像一只只美丽的蝴蝶，翩翩起舞。忽然，我听见了小溪流水的声音，哗啦啦，哗啦啦，像一首美妙的乐曲，非常悦耳动听。我和爸爸就在小溪旁边的一块大石头上坐了下来，喝了点水，吃了些零食。

我们就这样，走走停停地来到了山顶。山顶的空气异常新鲜，我连续吸了好几口，仿佛注入了满满的能量，爬山时的疲劳一扫而空。

在下山的时候，我们路过了一片竹林，一棵棵翠绿的竹子整齐地排着队，让我流连忘返。爸爸说，“上山容易下山难”。果然，我有好几次都差点滑倒，都是爸爸扶住了我。

不知不觉中，我们就到了山下，我已经气喘吁吁，汗流浃背了。虽然稍微有些累，但我希望下次还能和爸爸一起来这里爬山。

寒假开始的第三天，我就拖着同学们去爬山。父母不放心，也跟在我的后面，美其名曰是“帮我拿东西。”、别以为我不知道，你们是不放心而已，那就来吧!

终于到了台阶前，我们一步一步地往上爬，一开始甚至有同学一路小跑上去，可是越走越累。渐渐地同学间拉开了距离，我也感觉到自己的脚沉重了起来。记得买这双鞋子的时候没有这么“重”啊?唉，想必是心理作用啦，谁让我平时缺少锻炼呢?忽然身边一个小小的身影跑过，定睛一看，是小波的小狗，连它也在欺负我啊!以为我爬不动了，故意在我前面跳来跳去。我总不能连狗也不如吧?鼓足劲儿坚持下去!我暗自给自己打着气。同时，我把注意力转移到路边的风景上，忽然发现，在山上看自己的家乡，原来别有一种风景!

一阵欢呼声从前面传来：欧~欧~欧……我惊讶地望着同学，同学也是一脸的茫然。这时候，妈妈从后面走了上来，笑眯眯地看着我说：“我们已经登上山顶啦!”是真的吗?我抬头向上看去，果然，山顶就在几步之外，已经有同学在向我们招手了。我真的登上山顶了!而且，我所担心的筋疲力尽场景并没有出现啊!

其实细细想来，我们的学习又何尝不是一次登山之旅呢?每次开学，拿着一本本新的教科书，我们就在老师的带领下开始了知识山峰的攀登，如果只是为了登上山顶，那么我们就会学得很累，而且最后的成果也只是山顶的“到此一游”;如果可以保持良好的学习心态，培养正确的学习习惯，在学习知识的过程中时刻去寻找着学习的乐趣，那么，登上山顶是早晚的事情，而且不会错过沿路的风景。

一次登山，付出的是体力，领悟的是乐趣。有空，让我们一起去“登山”吧!

我相信每个人都爬过许多座山，但那些山都是走的台阶吧。这个星期，我体验到了爬山的“痛感”以及“快感”。

本来我和我的小伙伴去爬方山是准备好好地走台阶上去赏赏风景的，可惜爬着爬着，那俩货就没兴致了，她们倒是想去爬真的山。对，就是在没有台阶的地方踩着各种物品去攀爬，而且是徒手。我着实是不太放心我的两个调皮的小伙伴，所以我也跟着她们俩一起爬了。

先前几步真的是边抖边爬上去的，不要想多，我可不是因为害怕，只是因为那几块地方连落脚点都没有，根本没有办法踩上去。我只好伏在地上，没错，就是伏，土里的小虫子我看的一清二楚！无奈之下把住了一撮草根，都不敢用尽全力，才勉勉强强站稳。更不敢到处乱走，这个高度，不小心摔下去可不是闹着玩的。不管怎么说，终于是到了有石头的地方，我们踩着石头到处爬。有的石头刚碰一下，它就滚下去了，那时候我们爬的高度还不是很高，大概也就离地面五六米的样子。继续向上爬，这时候我其中的一个小伙伴想下去了，可她被困住了，只能无奈的坐在一个看起来很牢固的一块大石头上，但是她实在是下不去。再说说我另外一个小伙伴，我与她继续向上爬，可是我的运气实在是差到了极点，我那块基本上都没有什么石头了，手上也找不到什么可以拉的东西了。就在我苦苦支撑之时，我的朋友向我伸出了一只手，将我向上拉，我奋力向上爬着，勾住了大树根。当时我的心情是根本不能平复，实在是太惊险了，再看看我的小伙伴，已经是满头大汗了。后来再往上就很危险了，我们的母亲都不让我们继续往上爬了，于是我们几个只好就这样放弃了继续向上爬的冲动。

上山容易下山难，这句话说的一点不错，如果下山的时候，我们几个没有互相搀扶彼此，怕是这山，也没那么好下。

这次爬山让我明白，伙伴的力量是很重要的，同时，我也相信，我们的友情将会一直存在。

放假的时候，我们一家人乘车去爬山。来到山脚下，我抬头仰望，只见山上翠柏苍松，白云缭绕，真是一幅美丽的风景画！一开始我以火箭般的速度往上爬，不一会儿，就把爸爸妈妈远远地甩在后边儿了。然而这种高速运动没坚持多久，豆大的汗珠就一滴一滴从额头上落下，我只觉得头昏脑涨，四肢发软。于是我赶紧找了一块干净的石头坐了下来。

过了一会儿，眼看着爸爸妈妈就要追上来了。我立马起身继续往上爬，突然一个不小心，“哎呀！”我摔倒了，膝盖磕破了皮，直淌血。我拿出口袋里的纸巾把血擦了擦，刚要继续往上爬，膝盖的疼好像一个恶魔似的把我给拉住了，使我停住了脚步。于是，我又坐下来休息了一会儿。这时爸爸妈妈距离我就只有五米远了。我扶着栏杆，慢慢站起来，可流血处感觉麻麻的，就是使不上劲儿，要不就这么放弃吧。我抬头往上看了看，只有一小段路就到山顶了，只要坚持走上去，胜利就是属于我的了！想到这，我忍着痛，一步一步爬上了山顶。

站在山顶上，放眼远眺，只见天际白云悠悠，大地一片碧绿……

春节到，鞭炮响，喜气洋洋过新年。而这个春节，真是过得与众不同。在这个春节里，我们没有放鞭炮、更没有出去东窜西窜，而是出去爬爬山了、到农家书屋看看书了！我们乡村的山虽不出众，但也是绿树成荫、风景无限好的地方。至于为什么会在春节出去游山和游印象深刻的风景，且等我慢慢道来。

初一，中午。毕竟是初春，天气自然是算不上炎热的，倒也不冷了。我们一行人"兴致勃勃"的便出发爬山去了！其实这只不过是大人们一厢情愿的想法罢了，哎，大春节的，还要出去爬山，想想都累啊！不过，威于大人的淫威，我还是乖乖的跟去了。显然，我们到底是小孩，一到山上便活蹦乱跳起来，哪有在家那副闷闷不乐被大人拉去爬山的样子？看，一路上绿树成荫，我们一家竟也走走停停，在要上山顶之际。我皱了皱眉，只见那儿大约有五六个人，有大人有小孩，都在那里摘花呢！若是摘花，那还没有什么，可是她们的举动，跟砍树有什么区别？！此刻，一个游人从我身边轻叹一声走过：“山花烂漫哎”是啊，山花烂漫，怎能被如此糟蹋呢？女孩子谁不爱花，我一见到别人在摘花，就会情不自禁的萌动摘花的念头。但是当我看到别人在那里夭折花时，那点小心思便在那一刻烟消雾散了。最终我还是没能说出什么，只是无奈的走过。因为我根本不能撼动那里的人一丝一毫！虽然有些不乐，但是来爬山，朋友又是在讲笑话给你听，你也不好意思拉着脸吧？下山时，看到有一块众多小石头堆积而成的小山峰，站在上面，所有的不快立刻便被风吹散了。我们一路跑着下了山，心情都是愉悦的。就这样我们一家兴高采烈的回家了。

这一次的爬山，让我印象最深的还是那些折樱桃花的人。你摘花可以，但是为什么、又凭什么去挨折樱桃花呢？若是抛开这个不说，这绝对是一次有趣的爬山记，绝对能给那五彩缤纷的童年“锦上添花”！

眼前这座山名唤花果山，它的最高峰玉女峰是江苏省的最高地。我今天的目标，便是想去峰顶体验一把“一览众山小”的快感。正当我心潮澎湃之际，已不知不觉入了山。

一进山，扑面而来的清凉使我醒了神儿，恍惚间，又觉着有万缕轻柔的绿丝牵引着我，让我想更加深入，去探索一个未知的世界。

山中的石径潮湿陡峭，须得一步一阶方能稳住身子。我便这样缓慢而平稳地踱向高处。愈行愈高，绿意也愈深沉。与山脚活泼俏皮的小树不同，山中的古树少了那份童稚的可爱，多了一份长者的沧桑，让我不禁肃然起敬，呼吸变得轻缓，脚步越发庄重，眼神是前所未有的肃穆与敬畏，仿佛在完成一个人的朝圣。

到山腰，开始有些疲惫。刚拿出橘子想抚慰一下可怜的肚子，却有两道火热的目光迫使我不得不注意。那是一只小猴子，直楞楞地盯着橘子，眼中满是渴望，那可怜巴巴的样子当真叫你不忍。我小心地递了一个过去，它就熟练地剥开皮，将果肉一瓣一瓣地送到嘴里。我正看得有趣，它突然向我伸出手勾了勾，像在讨食。我把空空如也的手一摊，它便飞也似地窜走了。我则怀着愉悦的心情继续我的旅程。

越近山顶，我越力不从心。有好几次甚至想放弃，但总是咬了牙坚持下去。到了山顶的那一刻，我几乎是一个踉跄跌坐下去。稍缓片刻，我再接再厉，手脚并用地爬上了最高的岩石。

我激动着，希望能感受前所未见的美景，可一低头，差点儿没把我气晕过去。底下一片雾海，还点缀着几堆垃圾。我很失望，想不到努力换来的却是这样的结果。

其实现在想想，人生亦是如此。你拼尽全力到达峰顶，不一定能看到你想要的美景，但你在登顶途中所感受到的愉悦是任何事物都无法比拟的，知道自己努力过、坚持过，就足够了。

炎热的夏日，一家四口与邻居一家来到神龙架游玩。次日下午，我们来到了神龙顶爬山，此顶因其海拔高而闻名华中地区，被誉为“华中第一峰”。高海拔的低温天气与强烈的高原反应使人万分难受，感觉身体沉重、劳累。起初，大家一起爬山，互相鼓劲，随着海拔的升高，大家接连疲累，有人放弃，再后来，只剩下我一个人想爬上顶峰，因为我认为以我的体力没有问题，想尝试自己的极限。又过了若干小时，父母与我通红，劝我返回，我拒绝了。十几分钟后，天气转阴、温度降低，我已爬上了海拔两千八百多米处，在天气与家长催促的双重影响下。我放弃“攀登”顶峰。虽然没能爬上山顶，但是，我依然感到自豪，因为我看到了更多不一样的景色。我坚信，只要时间、天气允许，我一定能攀上顶峰。

今年清明,放假三天,妈妈经不住我的软泡硬磨,终于答应带我去爬游子山了.

第二天,我们稍稍准备了一下,便出发了.一路上,汽车飞驰,不一会儿就到了.为了惊险刺激一点,我和妈妈从侧面的竹林穿过,沿着竹林向上爬.刚开始,我还兴致勃勃的往外爬,把妈妈甩在了后面.谁知道前方竟有许多带刺的树,这可不是一般的刺,我稍微接近了一下,呀!腿上被刺刺的生疼.

我对妈妈说:"还是走正门吧,这儿好像上不去呀!"妈妈不同意,说:"既然上来了,就不能半途而废了!"没办法,我只好同意.于是,我继续跟着妈妈往上爬,虽然还是春天,我已是满头大汗了,我把外套脱下来,拿在手里.

又走了没一会儿,我便走不动了,两脚就像灌了铅一样,我对妈妈说:"可以休息一会儿吗?"妈妈也有些累了,便点头同意.我们坐在一块大石头上,听到远处传来水鸟的叫声,真好听.

终于到了山上,我们往下一看,哇!好壮观!再看看,便傻了眼:上山容易下山难呀!怎么办呢?

我和妈妈相视了一眼,便向山下“进发",一路上我们都努力的拉着树木,因为随时都有摔下去的可能,经过努力,我们下了山.

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival  the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It  sometimes called the "Lunar New Year" by Englh speakers. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: zhēng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; th day  called Lantern Festival. Chinese New Years Eve  known as chú xī. It literally means "Year-pass Eve".

Chinese New Year  the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year  itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year  a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.

Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year  considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Koreans (Seollal), Tibetans and Bhutanese (Losar), Mongolians (Tsagaan Sar), Vietnamese (Tt), and formerly the Japanese before 1873 (Oshogatsu). Outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, Chinese New Year  also celebrated in countries with significant Han Chinese populations, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In countries such as Australia, Canada and the United States, although Chinese New Year  not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Australia Post, Canada Post, and the US Postal Service sues New Years themed stamps.

Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It  also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper  a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by whing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition  a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wh peace and happiness for everyone.

Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of Huangdi. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various scholars, making the year 2009 "Chinese Year" 4707, 4706, or 4646.

在山脚，仰视整座山，我感觉到一种想要征服它的心情。山脚的风景固然美好，但一种好奇的心理，好胜的心理总在催促着我，往上爬，去体验登高望远的别样风景。于是，人生便开始了。带着一丝欣喜，一份好奇，一种期待，一抹害怕。

平视·抉择

半山腰，我站在一个让人抉择的位置，往下看，沿途风景已尽情欣赏，往上看，终点仍茫茫无期。我开始犹豫，内心的挣扎困扰着我。坚持吧?胜利仍遥遥无期;放弃吧?还没完成自己的目标。最想要去的地方，怎能在半路就返航?我提醒自己。于是，人生继续，带着一丝不安，一份痛苦，一种追求，一丝希望。

俯视·胜利

山顶，我领略到了“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的那种气概。站在这个期待以久的位置，我不再彷徨。一切美景尽收眼底，一种成功的喜悦洋溢内心。过去的那些不安，那些痛苦，都化为了过往烟云。于是，人生成功，带着一丝欣慰，一份艰辛，一种成功，一抹喜悦。

不由地感叹，人生真得很艰辛，很刺激，当我们处于不同的位置时，都有不同的事物，不同的人带给我们不同的挫折，不一样的感受，不同的心情，不同的体味。

不同的位置给了我们不一样的感受，却教会了我们同一件事情，在没有到达终点之前，决不轻言放弃。“我要一步步往上爬，在最高点乘着叶片往前飞”。小小的蜗牛都拥有那一份执着，那么我们呢?

站在不同的位置，欣赏不同的风景，体验不同的感受，学会同一件事情—坚持，决不轻言放弃。

Forrest Gump is a famous film which won a high reputation , it’s tell us a story of a low IQ boy’s unexpected and legendary life. In the film, Forrest’s IQ only had 75 lower than normal people, but he graduated from the university,participated in the Vietnam War, took part in Table Tennis Competition in China as diplomatic envoy, became a millionaire...

“If God intended everybody to be the same, hed have given us all braces on our legs. “ God is so fair. Forrest met lots of accidents and every accident fortunately achieve him. I think nothing is predestined except death. Just like Gumps mother did not know that she will be his mother,just like Forrest did not know that God gave him only 75 IQ,just like Lt. Dan Taylor did not know he had to endure the pain of losing legs...

Tom Hanks who played Forrest Gump said “our destiny is only defined by how we deal with the chance element to our life.” When we face our life,maybe we should have this preparation---“Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what youre going to get.”

Graduation is a time of moving on, further studies, or out into the society? There are a lot of choices which we are supposed to make and we are emotional at the graduation season. What’s more, we usually have a variety of activities about graduation, such as taking photos, having a class party, leaving words to each other in our memory collections, exchanging gifts between friends to memorize our friendship, giving teacher presents to express our thanks.

However, we have mixed emotions about farewell. We want to spend more time having fun and working with each other, but we have to move on. Facing many choices about our future makes us confused; meanwhile the coming farewell makes us sentimental. As long as these feelings come along, we have to deal with it. We should know that after graduation we will learn more and be more experienced. Being apart with our friends and classmates is temporary, next time we meet each other, we will live a better life and share our different colorful experiences with each other.

Graduation will come sooner or later whether we are ready or not. Let’s make great efforts for our future.

时光疾驰如飞箭，岁月流失似东川。转瞬之间，小学生活将近尾声了。每天紧张地学习不禁让人向往放松。唱首歌吧，但对自己的歌喉缺乏信心，只好在心里唱给自己听。班上有一位同学想出了一个绝妙的点子，来解脱这沉闷紧张的学习空气：我们联名写一份申请书给安老师，要求搞一次爬山活动。

说干就干！我们一起用心地写了一份申请书，然后小心翼翼地走进了办公室，怀着忐忑的心情，趁老师出去有事的时候，将它放在安老师的办公桌上，然后一溜烟就跑出了办公室。

安老师帮助我们组织了这次爬山活动。他确定了活动时间是星期二下午；活动班级是三四五六年级；活动地点是联通塔山顶；还安排了各班老师陪同学生一起爬山并负责本班学生的安全。

听到这个消息，我们激动地期待着爬山活动的开始。一阵紧急集合铃声响起，我们终于等到了期待已久的时刻。我校三四五六四个年级的同学及老师一起来到操场热身，准备迎接这次爬山之旅。

同学们保持着整齐的队列，在老师的带领下开始了爬山。数学老师是我们队的主要负责人，他走在队伍的前列，一路提醒着我们注意安全。我们先走的是一段盘旋而上弯弯曲曲的路。路的两旁没有什么好看的动植物，真没意思！我旁边的一位同学好像看出了我的心思，他搭着我的肩膀说：“这地方我以前去过一次，再走一会儿就有一个大水塘。然后一直向上走，就能看到一座信号塔。我们一起走吧，今天要让你体会一下什么叫‘不畏浮云遮望眼，只缘身在最高层’了。”

我听了之后，立刻打起了精神，迈着欢快的步伐一路前进。突然，我和朋友发现了一个巨大的石头——“根劈石”。树根把石头劈开了，如刀削斧剖的一般。大树生长在石头中间，没有土壤，没有肥料，却散发着无限的生机与活力，我们心中不得不对大树顽强的生命力肃然起敬。接着我们又看到了一株株漂亮的植物。这种植物的茎上有一颗颗圆球，就像珍珠一样好看。因为我们不知道他的名字，所以就给他取名叫珍珠草。山路坑坑洼洼，布满了我们的小脚印。水塘出现在我们的视线里，绿色的棱角飘浮在宽阔的水面上。水塘的右边还有几只小羊在悠闲地吃草。我们刚到，就惊动了小羊。他们睁着水汪汪的大眼睛，一直注视着我们，小羊的嘴不停地嚼着，好像在说：“山上的路很难走，你们爬得上去吗？”

剩下的路更加难走，看不到明显的道路，我们只能披荆斩棘，从脚下踩出远行的路。我们发现了一个凹进去的洞，洞里黑黑的，看不见洞底，就像《西游记》里描写的“无底洞”一样。数学老师对我们关爱有加，体贴入微，站在“无底洞”旁边扶着我们一个一个地通过。山路变陡了许多，到处都是衰草离披长及腰腿，树林也明显变得茂密起来。前方是一个特别陡的坡，很多同学都不畏艰难，勇敢地顺着坡面攀援而上，终于到达了信号塔，同学们纷纷靠着信号塔休息。有的人不顾劳累爬上了信号塔。信号塔旁边有一座小矮房。看不清里面是什么。安老师顺着信号塔爬到了旁边的墙上。我们看到墙边靠着一棵巨大的枫树，枫叶红黄叶飞，像一枚枚舞动的邮票，那是秋天将自己最得意的作品发表在枫树上。

安老师在枫树上兴致勃勃地问我们：“你们知道我怎么从这里下去吗？”大部分同学都猜想，老师要顺着枫树的树干往下挪动，就像考拉一样。安老师笑了起来，用手抓住大枫树上一枝旁逸斜出的枝丫，像荡秋千一样凌空一滑，迅速滑到末梢，再勇敢地往下一跳，借用枫树枝丫的弹性缩短了自己与地面的距离，安全的来到了地面上。我们看了，纷纷对安老师竖起大拇指。

我也爬到了信号塔上，感觉风景这边独好。我眺望山下的风景，一切尽收眼底。小山如错落的馒头，田畴如刻画的棋盘，马路如奔腾的绸带……我不禁感叹道：我的家乡真美呀！

一番歇息过后，我们顺着原路返回了。一路上欢声笑语，都在为自己今天的活动感到骄傲。

我们骄傲地征服了大山，恬淡的，是我的笑；清澈的，是我的眼；圆满的，是我的心。
