Following the rules can make the world in order, so that everyones time

wont be wasted. But there are always some people try to break the rules, just

to show how different they are, some even think it is cool to do it. Recently, a

young guy was riding his sliding plate in the railway station. He ignored the

staffs warning and just kept the way he was. He even shouted at the staff. At

last, when policeman came, he apologized and promised would not do it again.

What a rude boy. He only thought about himself and ignored the rules. What he

did wasted everybodys time. Breaking the rule only got himself a bad

reputation.

When asked about work preference, different people will give different

answers. Some people like working with people. However, others prefer jobs which

mainly involve objects or machines.

Those people who have the first preference believe working with people

星期六，风和日丽，秋高气爽，家庭教育联盟小组活动的家长组织爬山组和画画组的同学去临平公园爬山，画画。

我们坐地铁很快就到了目的地——临平公园，我们边走边逛到了一个很大的广场，大家像小鸟一样叽叽喳喳地说个不停，接着王艺昀爸爸给我们讲了爬山要注意的安全事项。

认真地听完以后我们就往山上出发了，我们奋力地向上爬，有的用来跑，有的用来走，还有的走走停停，走啊走啊，我们终于来到了一片空地，满头大汗的我们气喘吁吁，尤其是雷奥，累得涨红了脸，他的脸蛋像一个熟透了的苹果呢！

休息了一会儿，雷奥妈妈拿出了画画用的工具，大家就认认真真地画了起来，有的坐在花坛边上画，有的对着路灯杆画，有的坐成一排仔仔细细地画着，等大家全部都画完了，我们还各自介绍了自己画了些什么。

画完画以后我们又继续向上爬，雷奥惊讶地说：“还要爬啊！”好像头顶出现了一个大大的感叹号，雷奥妈妈问：“你不爬了吗？”“算了，我还是继续爬吧，反正我要减肥呢。”雷奥哀声叹气地说。大家听了都哈哈大笑，就在这开心的气氛下，不知不觉我们到了山顶。

今天是大年初一，我和爸爸、妈妈去登益寿山。

由于昨晚守岁看春晚到后半夜才睡，所以今天早晨起来已是九点多钟。吃过饭，爸爸说：“我们要过一个特别的新年，今天咱们全家去登山。”

妈妈打趣地说：“不会是踏青吧。”爸爸说：“那叫踏雪，还踏青呢!”我敢忙说：“那就踏雪寻梅吧。”

就这样，我们三口人穿好棉衣，带上照相机，出发了。妈妈就是爱臭美，她穿的很薄，说如果冷的话，我再换一件棉的。

爸爸发现了一处可以拍照的好地方，妈妈立刻换上衣服，坐在一个大石头上面拍了起来，我也敢忙扑过去，来了个“虎吃雪”，卧在妈妈前面的白雪里。爸爸也不错过这个好时机，让妈妈拿照相机，也拍了起来。

拍完照，我们就来到健身器材广场，玩了翘翘板、铁索桥、跑步器、划船器等。今天虽然是大过年的，可是有好多人来锻炼身体，也有的像我们一样来登山拍照。我还想再玩一会儿，可爸爸却说：“快点，抓紧时间，我们还要去登山呢。”

我们顺着台阶，经过水浒好汉亭，一路向山顶攀去。中途我们捡了个纸壳，我心想：下山时，就可以坐着它滑下来了。功夫不负有心人，我们很快就到了山顶。在这里，我们又进一步眺望全市景致，不禁有一种“问苍茫大地，我主沉浮”的豪情壮志。过了一会儿，我就坐上纸壳，由爸爸拖着向山下滑去。中途有许多台阶，可头朝后的我却浑然不觉，差点把屁股颠成四半儿。后来爸爸捡了一个很大很大的树枝，我垫上纸壳坐上去，没想到一下子就压折了!估计是2007年10月份那场大雪压断的，要不然，不会这么脆的。爸爸说，好沉的屁股呀。我们都被他的话逗乐了。

当我们顺着环山路走到家时，早已是疲惫不堪了。

这个年过的，真是又累、又好玩、又有意义!

今天，天气阴沉沉的，但是我的心情却是晴朗朗的。我们男女老少排成一队去岭南山爬山。一到那里，就看见了一条弯弯曲曲的山路，这条山路比较陡，像一条长长的龙蜿蜒在山上。我们边走边聊，说说笑笑，几个小孩追追跑跑，开心极了。

不知不觉我们就来到了半山腰，发现石阶越来越陡。我回头看看，大家已经满头大汗，气喘虚虚，而我的小阿姨却被我们落在了后面，一个人艰难地走着。我和弟弟一起为她加油、鼓劲！然后在石头上稍作休息片刻，我们又继续爬山了。这时风儿给我们擦擦汗，好像在说：“加油，小朋友们，胜利的大门向你们敞开着！”

今天，老师说带我们去爬山。一听这话，原来无精打采的我眼前一亮，立刻摩拳擦掌，随时待命。

到了山底，抬眼望去，映入眼帘的是一棵棵挺拔的大树，苍翠极了。我们耐不住性子，早想开始。

“三二一”，随着一声令下，我像离弦的箭一样串了出去。一级，两级，没过多久，我就感觉自己有点吃不消了。张开大嘴，喘着粗气，不过，我是最快的，远远超过第二名。于是乎，我放慢脚步，一慢慢朝前走。

终于到了“山顶”，我在台阶上坐下，等大家一齐到来。这时，不知谁喊了一句：“后面还有一半。”这下，我急了，可是已经慢了。

再往上走，我的双腿已经发软，头晕的症状来了。我真希望像雷震子一样，长出一双翅膀，或者手脚并用，像猴子一样，一下子到达终点。

终点来了，豆大的汗珠随之流下。这次爬山，真心不容易，不过我懂得了：不管做什么事，都应该有毅力，那么困难就成了小星星。

阳春三月，正是登山的好时节，我和家人一起去登山。我在这件小事中却感受到无尽的乐趣。

到达山脚时，空气清新，天气凉爽，我们准备走石阶上山，顺便体会一下周围的美景，姐姐走了一会儿，觉便有些无聊，就和我比谁先到达山顶，我欣然同意。

起初，我一步两阶，把姐姐落下很远，心里不免得意起来，心想姐姐走得这么慢，我肯定会把她甩得无影无踪，我一定能赢！可是不一会儿我就感到疲劳，两条腿有有些沉重，喘气也急。我就找一个石头，坐在上面休息一下。

姐姐不一会儿就赶上来了，走到我身边时，笑着说：怎么，跑不动了？我没好气得看她一眼，心里想：哼，你先走，我一会儿就超过你。许久后，我又开始向上登。后来，我又一次地赶超了姐姐。我调皮地向她做一个鬼脸、笑嘻嘻地向上跑去。过一会儿，我被旁边的娱乐项目吸引，也上前去凑个热闹。可不一会儿，姐姐又赶上来了。我不屑地想，之前我很快就超过了你，现在我也不怕。结束后，我又忽忽追赶姐姐。

我又超过了她，我奋力地往上跑，看到匀速慢行的姐姐，心里更加开心。不停地向山顶登，但是我的体力有限，很快我又疲惫了。我看快到出顶了，就迈着沉重的步天子继续向前。

我高估自己的实力，我真是走不动了，腿好像有千斤重。气喘吁吁的我只好慢慢走。而姐姐，不知什么时候又走到我的前面。当我到那山顶时，姐姐已经坐在那里歇脚了。

姐姐看透了我的纳问，笑着对我说怎么样？你不仅没有欣赏美景，还输掉了比赛。你不知道吗？太想赢，就会输呀！

我静下心，仔细思考这句话。周围的风景是那样秀美壮丽，白云萦绕在山腰，山脚下的人就像蚂蚁一样小，真有杜甫的会当凌绝顶，一览众山小的感受。心里顺畅起来，感到无尽的乐趣。这些乐趣给我不一样的感受。

这次登山，让我发现了登山的乐趣。也让我明白：注重过程，不急于求成，一步一步脚踏实地地走，总会成功！

过年了!过年了!我高兴的一蹦三尺高，为什么呢?因为我这个人呀，喜欢爬山，但每次，爸爸妈妈都没有让我去爬过山，今天，我终于可以过个上山瘾了!

早上七点多，我就起床了，匆匆忙忙吃完饭，我就领着爸爸出发了，我妈妈给我装了一大书包的东西，有苹果，有糕，还有我的零食等等。

爸爸说，现在到人民公园可以做“城乡公交”直接到水冶，但我们左等右等，还是等不来，无奈之下，我和爸爸又到了文化宫，真是巧极了，正好有一辆车，我们真是踏破铁鞋无觅处——得来全不费工夫。真好!

很快，就到水冶了，我们还要坐出租车到九龙山朝元洞风景区，颠簸了一段，总算到了我们的目的地，一看表，好家伙，已经快十二点了，我们要抓紧时间了!

我们先到了山上，在山上，我们烧香拜佛，忙得不亦乐乎，这时候，爸爸提议，不如我们把这美好的景色用照相机拍摄下来。我连连拍手赞同。啪啪声中，我已经拍了有五十多张照片了，这是，我又对爸爸说：“爸爸，我们今天在上南山，怎么样呀?”爸爸经不住我的软硬泡沫，只好同意了。我要和爸爸来一个爬山比赛。

别看我爸爸平时劲儿挺大，爬山的时候，我又是背行李，又是拍照片，就那样，我还比我爸爸爬山爬得快，我已经到了山顶，我爸爸还在半山腰正呼哧呼哧的费力地爬呢!等爸爸爬上了山顶，他已被累得浑身没劲儿了，相反，我却精神十足。该下山了，我提议步行下山，但爸爸却不行了，只好打了一辆出租车，掏了几十元钱，让车送到了山下。又按原路返回。

回到家后，我们早已饥肠辘辘，平常我只能吃下一小碗面，但今天，吃了一大碗，还觉得饿。我爸爸就更掺了，累得走都走不动了，今天，真累!

爸爸看我每天都努力的学习，所以决定在考试结束后带我去爬山，我非常的高兴，因为我早就想去户外呼吸一下新鲜的空气，放松放松一下了！

考试结束后的一天，我和爸爸清早就去爬山了。从山脚下往上望，真是感觉树木苍翠连绵不断，参天耸立啊！望着这么高的山，我胸膛里似乎有用不完的勇气。我们一边爬山，一边观看这美丽的景色：花香，草嫩，树木高；鸟飞，虫爬，山绵延。每一个场景都可以是一道美丽的风景。由于开始我们爬的是台阶，不太陡，加上沿途绿色的风景，我们心旷神怡，所以很快就爬到了半山腰。但这时我已经汗流浃背了。我不服输，跟着爸爸继续爬。走了一会，我就感觉精疲力竭了。开始的力气和勇气荡然无存。我有些想放弃了，眼神无助的望向爸爸。爸爸看见我的样子，语重心长的对我说：“孩子爬山，需要毅力，需要一个脚步，一个脚步的努力，滴水穿石终能成功。”听了爸爸的话，我深有启发，准备喝口水，坐一下再奋力前进。和爸爸坐在长椅上，我透过树木看见了一条小溪。溪水潺潺，溪水的上方盘旋着几只鸟儿，鸟儿的歌唱抑扬顿挫，婉转动听。小溪都会朝着自己的方向流去，永不停息，直到达到它的目的地——汇入大海。我为什么不行呢？

went home to fetch water to drink in the field, I found that I was not reading,

but watching TV at home. Dad was very angry at the time, and asked me to take

the book and follow him. I followed him in despair. When he got to the field, he

asked me to read books there. He even found an umbrella for me so that I would

not be exposed to the sun. Although Dads eyes were harsh, they were more warm

and caring. At the time, I didnt understand the good intentions of my parents,

but now I really feel guilty when I think about it.

Dad, today is Fathers Day. In the past 28 years, you have done so much for

us. I can never repay in my life. I hope you are happy every day, healthy and

safe.

Whenever I walk heavy, I can always remember the power of your gaze and

move forward. Dad, you are my crutch at all times, give me support, give me

direction, give me strength, so that I can walk every step of the way in the

future. Even if you are not by my side, that deep fatherly love will still help

me forever!

Now that I have become a father, I have a deeper understanding of the kind

of expectation and care I have for my children. Dad I will always love you.
