像往常一样，我们家三个人在周日这天，又如约而至的来到山脚下，准备这周的爬山运动。每周日，我们家都会来爬山，是运动，也是休闲。

这周日我们换了一座没去过的山，准备去看看这座山的风景。都说“早起的鸟儿有虫吃”，这句话的确没错，因为我们家每次去爬山的时间都非常早，这次也不例外，然而这次去的山是一个著名的景点区，是要收门票的，这一点我们不知道，但更没想到的是，因为我们去的时间很早，门口买票的工作人员们说我们不用买票，直接进去玩就可以了，他们还祝我们玩得开心。一大清早就遇到这样幸运的事情，我们这山就爬起来更带劲了。

爸爸走在前面，妈妈因为我走得慢，陪我走在后面。在前面走的爸爸，一边爬一边看，左看看右看看，看见什么好玩的东西，就嚷嚷着我们赶紧跟上他。我呢，不是体力不行的爬得慢，而是我比爸爸的看还要“贪玩”，爸爸还只是左看看右看看，我的看就是“上天入地”地看了，我不仅要把树上的小玩意儿琢磨一会儿，还要看见一只小动物就想尽办法找到它们的洞穴，不看看它们生活的“全貌”，我就不罢休。妈妈也就在我们中间起到传声筒的作用了，一会儿让我快一点儿，一会儿又让爸爸慢一点儿，她自己则在中间气喘吁吁地看我让她看的又看爸爸让她看的，后来把她整累了，她干脆也不管我们俩了，自己也开始站在山边看山下的风景，感受山里的新鲜空气。

我们家爬山也不全是这样三个人走三条“不同的路”，我们仨在大多数时候还是肩并肩走在山间的小道上，爸爸更是经常帮我和妈妈背我们带的那些水和干粮，谁累了的时候，我们都会一起停下来休息，吃吃背包里的干粮喝喝带来的水，有时候看见山泉了，爸爸就会让我们先等等，他拿着一只空水瓶去给我们接山泉水，每次看着我和妈妈喝到他接回来的山泉水，爸爸就会露出他那天真的像个山里孩子的笑容，满意地望着我俩。

The Lunar New Year  a great occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school， and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year， people begin to prepare. Farmers kill pigs， sheep， cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fh and vegetables. Houses are cleaned; coupletsare posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at the gate.

On the eve of the new year， each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fire works to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year， almost everyone  dressed in h or her best. When people meet on the way， they say to each other "Happy New Year". Friends and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. Children indulge themselves in games.

爸爸一直说要带我运动，而今天，阳光明媚，天气晴朗，爸爸打算带我去爬山。

我们来到山下，因为我爬过东台山，所以我这次爬山是带着决心的。开始爬山了，我选择了一条小路，台阶一会儿高，一会儿低，让我苦不堪言。终于，我走完了小路，但这使我的信心大打折扣。我本来以为走大路会轻松一点，谁知，大路也不是很好走，而且我穿的鞋子也不是很合适，搁得我的脚生疼。不过，还是有很多美景可以观赏的，比如说：三叶草，人工鸟窝……我在三叶草丛里仔细的寻找四叶草，因为听说找到四叶草的人，就能找到幸福。可惜我没有找到。慢慢地，快到山顶了，我看到了几个吊床，于是我打算休息一会儿，在吊床上躺了一下。等体力恢复后，我又开始爬，没走几步，就到了山顶，我在亭子里转了一圈，发现有很多别人刻画的字，这种行为很不文明。下山了，我飞奔下去，跑得爸爸都追不上。

通过这次爬山，我明白了一个道理：坚持就是胜利！

In China, students learn a lot of necessary lessons before they finish high

school. They can choose the special class as they go to college. But in the

western countries, the students need to take part in many special lessons to get

enough credits, since they are in middle school. Though some action has been

taken to improve students level, still many schools ignore it and they focus to

let students get high marks in the exams. The teenagers need to learn some

practical skills, such as swimming, which can save their lives when they are

stuck in the deep water. Students are always passionate about the special

lesson.

今天是个阳光明媚秋高气爽的好天气。爸爸带我去半山公园爬山。当我们站在山脚下，看着眼前这说高不高，说矮不矮的山时，不禁有点战战兢兢，我真的可以爬上去吗？

看着一层层阶梯，我咬紧牙关，深吸一口气，开始“咚咚”地往上爬。刚没爬多久，就听见老爸已经开始“吭哧吭哧”了。起初，我还笑话他这么没用，这才多久就已经累的跟什么似的。可没过多久，我自己也累的半死不活，此刻的我感觉到我的腿脚特别的沉重，好像都抬不起来了似的。好几次都想有想要放弃爬上去的念头。爸爸一再的鼓励我，告诉我坚持下去才能成功。于是我咬咬牙，再次往上爬。

半路上，我感觉到腿特别的酸，也特别的热。于是我随手脱下了身上的马甲甩给了爸爸，又把袖子给高高卷了起来。顿时感到清风佛面，凉快极了！走着走着，终于吃不消了。爸爸看我确实也累了，于是提议找个地方休息一会。稍作休息，感觉没那么累了，腿也没那么酸了，于是又向终点出发了。又走了好一会，感觉力气都耗尽了，额头上都是汗水，腿脚也不听使唤了。这时的我再一次想要放弃，甚至都想要掉眼泪了。当我不经意回头一看，居然看到一个比我小好多的小男孩也在爬山，他爸妈想要抱他一会，他都不肯，坚持自己爬上去。我瞬间被这位小弟弟感动到了。心想，他这么小一个小朋友都可以自己爬上去，我怎么就不行呢？难道我还要输给他不成。于是我再一次卯足了劲，努力向山顶爬去。

我们终于爬到了一个不知名的楼阁，通过貌似不靠谱的旋转楼梯爬到了三层的顶楼。往下鸟瞰一眼，几乎整个半山都尽收眼底。我见到了很多以前从没见过的建筑，满怀好奇的对着爸爸问这问那，都搞得爸爸无言以对了。

最后我们又向半山公园的最高点——望辰阁，发起了挑战。站在山脚下就觉得这山有点高不可攀，可现在站在最高点时顿时感到爽歪歪了，就连平时的高楼大厦此时看起来比乐高小人还要矮一些，高速公路就跟条细长的丝带似的，上面的汽车也压根看不清楚是什么了，之前的酸痛早已经感觉不到了，唯一能感觉到的就是站在山顶的自豪感。

这次的爬山给我留下了永久的回忆和启示。就像古人说的那样“站的高，才能看的远”当我们有了自己的目标，必须要向前进步，朝着前进的方向，付出努力，就一定能取得成功，获得胜利！

每个人在刚出生的时候都是一个天才，可为什么成就都会不同呢?除了父母的因素之外，我们自身的因素才是重中之重。因为登上这座山的，是我们自己。别无他法，我们只能奋力的去拼搏。

蝴蝶很漂亮吧，可谁又能想到，他的前身是一只丑陋而又渺小的毛毛虫。在他刚出生的事，我们谁又能想到他所遭遇的困难?嘲笑，辱骂，挫折，担心天敌，会为食物而每天去忧愁。这些属于我们远远所不能想到的。然而他还要经历破破茧，在漫无边际的漆黑中，那种恐惧，那种绝望，我们更是无法体会。然而他又是一位勇者，是一位勇敢的登山者。在人生这座大山神上他不言弃，不放弃。是一种品格，一种智慧。一种勇气。

有一种鱼儿，从他们出生的那一刻起，就注定了他们没有权利决定自己的人生。但他们坚强，他们亦是一位勇敢的登山者。在漫长的冰河流中，他们无畏，无惧。在人身刺骨的冰流中，他们勇敢，团结。他们亦是一位登山者。这是一种义务，他们没有选择，所以他们的成就才会如此之高。所以他们才会被世人所赞叹。

邀几好友一起去爬山，山是土山，没有岩山的耸立挺拔。以为很容易，临到山脚，才发现，或许没有我们想象的那么容易。一路上，满是荆棘灌木。在烈日的烘烤下，我们早已疲惫不堪，但大家都很兴奋。一路上，没有谁提出过放弃。因为大家都知道，如果此时放弃的话，就要原路返回。已经登到这儿了。近一点，再近一点，或许就已经能够到达山顶。我们最终爬了上去，几个人斜躺在小山丘上。落日的余晖真的好美。我不知道我们算不算一位登山者，但我明白。我会为了自己的梦想，哪怕前方，有着千山万水。也不会阻挡住我。

人生是一座大山，我们是登山者。哪怕为了自己的梦想。我们也要坚持下去，无论前方，是怎样的荆棘坎坷。

今天，一大早，妈妈就叫我起床，我问妈妈：“妈妈今天不上学！”妈妈笑道：”我和你爸带你去爬山！”我听见了，便一蹦三尺高。

首先，我们来到了灵岩山，我望了望眼前的青山，心想：不就是一座青山吗，三下两下就爬完了。

这不，刚开始爬，我有说有笑的，满不在意。半个小时后，我再也坚持不了了，停了下来，擦着满脸的汗，气喘吁吁地问：“爸爸，还要多久才能到达山顶？”爸爸深呼了几口气说：“大概还有一个半小时吧！”“啊？还有这么久啊！”我开始打退堂鼓了。“不久！无限风光在顶峰，为了美景，加油！”爸爸的话让我想起了最初的决心，我又变了主意，继续坚持着？

经过九九八十一难，我登上山顶了，感受着习习而来的风儿，有一种说不出的畅快。看着自己所走过的蜿蜿蜒蜒山路，从心底一股成就感油然而生。山下的风光一览无余，尽收眼底。“啊，真是会当凌绝顶，一览众山小！

俗话说得好：上山容易下山难。我因为兴奋过度没刹住车，只听见“趴”的一声，我“四脚朝天”

这次登山让我懂得了“世上无难事，只要肯登攀”的道理。

金秋十月，丹桂飘香。我们又迎来了学校一年一度的爬山活动。

一个阳光明媚的下午，老师说要带我们去爬山，我们穿上运动鞋，脱下厚厚的秋装，我们神采奕奕的来到操场上集合。操场上空，有几只鸟儿在和我们打招呼，天空也显得格外蓝、格外高，天上悠悠的白云显得格外洁白，操场边的小草也在恭送我们，这一切好像有人特意布置似的。

下午两点半，爬山活动在我们的欢呼中开始了。

老师在操场上着重的说了上山的注意事项，不要拥挤、不要跑、不要推前面的人。在老师的领导下我们开始爬山了。我们分为两队，一队从食堂后面走，一队从公路上走，我们一队是从食堂后面出发的。老师高兴的说：“我们和另一队比赛。”每队都有老师带领。我们刚开始用尽了力气，到后来能量慢慢耗尽了。我们一路上披荆斩棘，也遇到了苦难。果不其然，我一不小心，就被刺扎到了手，我准备放弃，可是那团队精神吸引了我，继续爬了起来。

到了山顶，我发现蓝天上的白云在悠悠的向我飘来，仿佛是要来抚摸我的秀发，我真想腾云驾雾的像西游记里的神仙一样，驾着云雾去天上拜访神仙；大树发出“哗，哗，哗”……的声音，它是在和我说话呢；青翠的松柏低着头，抚摸我。我们欣赏着这美景，我们陶醉在这美景里，突然我听见了隐隐约约的呼喊声，原来是第二队来了。我们第一队赢了，鸟儿似乎在向我们打招呼，仿佛地上的小草都在为我们庆祝。第二队似乎有点失落，但是他们看见这美景似乎也陶醉了。

经过我们四十分钟的努力，我们从山顶到山腰，最后到山脚，在山脚回学校的路上，我想：我刚开始还担心我会爬不上去，但是我把大山征服了，我爬上去了，我骄傲，我自豪。回到学校我跟同学们说着山里的美景，我发现我爱上了爬山，我喜欢爬山。

在星期六的下午，阳光微微地笑着，照在我的身上暖暖的，云在天上自由自在地散步着，风轻轻地吹抚着大地，这时候最适合爬山了。

我把毛巾和水瓶放入背包里，就准备出发了，我一步一步地向山顶爬去，终于到了一个亭子，但是我没有去休息，而是继续往上爬，我的汗，如同喷泉一样从我的头上冒了出来，然后顺着我的脸，慢慢向下流，最后滴在了地上，我用手一擦头上的汗，比原来更艰难地爬山，我感觉脚下十分沉重，好像背了几块大石头，但我依旧没有放弃，继续向上爬，可爬着爬着，我感觉有一种度日如年的感觉，终于，快到第四个亭子了，我好像得到了救命稻草，向亭子那儿冲去，到了亭子那儿，我休息了一会儿，又继续向前爬。

终于爬到了山顶，我向城市的方向望了望，发现了路上人山人海，高楼大厦屹立着，挺拔了身体。我又向游乐园方向望了望，发现了一个个游乐设施，听见了孩子们玩乐的欢声笑语。心想：“幸好我在中途没有放弃，如果我放弃了，可就看不到，这么美丽的东西了。

今天的爬山我很快乐，虽然爬山时非常地累，但是我也发现了一个个美好的地方。

进入冬季后，就没暖过几天。上周从天气预报就看到罕见且连续的好天气持续到这周末，所以计划着这周六约上了朋友一起爬山。

这个城市总是冷冷的，但是天气一暖却也实在的温暖。冬天不比夏季，即使是中午才开始爬山也不会感觉热。周六时，我和朋友都选择睡到自然醒再去爬山。

我们都默契的选择了慢悠悠式爬山，不会太累的同时也可以认真看看周遭的风景。因为想拍山上的银杏和枫叶，所以我提前带上了单反。

久未运动所以采取慢行走的模式，所以爬山的过程中也不觉得多累。爬了十几分钟便抄小路去看银杏和枫叶，黄灿灿的银杏印着湛蓝的天空，是不需要ps的美丽。

爬山的过程中整个人都很放松，脑中不再想生活中的琐事，纯粹的只想看看周边的景色。大自然真的有着别样的吸引力，即使只是出来爬个山，也会感觉自己得到了放松。

爬山的过程几乎不需要思索什么，和朋友轻松的交谈最近的见闻、用相机留下属于这个季节的美丽。好像我每次计划爬山，都是带着满脑子的混沌来，继而装载着满满的开心走。大自然就是如此神奇，它能抹平你所有的委屈。

爬山的感觉真好，在冬季享受阳光是很奢侈的事情，在阳光中能够做自己喜欢的事情让人心情无比愉悦!
