Every time when I run in the playground, I always set a target for myself,

但这种坚持对对于我来说就像手中的沙子，转瞬即逝，很快我又开始死不活的。接着是一段“天梯”。我摸了摸后背，已经可以拧出一滩水了肩膀像挑了胆子似的，重重地压着我，身子软塌塌地，口中喘着粗气，急促的心跳声仿佛在耳边响起。我便想打退堂鼓，但被爸爸一口拒绝。

我低着头，如同行尸走肉，一走两步，歇一步的方式继续攀爬。这太阳仿佛越来越毒，一中让人窒息的感觉像一个狭小的笼子把我罩住，感觉空气越来越少。我再也挺不住了，我坐了下来。在在前头的爸爸气冲冲地冲过来把我活生生地扯了起来。，没有办法，我只好用户尽全身的力气继续往上爬。

到了，快到了，我加快了脚步。不一会儿，一座庞大的塔立在我的面前，那种高度还真有一种“危楼高百尺，手可摘星辰的”的感觉。我喘得像个火车头似的，胸脯剧烈的起伏着，使我立刻坐了起来。我的头已是大汗淋漓。回过头一看，那些人小得像芝麻一样，一种“一览众山小”的韵味不言而喻;抬头一看，天空仿佛就在我头顶，一伸手就可以摸到云，想仙境般奇特。

我忽然眼前一亮。“世上无难事，只要肯攀”这句话使我在炎热的夏天也能感受到无比的清爽。

暑假的一天，我突然来了兴致，叫来表姐和我一起去爬山——登文笔峰。

我和姐姐稍作准备，就打车兴致勃勃地来到了文笔峰山脚下。

抬头向山顶望去，哇!山顶上有些模糊的文笔塔高高耸立着，面前通向山顶的石梯就像从天上挂下来似的。看得我心里就不由得害怕起来。我踮着脚尖想看清石梯的尽头，可怎么也看不到。我顿觉自己有些泄气了，担心自己娇小的身体怎么能登上山去。正在我犹豫时，姐姐大声说：“你发什么愣?快点来追我!”听到姐姐的喊声，我如梦方醒，一股莫名的力量涌上心头，我也不管三七二十一，拔腿就往石阶上跑。

刚开始登几步，还觉得容易，嘴上还不停地嘻嘻哈哈。可当我和姐姐爬到十几步时，就感觉两腿像绑着铅块似的沉重起来。再往上爬几步，我们就累得气喘吁吁，上气不接下气，也没了力气嬉笑。这时，姐姐说：“我们不能这么兴奋，不能爬这么快，也不要说话，不然我们是没力气爬到山顶的。”听了姐姐的建议，我们放慢了脚步。但仍然觉得很费劲。当我们好不容易爬到半山腰的时候，我感觉自己实在没力气了。停下来望望山顶，陡峭的山峰直插云霄，比刚刚在山脚下看到的景象更让人生畏。我都有些想退缩了。再看看山下，陡直的阶梯仿佛一泻千里，稍不留神就会滚下山去。这真是进退两难啊!但是我转念又想：既然都爬到一半了，绝不能半途而废!姐姐也不停地在旁边给我鼓劲，说：“坚持就是胜利!”“对!坚持就是胜利!”我重复着姐姐的话。

歇了一会儿，我感觉浑身又有劲了。于是，我们继续往上爬。爬几步，歇一会儿;爬几步，又歇一会儿。终于，我看到文笔塔就在我眼前了，我心里有说不出的高兴劲儿，便使出全身的力气爬完最后几步阶梯。啊!我终于胜利登上了文笔峰顶!我和姐姐不约而同地欢呼起来。

站在文笔塔旁，仰望塔峰的雄伟，心里由然起敬。再放眼眺望，铜仁城的美景尽收眼底。瞧，那远处各式各样原本高大的楼房变成了售楼中心的楼盘模型;五颜六色奔跑着的汽车就像儿童乐园的玩具车;来来往往的人们都成了小蚂蚁……我们都被眼前的一切陶醉了。

后来，我也不知道自己是怎么克服困难下山来的。总之，在我心里，这次登山让我深深懂得：不管做什么事，都不能半途而废，因为“坚持就是胜利!”

白云山位于广州市的中间，在这么大的一个城市里有那么一座高山，可想它所起的作用。在这里它所起的光观作用远远大于公园，更何况他还有锻炼的作用啊!

在那里我看到有很多人是一路的缆车和电车。也许对他们来说来这座山的意义就是登高望远，至于登高的作用就不怎么管了。而对我来说它给我的意义就是慢慢攀爬的过程美——因为它既辛苦有有趣。

今天下午，天气格外晴朗，万里无云。我们一家人和二姨他们一起去爬枫屿村最高的山峰。

这里游人稀少，显得很宁静。我们沿着弯弯曲曲的甬道，来到了茂密的树林里。这是，我被那美丽的景色迷住了。金灿灿的阳光，渐渐下降。好像一颗金色的大火球，正在慢慢下降在巨大的石头里。绿绿的树林，勤劳的蚂蚁正在搬家……真美丽啊!

我边走边看，不知不觉已经来到了半山腰。这是，我已经满头大汗了，边喘气边想：好累呀。但是腿却一直在走，咦?哪来的力气使我和他们拉开了距离呢?妈妈一直夸我是爬山高手，使我的心里美滋滋的。而且我还是第一次爬这样高的山呢!

我越走越有劲，继续向山顶爬去。过了一会儿，“到了，终于到了!”我自己高兴地叫起来。我站在山顶上，摆在眼前的是一幅美丽的画卷。举目远望，远处连绵起伏的山峰宛如一条雄伟的巨龙，一直伸向远方。美丽

的村庄一座连着一座，高大的房子一下子变得渺小，霎时我感到心旷神怡。近处，一棵棵松树倾斜在路边，松枝垂下来，仿佛向游客们致意：“欢迎你们来游览。”一阵风吹来，松枝迎风起舞，好像在向行人点头微笑。山顶上随处可见的是洒满地的松果和笔直笔直的松树。松树下面有很多如牛毛的松针，踩上去软绵绵的，挺舒服的，好似铺上了一层棕色的地毯，这一切让人觉得早早就安排好了似的。

我正欣赏的入神，他们已来到了山顶。我们在山顶上做了一些有趣的游戏、拍了照片，真可谓爽极了!太阳要下山了，落日的余晖洒满大地，仿佛给大地妈妈披上了一件华丽的衣裳。我们又趁着太阳公公余晖的照耀，欢快地下去了。

你瞧，这一切是不是令你很羡慕呢!

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

lot of false man whose hand with all kinds of things.

I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.

Though I was very tired, I felt very happy. I will never forget it for

ever.
