我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

北京故宫，一个神秘的地方，给我留下了很深刻的印象，他的历史源远流长，他的景致令人流连忘返。如果有机会，我会再次重游。

8月26日，我和爸爸妈妈来到天安门广场，我老远就看到一座高大宏伟的红色建筑，上面最显眼的就是正中间挂着的毛主席画像，画像两边是宋体的黄色大字：中华人民共和国万岁，世界人民大团结万岁。1949年10月1日，毛主席在开国大典上，向全世界庄严宣告“中华人民共和国成立了”。当时，毛主席就是站在天安门城楼上宣告的。城楼下面是三个巨型的门洞，踏过门洞前方的汉白玉石阶，我们从正门走进了北京故宫。

我感觉最宏伟的建筑是太和殿。太和殿真大呀！金碧辉煌，气势非凡。据资料显示，北京北京故宫太和殿是东方三大殿之一，俗称金銮殿。它的功能也不小，它不是用来上朝的，而是用来举行各种典礼或重大会议的。

我们到了故宫的三大殿第一殿：太和殿，可惜是整个大殿都在大修。导游对我们说：“这是当时皇上面见文武大臣的殿。”导游给我们提了一个问题，“你们知道整个皇宫有多少间房子吗？”大家都猜不到，导游告诉我们说：“整个故宫有九千九百九十九间半房子。为什么会出现半间房子呢？天上一万间房子，皇帝不敢冒犯，就建了九千九百九十九间半房子。”

故宫第二殿是：保和殿，这是皇上亲自监考的地方，谁中了状元就能从这里骑马挂花去游北京长安大街。

第一天的旅程开始了。

我们先去参观毛主席纪念堂。它坐落于天安门广场南边。只见那里人山人海，我们排了很长时间的队伍终于进去了。刚进大厅，我就看见一座很大的毛主席石像，用雪白的大理石雕刻的。我们从两边走过，看见了毛主席的遗体。

我们又来到了故宫。故宫第一道门是端门，红墙黄瓦，很漂亮。接着我们又过了午门和太和门。故宫很大，听导游说有九千多间房子。皇帝真浪费啊，有的地方他一年才去几次，也造得那么豪华。

游完故宫我们又到了景山。我看见一棵大树，那是明朝最后一位皇帝——崇祯皇帝上吊自杀的地方。我爬到了山顶，看到了美丽的北京城。北京的路都是环着造的，越到里面房子越矮。接着我们还玩了北海公园。

第一天的旅程结束了，今天是最累的一天，要好好休息了。
