Most species are perennial herbs characterized by bulbs (or other forms of enlarged underground stem) from which grow erect clusters of narrow, grasslike leaves or leafy stems.

A few are woody and some are small trees. Evolutionally, the lily family is probably the basic monocotyledonous stock, its ancestors having given rise to the majority of contemporary monocots, e.g., the orchids, the palms, the iris and amaryllis families, and possibly also the grasses.

The relationships between plants of the modern lily family are not always clear, and some botanists subdivide the Liliaceae into several families or, if they take a broader view of the family, include some groups such as the Agave and Amaryllis families.

我们随着导游图的顺序走过金水桥，来到了太和门。然后太和门是三大殿的正门，门前一对铜狮。雄狮踩球，雌狮安抚幼狮，十分威严，寓意深长。我们随着拥挤的人群到了太和殿，太和殿是一座高大的宝殿，里面金碧辉煌，金龙宝座居中，后有金漆屏风，两侧立六根蟠龙金柱，并设有宝像，角断，仙鹤和香亭，经讲解后才知道原来是明清时皇上登基，大婚，册封，命将出征等大典以及万寿，元旦和冬至三大节的大朝仪式都在此举行。太和殿是“三大殿”之首，还有中和殿，保和殿规模比较小。

我们沿着导游图参观了乾清宫，交泰殿，坤宁宫，不知疲倦来到了御花园。御花园是帝后嫔妃们游玩，休息的场所。园内亭榭馆阁，殿堂，皆按主次相铺，东西对称的格局排列配置，其间点缀着苍松翠柏，奇花异木，水池叠石等，尽显优美而恬静，尽赏园林之美景。

我们恋恋不舍来到了宁寿宫南侧的皇极门前的九龙壁，然后九龙壁长二十点四米，高三点五米，是由两百七十块琉璃塑块拼砌而成，壁上浮雕九条巨龙，神态不异，腾云驾雾，飞腾于山崖，海水间，甚为美丽。

我们还参观了钟表馆和珍宝馆。钟表馆的钟表主要是以广州，苏州和宫内建钟处制造，部分为英法，瑞士等国出产。珍宝馆陈列着稀有珍宝，还有皇帝，皇后的饰品呢，充分体现了劳动人民的智慧。

我们在故宫里像是走迷宫一样，疲劳不堪但兴致未减，赞赏着故宫的神秘和奇妙。

I have a capacious and comfortable classroom, there are many in the classroom we learn things, now I will take you to visit my classroom.

On the right side of the wall there are three large glass Windows, glass rubbed were shining brilliantly, sun slanted in and bring us a trace of warmth. Through the window you can see our campus. Every window hanging beautiful brilliant red curtains on both sides, this is our school. 我有一个宽敞又舒服的教室，教室里有许多我们学习要的东西，现在我就领你们来参观一下我的教室。

一进门，就能看见那干净整齐的课桌和椅子，不管你怎么看都是整整齐齐的，这都是我们的劳动员的功劳，所以我们才会有这么舒适的环境。每天、我都离不开课桌和椅子，因为它们伴着我有五年了，我们不知什么时候结成了好朋友。

前面是，一块大黑板和一个讲台。大黑板每天都被我们的值日生擦的黑的发亮，摸上去非常光滑……

抬头一看，就能看见天花板上的电风扇与电灯，当天色阴暗时候，电灯起到作用，给我们带来光明。当同学们心情浮躁的时候，电风扇给我们带来一习习的凉风，让我们又回到学习当中，认真读书。

左上角是一个图书角，里面有每个同学捐的十几本书，让我们养成良好的学习习惯……

右边墙上有三扇硕大玻璃窗，玻璃窗擦得晶莹透亮，阳光斜射进来，给我们带来一丝温暖。透过窗户可以看到我们校园。每扇窗户两边都挂着漂亮的艳红的窗帘，这是我们学校设计的。窗户边有几盆鲜艳花，那是我们精心培育出来的鲜花把芳香带给每一个人。

暑假里，我和妈妈很高兴来到了北京旅游。第一天我们来到了位于市中心的故宫博物院参观并游览。

走进故宫的大门，人山人海，不过丝毫没有影响我游览故宫的心情。“哇!这里真大啊!”我情不自禁的喊起来。”我们首先参观了故宫的建筑模型和它的建筑构建。导游说：“故宫占地72万多平方米，共有宫殿9999间半。宫殿为青白石底座，高大的屋脊，黄色的琉璃瓦，到处是龙的图案，并饰以金壁辉煌的色彩。故宫它的气势宏伟，规划严整，极为壮观”。

我们从御花园一直游览到太和殿，真是叹为观止呀!在故宫里，最引人注目的要算是“三大殿”了：太和殿、中和殿、保和殿。它们都建在汉白玉砌成的8米高的台基上，远远望去犹如神话中的琼楼玉宇。我花了九牛二虎之力才挤进去，里面有许多以前皇上用过的家具，破破烂烂的，还有蜘蛛网!我奇怪地问：“妈妈，这些是什么东西呀!乱七八糟的!”妈妈说：“其实以前这里有很多珍宝，但蒋介石逃到台湾时掠走了宫中的许多珍宝，还有一些流失在国外”。听到这里我有些惋惜，我为这些宝物的流失而感到难过。

故宫一游使我流连忘返。故宫的建筑实在是无以伦比的杰作，它真是一个奇迹!我们中国五千年的文化博大精深，我们应该为古人建造这么宏伟壮丽的宫殿感到骄傲和自豪。同时，我们也有责任保护这些文物古迹不受到破坏，让祖国五千年的灿烂文明万古流传。
