2015年7月9日我们一家三口乘飞机从温州到北京，到达北京国际机场时已经是晚上近12点，从机场到宾馆就是7月10号的凌晨了，因此我们原本打算今天就在宾馆里好好休息一天，等养足精力了明天再去游故宫。可是一大早就被宾馆服务员给吵醒了。打开窗帘我们意外地发现外面是阴天，真是难得的好天气，于是我们就马上起床，决定今天去游故宫。

到了天安门，我们用了近一个小时的时间浏览了天安门城楼后就马上去游故宫了。我们从午门入口，就中路游区依次游了金水桥、太和门、太和殿、中和殿、保和殿、乾清门、乾清宫、交泰殿、坤宁宫、御花园、钦安殿等宫殿，最后从神武门出口。一进故宫我就发现这里的建筑都是用黄瓦红墙组成的，非常雄伟壮观。这么多宫殿中让我记忆最深的是太和殿。太和殿，就是民间所说的“金銮殿”。它是故宫乃至全国内现存之最高、最尊贵的宫殿，也是现存的中国宫殿建筑中规模最大的一座。太和殿是紫禁城的正殿，被视为皇权的象征。整个大殿共用72根巨大的柱子支撑起沉重的屋顶，屋顶是采用古建筑中最高等级的重檐庑殿顶。正中有6根两人合抱、高近13米的蟠龙金柱，雄伟壮观、华丽庄重。我们再往上看，发现天花正中是一个天圆地方中八角的建筑形式，原来这个叫“藻井”，太和殿内的这个就是蟠龙金漆藻井——宝珠轩辕镜。整个金銮殿都显示出了君临天下的气魄。我们发现城外还陈设着许多大缸，刚开始我觉得很奇怪，不知这么多缸是干什么用的。后来听爸爸说这些是铜缸和铁缸，主要起到消防和装饰的作用。我还认识了日晷、嘉量等陈设物。

今天游故宫，不仅让我很开心还增长了许多知识，真是充实的一天。

游完故宫我们又到了景山。我看见一棵大树，那是明朝最后一位皇帝——崇祯皇帝上吊自杀的地方。我爬到了山顶，看到了美丽的北京城。北京的路都是环着造的，越到里面房子越矮。接着我们还玩了北海公园。

第一天的旅程结束了，今天是最累的一天，要好好休息了。

北京故宫是我国五千年的君主制的象征，它的规模非常的宏伟。我去过北京故宫，我想大家一定也都去过吧！北京故宫里面有999个半的房间，导游说这是因为有一个皇帝的父亲有1000个房间，为了尊敬父亲，他就把最后的一个房间拆掉半个，所以就有了今天999个半房间的故宫。据说一个刚生出来的婴儿，在故宫的每一个房间都睡一晚，这个婴儿就已经会讲话了。

休息过后，我们又继续游览故宫……
