我们走出铁路站，旅行社的伯伯就来接我们了，我发现，这儿的人们可守交通就则了，只要看到红灯，不管有何急事都会耐心的等待，所以北京的车祸大多只在车多的时候发生，人多并不要紧，真厉害。和怀化简直就是天壤之别，无论是环境、气温、面积和建筑等都是比怀化好，我们来到北京的第一天首先就要去故宫，那可是皇宫啊！进入故宫，我们首先看到的就是午门，导游阿姨告诉我：“电视剧中大都说是要把犯人推出午门斩首，可午门是皇帝家的大门，怎能杀犯人呢？其实是把大臣押出去打板子。”走进故宫，导游阿姨告诉我：“这地砖可厚了，这殿台有多高，砖就有多厚，因为怕人挖地道刺杀皇帝。”后来我最喜欢的景点就是御花园了，这有皇上以方先代表的每个季节命名的四个凉亭，比如万春亭等。除了四亭，还有许多的古树，有一种树像现在的发财树，是两颗大树被人工交叉在一起，代表夫妻恩爱，白头偕老的意思，那还有许多石洞、奇石……

在这御花园前头还有三个大殿，最大的是太和殿，它是节日文武百官、皇上娱乐的地方，只许四品以上的官员才能入内，在殿门口还有一个华表呢，其他的我就不多说了，明天还要去圆明园呢！

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

星期六我和妈妈还有姥爷一起去了沈阳故宫。去故宫之前妈妈给我讲了故宫的历史，我对故宫已经有了初步的了解。可是到故宫听讲解员们的讲解才知道故宫里有这么多鲜为人知的故事。我现在就给大家讲一讲故宫里的有趣故事。

第一个是“八字”的故事。故宫里的建筑最特别的要数它的门和柱子，他们都是下宽上窄的成八字形，崇政殿外有十个亭子，一边五个亭子，两边亭子排列成外八字。满族人为什么喜欢八呢？因为满族人是少不了八旗的，靠着八旗的力量赢得了天下。

第二个故事是关于清朝“清”字的来历。原来清朝的“清”是这个“青”，代表着从草原来的民族。后来努尔哈赤在跟明朝打仗的时候发现明朝的“明”是日月“明”，在五行中代表“火”的意思，而“青”代表草，火可以烧草，这怎么能打败明军呢？努尔哈赤就非常聪明的在“青”字边上加了三点水，就成了后来的清朝了。也就有了故宫凤凰楼三层楼的故事，每一层代表一滴水，三层代表三滴水。水大可以灭火。

第三个是殿低宫高的故事。沈阳故宫为什么宫高殿低呢？第一因为他们是马背上的民族，努尔哈赤先打仗后有家。第二个原因是满族人有这样一个习惯，他们长期在草原上生活，为了防止野兽的袭击，所以把住处修得很高。到故宫以后，他们把这个习惯保留下来，把宫建在了高处，把殿建在低处。而北京故宫正好相反。还有一件事就是努尔哈赤在接见大臣的时候是坐在炕上的而不是坐在龙椅上的。

这就是游沈阳故宫带给我的收获。拉幕吧故事讲完了。

在北京市的那几天，我们去了许多地方，其中有去庄严的天安门看升国旗，有去攀爬蜿蜒的万里长城，有去著名的清华大学………令我印象最深刻的是北京故宫上午游。

我一进入故宫后，就感觉的自己是一位小宫女似的，在里面自由玩耍，打闹，听我们的黄主任说，这儿是以前皇上住的地方，闲人可是不能随便进入的，现在我们能进进出出的可真是光荣呀!他还跟我们讲，故宫呀，又名紫禁城呢!位于北京市中心，今天人们称她为故宫呀!意为过去的皇宫。

我们走了一段路，看到许多的殿呀!宫什么的!有太和殿、中和殿、保和殿，这是三大殿。宫有乾清宫、坤宁宫等，这些宫殿都有他们独特的用途。故宫还有一个御花园，原名是宫后苑，那儿左右的格局，可紧凑了找不出一条缝呢!真是古典富丽呀!

故宫里到处弥漫着古典的气息，皇上的宫殿也很大，上面还有一个皇上和皇后还有一个奴才在那，雕的可逼真了，乍一看，还以为是真的呢!故宫的城墙上开有四门，南有午门，北有神武门，东有东华门，西有西华门。可好看了呢!

“哎!”这故宫可真大呀，怎么走也走不完呀!也不知有多少个宫和殿呀!数也数不清。我们走了一个上午也就只走了这故宫的十分之一，走完得人真厉害呀!我们走了十分之一的故宫就得上大巴车回去了，真是有点舍不得故宫呀!虽然有点累，不过像刘老师说的“好东西要细细去品尝，去体会”。

Are you seeing that picture of my familyThe sun was shining brightly! My parents sat together in sofa. My mother hugged my brother, and I stood beside on my father. We were smile sweetly to the camera. All we us look like very happy although we were a poor family at that time.

My mother is not tall, not short but slim. She has a round face, two big eyes, a small nose and small mouth. She’s beautiful. She is forty-three years old, but she looks so young! She is my dear friends .

You must feel very strange to my father because he having full-white hairs, just look like a old man. My parent’s relationship is old husband and young wife. He is older than my mother 20 years. He can as my grandfather at his age.

You can see that my father wear a long sleeve shirt and look like a gracious man to camera. In my daily life, he is a bad-tempered man. He looks up to boy and down on girl.
