然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

故宫，是我们一家向往的地方。这个寒假，我们终于如愿以偿。

那天，我们来到故宫。这古老的宫殿在白雪的覆盖下银装素裹，显得更加雄伟壮观。
