My mother is not tall, not short but slim. She has a round face, two big eyes, a small nose and small mouth. She’s beautiful. She is forty-three years old, but she looks so young! She is my dear friends .

You must feel very strange to my father because he having full-white hairs, just look like a old man. My parent’s relationship is old husband and young wife. He is older than my mother 20 years. He can as my grandfather at his age.

故宫整个大体都为红色，只有宫殿那形态各异的屋顶呈黄色。别觉得宫殿就一定是庄严的，故宫就不全是这样，这全在于它的房顶，故宫宫殿的房顶是千奇百怪的，有蘑菇头形的、有三角形的、有圆锥形的……。故宫不只一座宫殿，而是上百座，大小不同，高低起伏。在一进门就能看见的宫殿旁有几个小水池，里面还有几个小吃喷头呢！我第一眼看到的宫殿门口有一个石阶小走廊，直冲着门口的楼梯两边有两座狮子石像，这两座石像象威武的士兵守在门口。因为故宫太大，所以我和爸妈先去看看主要的大宫殿。

我们先游览的大殿，门口堵得水泄不通，爸爸把我背了起来。我一看，哇太雄伟了！名贵的地毯铺在正中央，从门口直走到头，光辉的主座立在那，我往两边瞧瞧，到处都是辉煌的文物。

剩下的主要部分是古代娘娘住的地方，因为起居室都是在里面，而且不让进去，只能在外面观赏，所以只能看见外面的东西。但还是非常耀眼辉煌。那摆放着好看的暖炉，柔软名贵的白色地毯，看起来就舒服的沙发座椅……

最后的所有宫殿，大都是和古代娘娘居住的地方差不多，只是还没有那么耀眼，那么大而不空，所以有一丁点没意思，我们就没怎么观看。

北京故宫真是个参观游览的好地方啊！

一进故宫，第一眼看到的就是高大雄伟的午门。午门是故宫的”家门“，但也是斩杀犯人的地方。直到现在，午门外的砖墙上好像还残留着斑斑血迹，我的眼前还时时浮现出一个个犯人被斩首后热血喷出的场面。真是让人觉得毛骨悚然。

进了午门之后，就正式进入故宫了。首先映入眼帘的是金水河，它既有辟邪又有救火的作用。在高大雄伟的宫殿前，有两尊青铜石。两尊狮子无不栩栩如生，一个个威风凛凛，忠于职守。好像要把八国联军这些侵略者一口吞掉似的。导游告诉我们，狮子、麒麟和貔貅同为古代三大神兽。狮子代表镇城，麒麟代表祥瑞，而貔貅则代表权贵。这时我注意到宫殿的顶上果然有十只貔貅正傲然蹲着。他们同狮子一样都面露杀机，让人不寒而栗。

不知不觉，我们来到了皇后的寝宫前。皇后的寝宫前也有两只狮子，它们同宫殿前的相比略显不同，它们的耳朵是贴在脸上的，而宫殿前的狮子的耳朵是竖着的。但同样的可怕无比。在狮子的旁边有两口大缸，这种大缸的表面镀了一层金用来装水，可以救火。这种大缸在故宫共有十八个，但上面的镀金都被八国联军给刮了。望着这刮痕累累的大缸，我万分悲痛。这一个个历史的铁证，不都在激励我们奋发进取，为国争光吗？

想着想着，我们已经来到了御花园。御花园风景优美，各种奇珍花草各展风姿，真不愧是皇帝休闲娱乐的地方。每个人都沉浸在美景中，心情得以舒畅。

天色已晚，虽然我们已经离开了故宫，但我的心依然停留在故宫神游。

雾霾天气是自然和人为污染环境所形成的，面对这种恶劣天气，我们只有采取各种措施尽量避免其给人们正常生活和健康带来的危害。

1.减少外出。抵抗力弱的老人儿童以及患有呼吸系统疾病的易感人群应尽量减少出门，或减少户外活动，外出时戴口罩防护身体，防止污染物由鼻、口侵入肺部，外出归来后，应立即清洗面部及裸露肌肤。

2.减少户外锻炼。雾霾天气气压低，能见度低，空气中悬浮大量尘埃等有毒颗粒，患有支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸道疾病患者，应尽量避免户外锻炼，以免诱发慢性病得发作或加重。同样大雾天气压较低，高血压、冠心病等慢性病患者不宜做户外锻炼，以避免诱发心绞痛、心衰。中等和重度霾天气易对人体呼吸循环系统造成刺激，尤其是在早晨空气质量较差。通常来说，若无冷空气活动和雨雪、大风等天气时，锻炼的时间最好选择上午到傍晚前的空气质量好，能见度高的时段进行，地点以树多草多的地方为好，霾天气时也应适度减少运动量与运动强度。
