今天是四月五日，妈妈告诉我今天是清明节，今天一家人要去扫墓。

2022年2月4日，第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会在我国首都北京，正式开幕。冬奥，是一个舞台，展现着力量、意志、技巧和自然的美，挑战生理上的极限。在国家体育场中，我们见识到了中国设计之美——五彩绚丽的灯光、开阔的场地，宏伟的建筑，还有来自五湖四海的运动员和观众，让我们觉得无比振奋人心。

今年冬奥会的会徽更是比往届多了些创意，乍一看是个拥有中国书法技巧，且时艺术形态的“冬”字，将厚重的文化底蕴与国际化的现代风格融为一体，从而呈现出了新时代中国的新形象、新梦想，传递出新时代中国为办好北京冬奥会，圆冬奥之梦，实现“三亿人推动冰雪运动”目标做出的杰出贡献。

开幕式开始，先是各国运动员入场。来自100多个国家的运动员们，面带微笑、热情洋溢地走上台，陆续落座。在这些国家中，我们中国的队伍可谓浩浩荡荡——387人，历史新高，其中有第四次参加奥运会的老选手，也有17岁第一次参加的热血青年。

伴随着一首激情高亢的《歌唱祖国》，中国队队员们穿着大红色的外套，队首举着鲜艳的五星红旗步入了会场，气势宏大。这一刻，我作为一个中国人，心潮澎湃。

今年的冬奥会，反映了我国的科技发展之极速。“五环破冰”最令我印象深刻，利用升降台和轮轴制作成的科技作品。工人在采访中提到：最忙的时候是场地里十台吊车，时间一定得掐好，不能有一点拖沓和延误，体现了中国工人深种心中的“工匠精神”。开幕会中，看到五环破冰这一幕时，我震惊得瞪大了眼，这是一个“魔术”，一个注入了工匠汗水与付出的“魔术”，而魔术中的“破冰”寓意着打破隔阂、互相走近，大家融为一体。

冬奥会，让大家离健康、奥林匹克精神，更近一步。冬奥会，圆体育强国之梦，推动世界冰雪运动发展，为国际奥林匹克运动做出新贡献的不懈努力和美好追求。冬奥会，促进了中西文化交流沟通和世界和平、增强了我国的民族自信，进一步振奋了民族精神，向世界展现了中华的实力和精神风貌。

作为青少年，我们可能不会像运动员们在赛场上拿金牌，但是，我们也有自己的责任。他们在赛场上坚定的眼神，感动的泪水，激励着我们一次又一次突破自我。我们可以努力争取学习上的金牌，获得属于自己的荣誉;在生活中，学习运动员们的顽强拼搏、不懈斗争、热心善良、不到最后一刻永不放弃的精神，向着梦想不断进发!

又下雪了，我坐在电视机前，望着窗外纷纷扬扬的雪花出了神……

跨越是短短的一瞬，是三年沉淀的爆发，是超越障碍的必需。有无数的文人墨客经历过这一过程，李白“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”是思想的跨越，苏轼“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”是心境的跨越，杜牧“东风不与周郎便，铜雀春深锁二乔”是对事物认知的跨越。每个人都会有跨越，跨越一个阶梯，自己就会变得更优秀。

跨越在生活中屡见不鲜，从小学的任性无知到现在的体贴他人，从小时依赖父母洗衣做饭到现在的独立自主，从小时不敢走夜路到现在独自一人睡觉……不再依赖着父母，不再遇事就麻烦父母，不再遇到困难就退缩。乐观地面对生活中的困难，并想方设法去解决它。战胜困难是对自我的认可，这是思想的跨越，从思想上跨越，一步步地成长。

思想的跨越必定带动心境的跨越。

一层连着一层，心境的放开，不再拘泥于家境的比较，不再拘泥于吃、穿不如他人，不再拘泥于每次成绩的公布，微笑着面对每一件事，用知识来填充自己的大脑，像宋濂一样为自己所想的去奋斗，“以中有足乐者，不知口体之奉不若人也”。心平气和地去面对每次的困难，发挥出自己最好的水平，对自己说：“尽自己所能，无怨无悔。”

心境的改变给自己带来的是对事物认知的跨越。“塞翁失马，焉知非福”，事物总有正反两面，不要只是一味的悲伤，自己考试失利了，就一直消沉失落，无心去学习，总是念念不忘曾经的成绩。对事物认知的改变让我化悲痛为动力，勇敢地向前，努力地积累力量，为今后更大的挑战而准备着。

一次的成功会让自己得意，一次的失败则会让自己警醒，更加努力去为理想而奋斗。事物总有它的长处，总有它生存的理由，对事物认知的改变是一次跨越。

三年的时间，三年的成长，让我跨越了多少的绊脚石!跨越让我成长，让我成熟。思想的跨越，心境的跨越，对事物认知的跨越，让我从任性女孩变成了冷静、沉着的少女，跨越让我更加优秀，让我更加自信，让我有勇气去面对以后的挑战。

我有一位与我形影不离的好朋友。他有一个瓜子脸，留着西瓜头，小小的眼睛里散发出聪敏的光芒。小脑袋里不知道蕴藏着多少智慧。他有着一种遇到问题要打破沙锅问到底的劲。

记得有一次下课，我找他去玩。我发现他正全神贯注地看着书，手里的笔“刷刷”的挥动着，算着一道道数学题。我在他旁边一声不吭的站着。忽然只见他的笔停住了，皱起眉头嘴里小声的念着：“这道题该怎么算呢?”我见他百思不得其解的样子，便把脑袋凑过去，看看是什么难住了他。我看了之后，才知道他被一道应用题给难住了。我就和他讨论起来。上课铃响了，我们还没得到一个完整的答案。我于是劝他放弃，他不愿意，反驳我道：“这只差一点就成功了，我一定要把他算出来。”我回到座位上准备上课。下课了，只见他一溜烟的跑上讲台，和老师轰轰烈烈地不知道在谈些什么。我便上去凑热闹。原来，他在和老师讨论那道题。最后，老师给了他一个正确的答案，并给了他做了详细的解释。他那种坚持不懈的精神使我受益匪浅。我在一旁暗暗地为他竖起大拇指。

他不止坚持不懈的精神值得我学习，他那种不服输的精神也值得我学习。

开学的时候，老师对我们进行了一次摸底考试。成绩发下来后，我是全班第一，他的名次在我之下。他不服气的对我说：“我下次一定考比你多的。”结果，事情正如他所说，他比我多了两分，那全是他努力的成果。通过这次考试，使我比以前更加敬佩他了。

这就是我最敬佩和最好的朋友。

人生中，我们应该去脚踏实地的，一步一个脚印地去完成我们的梦想，我们要稳中求胜，而不是飞速地去求你想要的结果。

在买水果时，水果摊上总会有一些各大的水果，但味道却不进如人意。究其原因，居然是在生长期时，用了催熟剂，是速成之果，并没有好的味道，所以，我们并不是喜欢吃这类水果，这也说明了被催熟过的水果并没有慢慢长，自己去成长的水果甜。所以，我们要脚踏实地的去成长，不要做被催熟的果实，这样没有了价值，因为“欲速则不达。”

在学习上，我们更应该一步一个脚印。记得那次，我们班主任让我们做数学书上的题，说是先把书上的题做好了，把基础打，再做卷子上的题。从期中后，我一直写到期末，一直跟到最后，我脚踏实地的，一步一个脚印的这数学书上的题，到了期末考试，我数学考了102分，名列班级第三名，这是一次飞跃，我非常高兴，老师也很欣慰的说：“每一名同学就应该脚踏实地作文吧https://wWw.azuowen.CoM/的去做数学书上的题，以数学书上的题为标准，做熟练了，基础也就行了，再做拔高题，数学就能得高分。”我想：这可能就是稳中求胜吧。

在理想的道路上，我们也应该一步一个脚印地去努力，比如你想考上好的大学，你就应该考上好的高中，去接受好的教育，而这样，你才能考上好的大学。在我班有一个脚踏实地的去努力的人，他总是不断地刷屏，不断地找题做，课堂上的他努力理解问题，做到不会就问的习惯，努力跟上老师的节奏，课后，他找题做，不会就和同学讨论，这就是名副其实的脚踏实地。

或许在跑步时，你是“嗖”得一下“飞”出去，可能由于你跑得太快，起步太猛，很容易摔跤，可能与第一失之交臂，这就是所谓的“欲速则不达”，所以我们不能急功近利，要踏实走好每一步。

我们不要做那颗被催熟的水果，而我们要做那颗脚踏实地的，用自己的努力去成长的水果，我们要“一步一个脚印”地去健康快乐的成长!
