三、关于家校沟通：

及时跟家长联系沟通；多使用家校通反馈孩子的在校情况；定期或不定期在家校通上发一些孩子在校的学习、生活情况；加强家校互动，多与家长沟通；建议每月在家校通上汇报一下小孩的总体情况；经常组织公开课，让家长更多的了解孩子的在学校的情况；希望在家校通上公布教学进度；多些家长开放日，家校互动的活动；在今天电脑普及的前提下，还是希望班主任老师用一个笔记小本子，家校通联系和沟通；适当减少家长签名的地方，如作业本上；班主任与任课老师缺少与家长沟通，应经常与家长联系，反映学生在学校的情况，班级内要经常开家长会；

四、关于因材施教、个性培养、教育方法：

因材施教；更多的理解每个孩子；培养孩子健康、积极向上的心灵；多关注不活泼的孩子；多关注学习能力弱的学生；注意个性培养；改善与学生交流方式，注重孩子的特点；对孩子习惯培养给予意见；加强习惯引导；要放大优点，淡化缺点；尽量发掘孩子的优点，多给予鼓励。对付每个学生；加强老师与学生单方面沟通，针对孩子的性格给予教育；如何能体现对每个孩子的关注，是需要思考的问题，教育资源在一个班级内已出现过度集中现象，所以归根到底，学校仍然是传统学校。不以批评为主，要表扬鼓励，多给孩子展示机会；老师要正确分析每个学生的具体状况，对症求药，培养孩子的独立能力和学习能力；多鼓励，多交流，学科老师应承担一定的责任。多鼓励孩子，增强自信，培养兴趣；希望班主任正确评价每一个孩子，不要对几个人特别偏爱；多关注细节，多全面发展，少一些哗众取宠；更注重赏识教育；对自然艺术特长的学生，要坚持长期培养；尽量多鼓励学生，培养学生自信心；

五、关于各科学习：

多读课外书；高段年级集中优秀教师抓好“优、精、尖”学生培养；老师多明确一些课外的学习内容，最好能非常明确具体，现在有指导，但明确、具体尚不够；音乐、美术、体育课应该多样化；英语教学上，在提高学生学习英语的兴趣上下功夫；教学的重点不应是那些尖子，淡化分数，使学生喜欢学校；希望语、数、外主要课程不要经常更换老师；

六、关于实践能力培养：

全面落实“德、智、体、美”全面发展；让学生实践的机会尽量多；多增加一些有意义的集体活动；对孩子进行一些吃苦教育；多搞一些火灾、地震等演习；多举行防灾训练、军事疏散；加强一些政治教育；多一些启发创造性活动；多一些与国外孩子交流的机会；增加点劳动；让孩子了解现代工业方面的知识；多做一些思想道德教育，培养孩子的互助能力；希望学校多组织一些如学农等活动，让孩子亲近自然，接近社会；通过学校的引导，让孩子加强独立生活能力；希望学校多开展发展孩子个性化多读课外书；对社会适应力的培养与教育。

Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now

the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus

life?

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides

study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various

aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit

as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only

difference is that they have more time at their disposal without parents looking

over their shoulder.

As to me, college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some

我给大家举几个小例子。我国的木兰溪在50年代初本是一个清澈见底的河流，但现在它却是鱼虾绝迹的污河。1952年12月5日，英国首都伦敦发生了令人震惊的“迷雾事件”，约有1xx人因这次事件而丧生。这次事件的罪魁祸首是“硫酸雾”，它是由漂浮在空气中的二氧化硫、水雾和粉尘共同作用的结果。硫酸雾中所含有的大量有毒成分和粉尘被人吸入肺中后会沉积下来，进入血液，流遍全身，这才造成了如此严重的后果。

由此我郑重向仍未觉悟的人们建议：

1、植树造林可以保护环境但并不是任意植树就可以起到这个作用。要想保护当地环境，必须要选择当地适合的树种。同时各种树种交替使用避免栽种单一并且要保留足够的空间，以助于其他级别的植物繁殖生长。此外还要增加植被的多样性。这样才容易形成像天然林的生态系统，才能保护环境。

2、湿地号称是“地球的肾”，它是一种特殊的生态系统，它为人类提供多种资源，也是多种水生物的栖息地，不仅如此，它同时具有很重要的环境功能，可以净化污染物，抵御洪水，调节气候，美化环境。它同森林、海洋一起被人类称为“全球三大生态系统”。

3必须合理开发水资源，避免水资源破坏。长期以来，大多数人们普遍认为水是取之不尽，用之不竭的“聚宝盆”。其实，地球上的水资源并不是取之不尽的尤其是我国的人均水资源并不丰富，地区分布也不均匀，而且年内变化莫测，年际差别很大，再加上污染严重，造成水源更加紧缺的状况。所以说，人们一定要建立起水资源危机意识，把节约水资源作为我们自觉的行为准则，采取多种形式进行水资源警示教育。

如果没有了自然资源，地球上将会有几百个物种灭绝，洪水肆虐、沙漠扩大，地球上的生物，包括人类自身都将遭受灾难性的打击。所以我们要保护我们赖以生存的家园——地球。

我提出了以下几点见意。

一、开展“保护环境，人人有责”的活动，让每个同学都行动起来，不要踩踏花草，不要随便攀折树木。

二、让大家都把垃圾扔进垃圾箱，不要随地乱扔。要让有限的资源，无限的循环。

三、不要随地吐痰。痰是有许多细菌的，不要把自己的病菌带给他人。

四、在校园的每一个地方都贴上保护环境的标语。让同学们时时刻刻地记住这些标语。为了我们美好的校园，请记住“校园是我们的家园”，保护环境不是一个人就能做到的。自只有大家齐心努力，才能使校园更美丽。让我们行动起来吧！共创一片美好的校园吧！

首先请原谅我们冒昧地打扰您，鲁莽地写下这份建议书，并大胆地指出学校在食堂管理中的漏洞：

1.几个月中，食堂用餐时，饭桶前总是一片水渠不通，同学们人人你挤我拥，毫无半点纪律，甚至把人挤痛了也无人有丝毫退让之意。更值得重视的是同学们不顾绅士风度，不讲究淑女形象，一个个都用碗去捞饭，不但泼出了不少珍贵的米饭，还泼出了自己的形象，而且由于米饭遍布在地板上，像一个个滑板似的，时刻都有导致同学们滑到的威胁。对此，我们认为应该尽早提醒和管理，引导学生不抢队不挤队，有自主排队的好思想，而且可能的话，最好清出一片空地，由食堂阿姨盛饭，是混乱不再重现。

2.大量浪费现象也十分严重。值班老师虽已多次告诫，反复强调，但效果不佳，不少同学依旧我行我素，把饭菜原封不动的晾在那里，或者只扒几口就一溜烟不见了人影，白白让来之不易的粮食付之东流。这种行为不仅让费了米饭蔬菜，还使去盛汤盛饭的同学被见怪不怪的食堂阿姨收去饭菜，不知其中原因的只好傻呆呆地站在那里，郁闷之极。对出现以上情况我们进行了探究，水落石出的真-相让我们大吃一惊：第一，有食堂的责任。由于食堂工作人员做的饭菜不可口，绝大部分同学厌恶食堂饭菜，连崇尚节约，珍惜粮食的我们有时也不经一阵反胃，对多次出现浆糊般的菜恨之入骨，时常不闻不问匆匆吞完米饭，咽下蔬菜便“脱离苦海”，奔往校外的快餐店;第二，校门口的小店是祸端之一，油炸食品，摸奖层出不穷，使不少“老顾客”神魂颠倒，直接绕开食堂，干净利索地冲进小店，狼吞虎咽地解决各种油炸食品，甚至不顾一切地摸奖，中饭不但吃不好，还损伤了身体，离谱极了!

I believe everybody has their own hobby. Different people have different

hobbies. For me, my hobby is music. I like music very much. It is magical for
