3、 上课不能接电话，请假也不能耽误课程。

4、学校的图书馆要对学生开放，允许学生借阅图书，开拓学生的视野。班级要办图书角，争取成立班级图书馆。

感悟：学生的知识来源渠道太窄，尤其是农村的学生。他们对知识充满了渴望。可惜学校图书馆暂时没有办法满足他们的要求。“书香校园”的建设任重道远！

5、 多布置作业，甚至抄作业做，对未完成作业的同学要严厉惩罚。

感悟：对最后一点我赞成，可前两点我有自己的看法。大概是小学的“题海

战术”功勋“卓著”，小学毕业考试的成绩让学生们体会到了它的巨大功能，令她们念念不忘。到初中之后学习的难度增加，他们又想起来对自己用这一狠招。我的可怜的学生！

6、 多讲课本上的课后习题。

感悟：自己的确对课后的“研讨与练习”关注不够，大部分是要求学生自己

完成，事后的检查也没有。学生是在提醒我不能丢了教材！

7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

How is it going these days? I keep wondering how you feel about your school life in Beijing. Have you got used to the life in China? Are you enjoying your life? I hope you are.

Let me tell you a piece of good news: I’m going to take part in an English speech contest of middle school students in July in the coming summer vacation. So I’m busy preparing for it. But now I have some difficulty in collecting useful information and using proper English word to express my thoughts. Besides, I really want to improve my spoken English, especially the pronunciation and intonation(语调). Of course, as a native English speaker, you can give me some suggestions.

In addition, I’m going to visit you after the contest. I’m sure we will have a wonderful time together in Beijing! I can hardly wait to see you! I am looking forward to your early reply.

亲爱的同学们：

走进我们可爱的学校,我们每个人都能感受到她的洁净和美丽,一株株绿树为我们提供新鲜的空气,一棵棵小草和一朵朵小花为我们装点校园。但近来我们的草坪在哭泣,小花在落泪,地板和墙壁在抗议!因为有的同学往地上乱丢果皮纸屑,有的同学摘花摇树,有的同学践踏草坪,有的同学在墙上乱涂乱画,往校园的路上、地上、墙上乱吐口香糖……我们每个人都希望在一个清洁、舒适的环境中学习生活,健康地成长,而美丽的环境需要我们共同营造,文明的习惯靠我们平时一点一滴地养成。在此,我们向全体同学和教职员工发出如下倡议：

一、不带不吃零食。吃零食会给我们的健康带来不良影响,如零食中多余的热量会使我们身体变得肥胖,零食中的色素和防腐剂会损害我们的健康。

二、不乱丢果皮纸屑及废弃物,进行垃圾分类,回收废纸和易拉罐等可利用的物品。“世界上本来没有垃圾,只有放错了地方的财富。”回收废纸可以使我们的大片森林免遭砍伐,回收藏易拉罐等物品我们可以用来制作工艺品,装点我们的生活环境。建议在各班教室和老师办公室设立一个废纸回收箱,在生活区设立可利用物品回收箱,少先队大队部和团总支进行不定期检查。

三、在校园内不吃口香糖,不随地吐痰,主动清理地面和墙壁上的污垢。

四、不践蹋草坪,不摘花摇树。“小草也有生命,需要你我的共同呵护”,“让我们大家一起来欣赏美丽”。

五、不乱丢废电池,把废电池放入废电池回收桶。因为废电池会严重污染我们的环境,一粒纽扣电池可以使60万升水不能再饮用,一节1号电池可以使一平方米的土壤失去使用价值。

六、主动捡拾别人丢在地上的垃圾。养成“文明清洁”的良好习惯,共同创建一个美丽的校园。
