二帮助孩子养成良好的生活习惯

1、每天准备好卫生用品：

手 绢：一块，用于擦汗或擦嘴。

抹 布：一块，用于擦课桌椅，或大扫除时擦门窗。

2、养成均衡的饮食习惯：

1、  要有全心全意为学校发展服务的思想意识，不计个人的荣辱与得失；

2、  要认识学校是生产人的工厂，要认识到自己是在做人的事业，自己要先学会如何做人，要搞好学校与各个方面的关系；

3、  治校方式上要有张有弛，不要一味地埋头苦干，要巧干，要用心去做事；

5、  知人善用，各尽其才，体恤部下，与师生同乐，关爱师生；

二、行政班子的团队建设

行政班子的团队建设，是整个学校发展的一个非常重要的载体，是学校发展的奠基石，是学校发展的跳板，行政班子是贯彻治校方针和策略的枢纽，是否能认真贯彻上级的指示精神，能否起到承上启下的作用，是学校发展的关键所在，为此，笔者认为，行政班子的团队建设应做到一下几点：

1、  行政班子的人选应该是：想干事，能做事，做成事，有能力者居之；

2、  行政人员在思想上要高度重视学校的发展，在其位要谋其政，乐于奉献，不求回报；

3、  行政人员要站在作为一名校长的位置上去考虑事情，去做事情，站得高，才看得远；

4、  学校要提供行政班子的培训平台，让想做行政的人员能够不断地充电，不断地提高学校的管理水平；

5、  学校要采取轮岗制度，一个人在一个位置上工作久了，会产生惰性，会失去新鲜感，要换岗换环境，最重要的是学校要能提供让行政人员升迁的机会；

6、  要进行分层次管理，落实工作跟踪制度，要齐抓共管，共建和谐有效的团队；

三、教师队伍的建设

1、  提高教师的福利待遇；

5、  在教师中培养骨干，以点带面，树立榜样，形成合力；

1、  提供班主任技能培训平台；

2、  提高班主任的福利待遇，提高做班主任的荣誉感，丰富班主任的精神生活；

3、  经常性地组织班主任进行工作经验交流，互通有无，共同进步；

4、  一个季度要要求每个班主任至少要写一篇“班主任工作感悟”的文章，提倡班主任要多思考，多实践，多反思，多动笔，多运动；

5、  年段各班主任，要不分彼此，工作上互相渗透，齐抓共管，共出成效；

6、  培训班主任如何做好班级干部的培养工作；

7、  要落实年段班主任列会制度；

五、班级班干部的培养

1、  主抓安全、纪律、学习的班长、副班长、学习委员的培养至关重要；

2、  要让所有的班干部认清自己的职责，能够独立地开展工作，在管理班级的工作上还能有所创新；

3、  落实每周班委列会制度，及时解决班级反映事情；

我的学校在东莞市，我们的学校是东华小学，我们的教室在二校区的四年级。

今天，是母校95周年庆典。虽然没有施工完毕，可派头已十足了。

地下停车场里醒目的白线已画出，小操场的绿化也差不多了，餐厅已有了好听的名字：泽楷时尚餐厅，伙食也改善了许多。设备也很完善：要电脑有电脑，要话筒有话筒，音箱当然也少不了。

这有大部分是校长的功劳。校长一直坚持让智力与非智力因素共同发展，让同学们个性发展，从不把成绩放第一位。

说到校长，当然也提到老师。老师每天呕心沥血地教我们知识，关心我们的成长，造就了一批又一批优秀的附小人。他们让母校生辉！

母校已有95岁高龄了，她的历史也是很悠久了。从1916年—2011年，母校的名字也多了起来。金师附小、艾青小学、金华实验小学。在五年前，母校还“生”了一个“娃娃”——婺城小学。这个“娃娃”长得漂亮极了：400米标准操场，好几栋高大新颖的教学楼、宿舍。比“妈妈”还漂亮呢！

悠久的历史造就了人才。鲁宾、艾青、蒋风、圣野为孩子们创作了大量的童诗儿歌，这是一批无法估量的精神财富。为了继承这一优良传统，发挥儿童诗在素质教育中的强大精神力量，学校经中国当代文学研究会批准，创建了“中国童诗博物馆”，就是要让每个孩子心中都要有诗，在诗的美好熏陶下茁壮成长。我还是讲解员呢！

Moonquakes are to Mid-Autumn Festival what mince pies are to Christmas. And the moon is what this celebration is all about. Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th month，it is the time when the moon is said to be at its brightest and fullest.

There are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating moonquakes. One Tang Dynasty myth holds that the Earth once had 10 suns circling it. One day all 10 suns appeared at once，scorching the planet with their heat.

It was thanks to a skillful archer named Hour Yi that the Earth was saved. He shot down all but one of the suns. As his reward，the Heavenly Queen Mother gave Hour Yi the Elixir of Immortality，but she warned him that he must use it wisely.

Hour Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Err，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

Moonquakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the ry and the type of filling used. Some ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalized ones to friends and family.

They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional moonquakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health.

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

i have two turtles, they are cute. i′ve had them for two years.

they carry heavy shells,just like carrying a school bag. they have eyes which shines just like black beans. they are funny.

they are like to eat the watermelon in the summer. mother always buy more for the turtles,so i think that they like to cool down as well, but they are shy when eating, they don′t want to be watched, as they inhaling the food . the ofter day , i bried to observe how they eat their food.

the way they eat is really funny.no wondey why they are so shy.

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to

primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early

at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down.

But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my

eyes is so beautiful. When I got home about five o’clock, my mother gave me a

surprise. She prepared a party for me and invited all my friends. She also gave

a lovely schoolbag to me as my birthday present. I’m so happy that day.

现在，我们学校将近有700个学生，在学校的每个角落你都会看见一大群学生。我们做游戏的时候要找地方，进出校门的时候要挤地方，好不舒服。所以我沉浸在了未来学校的幻想之中......

首先，你还没走进校门，就会发现校门和以前的完全不同了：校门是一个皮卡丘形状的，皮卡丘的两个眼睛是两个红外线对证仪，凡是本校师生校门就会自动打开，如果是陌生人校门就不会打开。走进校门，你会发现：哇！教学楼足足有30多层高，操场足有2000多平方米，操场还有许多娱乐设施，有排球场，篮球场、足球场、滑梯、双杠、单杠。.....让你目不暇接。这时，当你走进教室时，你会惊奇的发现：同学们都没有书包，只是每人桌上有一台电脑。告诉你吧，这是因为，老师讲课时，只用把上的内容发到同学的电脑上，布置家庭作业时，老师只用把作业拷到同学们的U盘里让同学带回家放在电脑上做就行了。而且，一下课，课桌什么的就会自动消失，同学们就有很大的地方游戏了.....

... ... 叮铃铃，又是即令人讨厌的闹铃，一起床，我的第一个念头就是：又要到那个拥挤的学校上课了。唉!
