我的学校是火星街小学

来到校门口，中间有一个银色的伸缩门，右边的防护栏上有一个金黄色的石板。上面写着“火星街小学”五个大字。

走进大门，右边的墙上有四行学校获得的各种奖牌，下面还有粉红色和黄色的花。大门左边有一个值班室，里面常常有两个保安在值班，老师刚进来，一般都进那里领报纸，看最新的新闻。

继续往里走，会有一个像墙一样的“大屏风”，里面是用铁做支架，外面插着花和草，图案是一双黑花拼成的手，托着三个变形的人。意义是说：我们在老师的呵护下快乐的成长。

“屏风”左边有一座假山，假山呈灰绿色，高大约有三米多，宽大约有五米。假山由石头制成，奇形怪状凸凹不平，假山下面有一个小水池，里面有许多沉在水里的小石头，有几条红色的鱼在水中游来游去，就像几个好朋友在做游戏，玩的很开心。水面上漂浮着假的小荷叶和小荷花，有的小荷花还在荷叶上哩！从水下到离水面大约一厘米高的地方有几个喷头，有时它喷水花的时候，非常美丽、壮观

绕过“屏风”，我们就来到了操场，操场是一个长方形的。右边是一个篮球场，左边是一个排球场。整个操场宽大约有50多米，长大约有70多米。体育课活动的时候，我们像小鸟一样快活，马上冲上了操场。我们在操场上做游戏，跑步、打沙包、跳绳还有踢毽子等等。在操场上我们感到非常快乐！

操场东西两边，生长着一棵棵槐树，我喜欢它们，因为它们可以给我们美丽的校园带来清新的空气。槐树还会结许多的槐米，这让我更加喜欢它。

操场的南边是我们的教学楼，这是我们学习知识的地方。它分为四层楼，外墙是黄色的。楼上立着9个大字“诚而真，知亦行，恒则远”。

进了教学楼，在上到2楼，就是我们班了。走廊里的墙上，有一些木牌，上面有各种知识和伟大的故事。从2楼开始，有一些照片，还有我们班同学的照片呢！我看到他们的照片上有一张张灿烂的笑脸，我感到骄傲。

一：分班

建议从今年九月份初中不要分实验班和平行班，因为学校的学生多部分都是外来务工人员的子女，他们的自身素质本身就有待提高，如果把这些学生分到一个班里，那么这个班的，班风就会受到很大的影响，没有好的班风哪有好的学习氛围，没有好的学习氛围就不可能有好的升学率，如果分平行班，什么样的学生都有，可以让好学生用他们的行为，来影响其它学生，我个人觉得这才是一个好班。

二：值周

建议学校应该建立健全，值周教师考勤制度，本制度与教师工资挂钩，建议让学生会干部、少先队干部与值周教师互相监督，每周上报一次，德育处将值周情况和监督结果在每周一升旗仪式上公布。

三：学生会工作

建议学校德育处、校团委指导学生会工作，学生会建立健全考勤制度，做到一人一班，不得随意换班，卫生检查要彻底，学生会主席要领导好，学生会工作并经常向德育处、校团委汇报工作，配合学校各部门迎接各项检查。

建议学校应该配合、支持学生会工作，建议学校德育副校长听取学生会的工作并做出指示，为更好的了解学校的情况，建议学生会主席参加学校部分会议。

四：班级建设、团队建设

建议学校德育处、校团委、大队部对各班（支部、中队）的工作进行监督、考评，到学期末评选出优、良、中、差四个等级，对工作优秀的班级、支部、中队进行表彰并加以宣传，对不合格的进行点名道姓，通报批评，责令其限期整改。 尊敬的校领导，以上是我个人的一点点建议，供校领导参考，这也是我为母校做的唯一能做的事。
