二帮助孩子养成良好的生活习惯

1、每天准备好卫生用品：

手 绢：一块，用于擦汗或擦嘴。

2、养成均衡的饮食习惯：

（3）在校不带饮料、水果、零食、点心，如果不喝纯净水，可用水瓶带白开水。

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

1、改善学校办公环境，更换教师办公桌椅。改善校园卫生管理，特别是学生厕所，杜绝出现脏、乱、差现象。

5、学校后勤提升造血功能，开源节流，增收节支。

6、加强行管与一线教师的沟通，公平、合理落实各项制度。

整改措施:继续实施校委会领导联系年级组制度，深入一线了解教师心声，沟通感情，落实各项制度，促进校务工作有序进行。

7、强化食堂管理，调配花样，丰富营养，适当缩短早餐时间。

整改措施:学校将加强食堂管理，卫生监控，提高饭菜质量。同时强调，早上7:50-8:20为早读时间，8:20--8:50为早餐时间，要求各班按时督促学生进行早读，不提前开始早餐，同时要求食堂8:20后开始发放早餐。

8、开齐、开全体、音、美课程。强化学生品德教育。

整改措施:课程开设情况:一年级体、音、美每周两节;二年级美术、体育每周两节，音乐每周一节，相差一节;三年级体、音、美每周各一节，各相差一节。2、没开足的原因:(1)老师年龄偏大，工作量大了无力承受。(2)一年级增加一个班，人员没增加，如果一人每周18节工作量太大。目前美术、体育、音乐教师每人每周14节。(3)由于语文、数学老师家庭或个人身体原因请长假，抽调体育老师顶课，导致三年级、二年级部分班体育停课。3、解决办法:老师充实后，尽快进行调整。

9、充实教师业余文体活动。实施教师提前退休即内养制度。

整改措施:学校适当组织教师业余文体活动，近期将为各年级组购置部分文体器材，同时提倡全体教师在课间操时，跟学生一起做体操。关于内养制度，受上级政策影响，学校只能执行县委决定。

一：如过去很近的地方，就可以骑自行车或步行去。

二：离家远的同学可以坐公交车上下学。
