2、  行政人员在思想上要高度重视学校的发展，在其位要谋其政，乐于奉献，不求回报；

4、  学校要提供行政班子的培训平台，让想做行政的人员能够不断地充电，不断地提高学校的管理水平；

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

二、真爱学生，不会将学生的“骄傲”看作甚于“毁灭其自尊和自信”的洪水猛兽，将不吝于对学生的赏识，对学生的优点和长处，始终抱着一颗心上和赞美之心;将小心地呵护孩子的梦，而不会做一个“偷走很多孩子的梦”的小偷，将用赏识为孩子提供梦想成真的自信和拼搏的激情。这份爱心，为学生未来的奋斗岁月里提供阳光的动力，会成为孩子“翅膀下的风”。

三、真爱学生，才懂得“漂亮的孩子人人喜爱，爱难看的孩子才是真正的爱的道理”。素质教育的大旗上有一个大写的“人”字，要求教师们善待每一个生命，尤其是那些曾经遭受到伤害的孩子。《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》为教师们种下了一个信念--每个人都是天才，没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师。

Like every young girl, I pay attention to make myself look pretty, because

if I get more attention from others, I will be very happy. So I start to follow

the models and the movies stars dressing style, then I find that compare to

their skinny bodies, I look like a fat girl. So I have made up my mind to lose

weight. As my body is in the growth period, my parents always ask me to eat

more. When they find me start to eat less, they think I am sick. I tell them

that I want to look beautiful, then my mother says that I am beautiful in her

eyes. If I dont eat, I will look old. I search the Internet. The pictures of

skinny girls scare me, so I give up losing weight. My annoyance is gone, and I

am happy again.

今天是开学第一天，我又回到了熟悉的校园里，学校里焕然一新，有了很大的变化。

早晨，我背着书包走进校园，发现以前笨重的大铁门换成了电动门。一阵清香扑鼻而来，花坛里增加了很多花儿，有桃花，玉兰，玫瑰……一到春天，这些花儿都竞相开放了。我又发现学校里多了一台电子显示屏，在显示屏里，我们可以看到我们在学校发生的点点滴滴。

我来到了操场，墙上装上了很多展板。展板的内容十分丰富，有美术，十字绣，魔方，计算机等社团的作品。操场四周雪白的墙壁上都增加了栩栩如生的卡通人物，有的在跑步，有的在跳绳，还有的在打篮球……

我一进教学楼，门厅的展板上贴着五星特色班的照片。拐角处增设了书吧，每层的书吧都不一样。我们在课间，中午都可以在书海中畅游。走进教室，黑板换成了推拉式的，也不反光了。座椅也换成了新的。最有特色的当然是专业教室，我最喜欢心理教室。心理教室分为三部分，面积最大的是活动区，后面分为两小部分。一部分是发泄区，一部分是休息区。

世界在变化，学校在变化，我们也在变化。
